RESUMO

The WUSCHEL-related homeobox (WOX) gene family is vital for plant development and stress response. In this study, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of WOX genes in Cunninghamia lanceolata (C. lanceolata) and subsequently explored the potential roles of two ClWOX genes within the WUS clade. In total, six ClWOX genes were identified through a full-length transcriptome analysis. These genes, exhibiting conserved structural and functional motifs, were assigned to the ancient clade and Modern/WUS clade, respectively, through a phylogenetic analysis. Our expression analysis indicated that these ClWOX genes were highly expressed in the middle and late developmental stages of zygotic embryos in C. lanceolata. Moreover, only ClWOX5 and ClWOX6 within the Modern/WUS clade exhibited transcriptional activity, and their expressions were also induced in response to auxin and wounding. Overexpression of ClWOX5 and ClWOX6 in Arabidopsis caused a partially sterile phenotype, resulting in a very low seed setting rate. Transcriptomic analysis revealed that expressions of many embryo-defective (EMB) genes, phytohormone-related genes, and transcription factors (TFs) were dramatically altered in ClWOX5 and ClWOX6 transgenic plants, which suggested that ClWOX5 and ClWOX6 may play specific important roles in embryo development via complex gene networks. In addition, overexpression of ClWOX5 and ClWOX6 in leaf segments promoted shoot regeneration in tobacco, indicating that ClWOX5 and ClWOX6 can promote plant regeneration and could be used to improve genetic transformation. In conclusion, these results help to elucidate the function of the WOX gene and provide a valuable basis for future studies of the developmental regulation and applications of WOX genes in C. lanceolata.

RESUMO

Background Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), one of the main components of fine particulate matter (PM2.5), have a certain impact on ambient air quality, and long-term exposure to PAHs may pose potential health risks to human beings. Objective To identify the distribution characteristics and sources of PAHs in atmospheric PM2.5 in a district of Taizhou City from 2019 to 2021, and to evaluate the health risks of PAHs to the population in the area through the inhalation pathway. Methods From 2019 to 2021, air PM2.5 sampling was carried out at a state-controlled surveillance point in a district of Taizhou City for 7 consecutive days on the 10th-16th of each month, the sampling time was 24 h·d−1, and the sampling flow rate was 100 L·min−1. PM2.5 mass concentration was calculated by gravimetric method. A total of 16 PAHs were determined by ultrasonic extraction-liquid chromatography. Kruskal-Wallis H test was used to compare the distribution charac teristics of PAHs concentrations by years and seasons, characteristic ratio and principal component analysis (PCA) was used to analyze their sources, and a lifetime carcinogenic risk (ILCR) model was used to assess the health risk of PAHs. Results From 2019 to 2021, the annual average concentrations [M (P25, P75)] of ∑PAHs in atmospheric PM2.5 in the selected district of Taizhou City were 6.52 (2.46, 10.59), 8.52 (4.56, 12.29), and 3.72 (1.51, 7.11) ng·m−3, respectively, and the annual benzo[a]pyrene (BaP) excess rates (national limit: 1 ng·m−3) were 27.38% (23/84), 47.62% (40/84), and 19.04% (16/84), respectively, both presenting 2020> 2019 > 2021 (P<0.001, P<0.05). The ∑PAHs concentration distribution showed a seasonal variation, with the highest value in winter and the lowest value in summer (P<0.05). Among the atmospheric PM2.5 samples, the proportion of 5-ring PAHs was the highest, the proportion of 2-3-ring PAHs was the lowest; the proportion of 2-4-ring PAHs showed a yearly upward trend, and the proportion of 5-6-ring PAHs showed yearly downward trend (P<0.05). The characteristic ratio and PCA results suggested that the sources of sampled PAHs were mainly mixed sources such as dust, fossil fuel (natural gas), coal combustion, industrial emissions, and motor vehicle exhaust emissions. The ILCR (RILCR) of PAHs by inhalation for men, women, and children were 1.83×10−6, 2.35×10−6, and 2.04×10−6, respectively, and the annual average RILCR was 2.07×10−6, all greater than 1×10−6. Conclusion For the sampled time period, the main sources of PAHs pollution in atmospheric PM2.5 in the target district of Taizhou City are dust, fossil fuel (natural gas), coal combustion, industrial emissions, motor vehicle emissions, etc., and PAHs may have a potential carcinogenic risk to local residents.

RESUMO

Fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) is a refractory, chronic non-articular rheumatic disease characterized by widespread pain throughout the body, for which there are no satisfactory therapeutic drugs or options. There are rich Chinese medical therapies, and some non-drug therapies, such as acupuncture, Tai Chi, and Ba-Duan-Jin, have shown satisfactory efficacy and safety and definite advantages of simultaneously adjusting mind and body. FMS is taken as a disease responding specifically to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2018. In order to clarify the research progress in FMS and the clinical advantages of TCM/integrated Chinese and Western medicine, the China Academy of Chinese Medicine organized a seminar for nearly 20 experts in Chinese and Western medicine, including rheumatology, psychology, acupuncture and moxibustion, and encephalopathy, with the topic of difficulties in clinical diagnosis and treatment of FMS and advantages of TCM and Western medicine. The recommendations were reached on the difficulties in early diagnosis and solutions of FMS, mitigation of common non-specific symptoms, preferential analgesic therapy, TCM pathogenesis and treatment advantages, and direction of treatment with integrated Chinese and Western medicine. FMS is currently facing the triple dilemma of low early correct diagnosis, poor patient participation, and unsatisfactory benefit from pure Western medicine treatment. To solve the above problems, this paper suggests that rheumatologists should serve as the main diagnostic force of this disease, and they should improve patient participation in treatment decision-making, implement exercise therapy, and fully utilize the holistic and multidimensional features of TCM, which is effective in alleviating pain, improving mood, and decreasing adverse events. In addition, it is suggested that FMS treatment should rely on both TCM and Western medicine and adopt multidisciplinary joint treatment, which is expected to improve the standard of diagnosis and treatment of FMS in China.

