[The organizational clinical system of development of medical care based on electronic personified data of medical services under angina pectoris and myocardium infarction].

The article presents the analysis of quality of medical care of patients with coronary heart disease at the phases of the clinic, ambulance and hospital based on the data from electronic personalized records and registry accounts of the territorial mandatory health insurance foundation. The results of implemented analysis and application of principle of inter-agency information interaction, the clinical organizational system of managing quality of outputs of medical care provision to patients with ischemic heart disease has been developed. The developed medical care quality management system based on database of personalized electronic patient records was tested in practice and demonstrated positive results.

[Riboxine effectiveness in combined treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis]. / Obosnovanie primeneniia riboksina v kompleksnoi terapii khronicheskogo atroficheskogo gastrita.

The authors present results of combined treatment of 60 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with riboxine. A favorable effect was registered on clinical symptoms, acid-forming function, ultrastructure of gastric mucosa. The above positive effects of riboxine make it useful in combined treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.

[Effect of peripheral vasodilators on the oxygen system of the body and central hemodynamics in patients with acute myocardial infarction]. / Deistvie perifericneskikn vazodilatatorov na kislorodnyi rezhim organizma i tsentral'nuiu gemodinamiku u bol'nykn ostrym infarktom miokarda.

The effect of nitroglycerin and sodium nitroprusside on arterial and venous blood gases and acid-base state as well as central hemodynamic parameters were assessed in myocardial infarction patients using a micro-Astrup and a rheoplethysmograph. Blood oxygen flow and oxygen uptake were estimated. Nitroglycerin and sodium nitroprusside, administered to myocardial infarction patients showing no signs of heart failure, caused a significant reduction in arterial blood partial oxygen pressure (pO2), which, however, did not lead to a reduction of oxygen flow and tissue oxygen provision. In myocardial infarction patients with heart failure, nitroglycerin and sodium nitroprusside had a favorable effect on systemic oxygen regimen and central hemodynamics.
