RESUMO
The dynamics of the biogenic amines level in the blood of patients after performance of hemorrhoidectomy was dependent on severity of an organism stress-reaction predicting the wound healing outcome. When the wound irradiation using the low-energy laser of infrared diapason is performed in patients with the lowered reactivity of organism the histamine and serotonin contents dynamics is the same as in the patients with normal reactivity.

Complicated and noncomplicated forms of rehabilitational process course after hemorrhoidectomy are delineaed. There were studied up an organism reactivity, the peroxidal oxidation of lipids intensity, the dynamics of the biogenic amines contents. The dependence of the inflammation severity in the wound from severity of the organism stress-reaction on operative intervention was established. In patients with normal reactivity the noncomplicated healing of operative wound was observed. In patients with lowered or enhanced reactivity there were observed the reduction of the antioxidant system limiting activity, disbalance of pro- and antioxidation systems, the biogenic amines dynamics change with long drawn-out course of inflammatory reaction and with complicated healing of operative wound.

An examination of 46 patients has shown that the enzymatic status of circulating leukocytes of blood is a highly informative criterium which allows to judge about the pyo-inflammatory process, its spread, degree, reactivity of the patient's organism, efficiency of the therapy performed, prognosis of the disease.
