Treatment by cryotherapy of four cases of ameloblastomas are reportes, with results. The AA. recognized those cases to be insuficient to propose any conduct of therapy, but they understand that: 1) The resulta of crytherapy concerning cure in surgery without large deformities; 2) This procedure is easy, fast, umpainful inexpensive and with excelent esthetic cosmetic results; 3) The crio could be used in ameloblastoma considering it has the capacity of penetration, marking safety margin throgh the necrotic area without impairing its regeneration
