RESUMO

The article presents our experience of treatment of congenital diaphrogmatic hernia at newborns and hernia of an esophageal opening of a diaphragm among children of early age. Since 2010 surgical tactics has been changed: the prolonged preoperative preparation with use of the device of high-frequency ventilation of lungs, correction of symptoms of pulmonary hypertensia is carried out, operation is carried out according to plan after stabilization of the patient in parameters of oxygenation and an acid-base state, operative treatment is executed by method of low-invasive endosurgery. Over the last 5 years 25 children with good functional and cosmetic results have been operated. The lethality in the case of congenital diaphragmatic hernia at newborns decreased to 12%, it was noted generally among patients with the expressed hypoplasia of lungs which died during preoperative preparation. In recent years we place emphasis on antenatal diagnosis of pathology and prenatal diagnostics of degree of a hypoplasia of a lung on indicators of a pulmonary and head index at a fetus. It wasn't noted a postoperative lethality.

RESUMO

The review sums up the long experience of the authors and other researchers in studying the genetic system of garden pea (Pisum sativum L.), which controls sthe development of nitrogen-fixing symbiosis and arbuscular mycorrhiza. A justified phenotypic classification of pea mutants is presented. Progress in identifying and cloning symbiotic genes is adequately reflected. The feasibility of using double inoculation as a means of increasing the plant productivity is demonstrated, in which the potential of a tripartite symbiotic system (pea plants-root nodule bacteria-arbuscular mycorrhiza) is mobilized.

The effect of iron dinitrosyl complexes, S-nitrosoglutathione, and glutathione on free radical oxidation of rat heart mitochondria induced by tert-butyl hydroperoxide and metmyoglobin or their combination with ferritin was studied. It was shown that iron dinitrosyl complexes or the combination of S-nitrosoglutathione and glutathione inhibited most effectively the peroxidation of mitochondrial membranes. It was found that ferritin stimulated the prooxidant action of metmyoglobin. Using EPR spectroscopy, it was established that, in conditions of O2*- generation, the destruction of iron dinitrosyl complexes took place. Iron dinitrosyl complexes also inhibited the formation of thiyl radicals, which appeared during O2*- generation in the system containing glutathione and S-nitrosoglutathione. It is essential that the formation of iron dinitrosyl complexes in this reaction system took place with the involvement of ferritin. It was proposed that the prooxidant action of ferritin and myoglobin could be inverted to the antioxidant one.

RESUMO

It is shown that dinitrosyl-iron complexes (DNIC) with glutathione can reduce oxoferrylmyoglobin forming on interaction of tert-butyl hydroperoxide and metmyoglobin. A rapid decrease in the DNIC concentration was observed under the conditions of production of tert-butyl free radicals; however, destruction of DNIC in the presence of oxoferrylmyoglobin alone was negligible. It is demonstrated that DNIC reduces oxoferrylmyoglobin more than an order more efficiently than S-nitrosoglutathione and glutathione. DNIC also inhibits formation of the thiyl radicals of glutathione in a medium containing metmyoglobin and tert-butyl hydroperoxide. A mechanism of the antioxidant action of DNIC based on regeneration of the nitrosyl complexes from the products of their interaction with oxoferrylheme is proposed.

A method is suggested of evaluating the cardiac internal hydraulic resistance R0 and maximal blood flow at zero post load Q0. R0 in intact dogs is 11.9 mm/Hg/l/min and Q0 is 27.1 l/min. In the condition of acute cardiac insufficiency and under the effect of large adrenaline doses these parameters were, respectively, 8.8 mm Hg/l/min, 7.0 mm Hg/l/min and 36.9 l/min, 38.8 l/min. The reducing of of R0 reflect the reduction of rigidity of the myocardial wall, and the increase of Q0 reflects the increase of the cardiac muscle inotropism connected with the compensatory increase of the catecholamines level in blood.
