RESUMO

The objective of the present work was to study peculiarities of detection of 4-nitro-3-(trifluoromethyl)-aniline in the biological material with the use of TLC, GC-MS, and electron spectrophotometry. We have proposed the rationale for the application of acetone as an insulating agent for the extraction of 4-nitro-3-(trifluoromethyl)-aniline from the cadaveric hepatic tissue and biological fluids. It was shown that this compound is possible to separate from endogenous biomaterials on the silicagel L column (40/100 mcm). The results of the quantitative evaluation of different amounts of 4-nitro-3-(trifluoromethyl)-aniline in the cadaveric hepatic tissue, blood, plasma, and urine are presented. The proposed method makes it possible to determine a minimum of 0.12 mg of 4-nitro-3-(trifluoromethyl)-aniline in 100 g of the biological material (cadaveric hepatic tissue), 0.09 mg in 100 g of blood, 0.06 mg and 0.05 mg in 100 u of plasma and urine respectively.

RESUMO

The objective of the present study was to elucidate peculiarities of flutamide extraction from aqueous solutions using he liquid-liquid extraction technique and spectrophotometry in the visible spectrum. The results of flutamide extraction were shown to depend on the chemical nature of the extractant, pH of the aqueous phase as well as its saturation with water and electrolytes. The study has demonstrated that the optimal conditions for flutamide extraction by ethylacetate are created by using the aqueous phase with the pH values in the range from 1.0 to 12.0. We have calculated extraction factor necessary for the luberation of the desired amount of flutamide from the aqueous solutions with the use of a concrete solvent.

RESUMO

The objective of the present work was to elucidate the peculiarities of isolation of 4-nitroanilin from the biological material with the use of TLC and HPLC techniques, low-pressure column chromatography, and spectrophotometry. The results of the study made it possible to substantiate the application of 1,4-dioxane as an agent for the isolation of 4-nitroanilin from the biological material. The optimal conditions of the procedure for isolation of 4-nitroanilin from the hepatic tissue using 1,4-dioxane were determined. It was shown that the 4-nitroanilin thus obtained can be purified from the co-extracted substances on a L 40/100 mcm silicagel column. The quantitative assessment of the isolation of different amounts of 4-nitroanilin from the cadaveric liver is proposed taking into consideration the extraction conditions.

RESUMO

Specific distribution patterns of 4-nitroanilin in the body of warm-blooded animals (rats) were studied after the in vivo administration of this poisonous substance. It was shown that unmetabolized 4-nitroanilin accumulates in large quantities in the internal organs of the intoxicated animals. Its highest levels are found in the stomach and its contents, kidneys, and lungs.

RESUMO

We have determined the optimal conditions for the extraction of 2-nitroaniline and 2-nitro-4-methylaniline in the biological material with acetone. Moreover, this study has demonstrated the possibility of purification of the extracts thus obtained and containing co-extracted components of the biological material by low-pressure chromatography on Silasorb C-18 columns with the particle size of 30 mcm. The modified methods of thin-layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography are proposed for the isolation and identification of 2-nitroaniline and 2-nitro-4-methylaniline from the extracts of cadaveric liver tissue.

RESUMO

The objective of this study was to search for the optimal conditions necessary to extract 2,4,6-trinitromethylbenzene (2,4,6-TNMB) from biological material with acetonitrile. It is shown that 2,4,6-TNMB can be purified from the coextracted components of the biological material on a silica gel column, L 40/100 mcm. Methods are described for the identification and quantitative measurement of 2,4,6-trinitromethylbenzene in the cadaveric liver tissue by thin layer paper chromatography, IR spectrophotometry, and reverse phase high-performance liquid chromatography (rp-HPLC) with the use of a diode-matrix detector.

RESUMO

Simultaneous operations (SO) is an actual problem of abdominal surgery. Two-three surgical diseases can be treated simultaneously thus shortening the total period of the patient's staying at hospital, increasing the economical efficiency of the treatment. An analysis of 192 SO on 94 patients and of 42 laparoscopic SO has been made. Considerable difficulties in performing planned surgical care due to specific conditions of the region make the SO in the Amur regional clinic a perspective method of improving the population health and prophylactics of progressing surgical diseased in the Amur oblast.
