With the purpose of search the ways of improvement treatment of functional pathologies of the system of digestion an author is studied the concentration and the role of serotonin in 180 adolescents. Got results of serotonin receptors 5HT1 agonists were used for patients with paroxysms of abdominal pain mainly at neurocirculatory disfunction and migraine.

The author has studied clinical peculiarities of the functional dyspepsia in 92 adolescents. It was established that functional dyspepsia takes first place in the list of the digestive system diseases. There were different vegetative disorders in all patients with functional dyspepsia. The hypothalamic syndrome and hypophysis dominant have been established in these patients. Adolescent's dyshormonosis causes tension of functional state of internal organs and systems including the digestive system. So functional dyspepsia should be regard as a display of the neuroendocrine disorders and vegetative disorders in the first place.

To determine the role of adenotropic hormones in formation of a functional pathology of the system of digestion in teenagers, somatotropin concentration in 160 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease, functional dyspepsia and biliary dyskinesia has been studied. The tendency to the increase of the level of the hormone has been observed in patients with these diseases, especially it was obvious among 15-year old patients and teenagers with endocrine pathology. The author reveal different variations of concentration of somatotropin depending on a clinical form of the vegetative dysfunction in connection with functional diseases of the gastrointestinal system, biliary dyskinesia, vegetative nervous system, teenagers.

The author studied concentration of gastrin and holecistokinin in 68 adolescent with functional disease of the digestive system and vegetative dysfunctions. Considerable increase was established in the level of blood plasma gastrin in patients with gastroesophageal reflux and functional dyspepsia associated with increased motor function of the stomach. There is direct interrelation between the level of blood hormones and rate of vegetative dysfunctions and it testifies the role of the neuroendocrine system in the development of diseases of gastrointestinal system in adolescents.

The author has studied the character and frequency of changes of the hypophysial- thyroidal system in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease, gastric dyspepsia and biliary dyskinesia in young patients aged 15-30 years. The analysis of neuroendocrine disorders, common pathogenetic aspects of the development of functional pathology of the digestive tract were carried out. It made possible to draw a conclusions concerning the right correction of these conditions.

Gastroenterological diseases are the most widespread ones in the structure of the diseases among adults and young patients. Functional gastroenterological diseases present a particular issue as with them chronical gastroenterological and bile-excreting diseases may start. The author analyzed current state of this issue, epidemiology of gastroesophageal reflux disease, gastric dyspepsia and biliary dyskinesia in young patients (15-30 years). Peculiarities of this pathology have been underlined. It attracts attention of clinicians to this problem; let diagnostics of functional gastroenterological diseases be improved.

The article considers changes of the vegetative nervous system in young persons with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). The author has analyzed prevalence of vegetative dysfunctions in young persons with GERD. Clinical pictures and grade of severity of the disease have been outlined. Individual instrumental assessment of a vegetative tone and vegetative reactivity has been carried out. Obtained data show that functional disorders of the vegetative nervous system are leading factors in the genesis of GERD in young persons.

The main disorders in juveniles who are resident in the zone of small doses of ionizing radiation are vegetative dysfunctions. Of these, there prevail vegetovascular dysfunction comprising 45.7%, with neurocirculatory and vegetovisceral dysfunctions occurring less frequently (26.3% and 19.7% respectively). The major proportion of juveniles present with neurosis-like states, asthenic and asthenodepressive ones being the most common type.
