RESUMO

The paper proposes to apply the informational modeling of correlation matrix developed by I.L. Myznikov in early 1990s in neurophysiological investigations, such as electroencephalogram recording and analysis, coherence description of signals from electrodes on the head surface. The authors demonstrate information models built using the data from studies of inert gas inhalation by healthy human subjects. In the opinion of the authors, information models provide an opportunity to describe physiological processes with a high level of generalization. The procedure of presenting the EEG results holds great promise for the broad application.

RESUMO

Analysis of 202 medical histories of the Northern fleet naval pilots suggested the necessity to introduce the criteria of comorbidity number and formulation. It has been found that psychosomatic diseases (up to 60% of the cases) with the pathogenesis engendered by stress factor remain the leading cause for medical disqualification of Northern fleet naval pilots. The authors recommend changing over the nosologic diagnostics to physiological to optimize the aeromedical certification process. Probabilistic modeling of chronic pathology pathogenesis may be viewed as a foundation stone for programming as part of the pilots' anti-risk rehabilitation technology.

RESUMO

The authors analyzed the health status of military personnel (males) of the Northern Fleet who did call-up military service (n = 420) and served on contract (n = 1370) in special diving positions in the Kola Arctic over the past few years. For the comparison of the rate of the decline of health level in different conditions of service the authors presented the averaged results of studies previously performed in the same period of time in the service personnel of coastal military units in the European North, troops from the surface ship crews and crew nuclear submarine. In the article there are considered the features of the primary disease and injury. Research and monitoring of causative-consecutive relationships between the features of military professional activity and the level and structure of primary morbidity rate allow to form the main directions of vocational rehabilitation for fleet specialists.

RESUMO

Economic crisis phenomena primarily affect negatively the consumer market of foods. And a human being needs adequate nutrition. In adolescence, the growing organism is most susceptible to imbalanced and physical activity-inadequate nutrition. The authors propose to use the Quetlet body mass index estimated in draftees for the sociohygienic monitoring of the population's well-being and an actual and economic access to foodstuffs in the broad segments of the population. The efficiency of the approach has been demonstrated during a long-term follow-up of navy draftees (about 150 thousand recruits in 1995-2010).

RESUMO

The authors assessed physiological adaptation in 26 divers and 54 submariners doing military service in the Arctic circle of the European North. There was a stable regulation of cardiac rhythm due to its vasomotor component in the divers and autonomic lability in the submariners, a worse reaction to orthostatic changes during functional tests in the divers than in the submariners. The orthostatic test-induced reduction in the total power of the cardiac rhythm variability spectrum in the submariners was referred by the authors to as the asthenic phenomena caused by the specificity of their service activities. The distinctive type of divers' respiration, which was characterized by lower velocity properties and ample possibilities during forced respiration, was detected.

RESUMO

The article gives a value of physiological condition of plungers's organisme during the most unfavorable season of the year-- polar night--in condition of based planed readiness (n = 26). Data of researches concluded necessary parameters of anthropometry, homodynamic, respirator functions. Supplementary diagnostic base was made by methods from the program of express-control of functional conditions. The results of the searches gave an opportunity to esteem the examined group of service men as people with tight vegetal nervous system, high level of neurohumoral regularity, which common for the physically strong people. It confirms the effectiveness of existing system of choice of plungers. The authors offer to fix a system of physiological monitoring of the health of all the service men. The purpose of this action is an early revelation of donozoologial conditions.

RESUMO

The article presents the results of researches of 156 submariners of the first age-related group from crews of a-submarine during first several days on rest and in the end of the rest? Which was allowed after a long (2,5 months and more) autonomous float. Researches showed the effectiveness of reductive rest for the crews of a-submarines in conditions of Kolskoye Zapolyarye. Defined that in the 1st age-lated group ought to attend 1,9% of submariners with signs of non-adaptation and overpressure of physiological systems of organism. It's confirmed that good exponents of health condition could be attained by overpressure of functional systems. Authors propose to examine the submariner's organism functions by different diagnostics axis.