RESUMO

Probiotics are not only a food supplement, but they have shown great potential in their nutritional, health and therapeutic effects. To maximize the beneficial effects of probiotics, it is commonly achieved by adding prebiotics. Prebiotics primarily comprise indigestible carbohydrates, specific peptides, proteins, and lipids, with oligosaccharides being the most extensively studied prebiotics. However, these rapidly fermenting oligosaccharides have many drawbacks and can cause diarrhea and flatulence in the body. Hence, the exploration of new prebiotic is of great interest. Besides oligosaccharides, protein hydrolysates have been demonstrated to enhance the expression of beneficial properties of probiotics. Consequently, this paper outlines the mechanism underlying the action of protein hydrolysates on probiotics, as well as the advantageous impacts of proteins hydrolysates derived from various food sources on probiotics. In addition, this paper also reviews the currently reported biological activities of protein hydrolysates. The aim is a theoretical basis for the development and implementation of novel prebiotics.

RESUMO

Background: The effect of post-operation sub-Tenon's bupivacaine injection for pediatric strabismus surgery is controversial. The objective of this meta-analysis is to compare the outcome of sub-Tenon injection of bupivacaine and placebo duringstrabismus surgery. Methods: We searched the databases (Pubmed, Cochrane library and EMBASE) and reference lists systematically. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) comparing sub-Tenon's bupivacaine and placebo injection for pediatric strabismus surgery were included. The methodological quality was evaluated by the Cochrane risk of bias (ROB) tool. Outcome measurements were pain score, oculocardiac reflex (OCR), additional drug consumption and related complications. RevMan 5.4 was used for the statistical analysis and graph preparation. For the outcomes that are not suitable for statistical analysis, descriptive analysis was performed. Results: A total of 5 RCTs with 217 patients were finally identified and analyzed. Sub-Tenon's bupivacaine injection showed pain relief within 30 min after operation. But with the extension of time, the analgesic effect gradually disappeared at 1 h. It can reduce the incidence of OCR, vomiting and supplementary drug requirements. However, in terms of nausea, there is no difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Sub-Tenon's bupivacaine injection can relieve short-term postoperative pain, reduce the incidence of OCR and vomiting, and reduce the use of supplementary drugs in strabismus surgery.

RESUMO

Endometrial cancer (EC) is one of the most common gynecologic malignancies. Identification of potential EC biomarkers is essential to improve the prognosis and development of therapies against EC. Synaptotagmin-like protein 1 (SYTL1), as a small GTPase Rab27 effector, mainly plays a role in vesicle trafficking and cytotoxic granule exocytosis in lymphocytes. However the role of SYTL1 in EC remains uncertain. We performed a comprehensive assessment of the relationship between SYTL1 and patient diagnosis and prognosis by analysis of EC patients' data from TCGA. We employed the LinkedOmics and Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes/Proteins (STRING) database to analyze the biological function of SYTL1 in EC. In addition, the correlation between SYTL1 expression and its DNA methylation was performed by using cBioportal, UALCAN, TCGA Wanderer and MethSurv databases. We further assessed the link between SYTL1 and tumor-infiltrating immune cells by using gene set variation analysis (GSVA).Results We found that SYTL1 was highly expressed in EC patients and cell lines. And increased expression of SYTL1 was associated with age, clinical stage, histological type, histological grade and good overall survival (OS).SYTL1 DNA methylation is negatively associated with SYTL1 expression and UCEC patients' OS. SYTL1 expression is closely correlated with immune infiltration. Furthermore, we carried out in vitro experiments to verify the results of bioinformatic analysis. Conclusion Our results demonstrated that the elevation of SYTL1 expression is associated with good OS and SYTL1 might be a potential diagnostic and prognostic marker in EC.

RESUMO

INTRODUCTION: Circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) is a good diagnostic tool for hepatocellular carcinoma as it can comprehensively reflect the heterogeneity of tumors and aid in their early detection. This study aimed to assess the diagnostic value of circulating cfDNA for hepatocellular carcinoma. METHODS: PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, and Scopus databases were searched to identify all relevant literature from their dates of establishment to 6 April 2022, and a total of 2,467 articles were found. Methodological quality assessment was performed using QUADAS-2. RESULTS: Fifteen articles with 3,686 patients were included in this study after screening. The pooled sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio, negative likelihood ratio, diagnostic odds ratio, and area under the curve were 0.83 (95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.78, 0.87), 0.90 (95% CI: 0.86, 0.93), 8.4 (95% CI: 5.9, 12.0), 0.19 (95% CI: 0.15, 0.24), 44 (95% CI: 30, 66), and 0.93 (95% CI: 0.90, 0.95), respectively. Deek's funnel plot test did not show significant publication bias (P = 0.28). CONCLUSIONS: Results of this meta-analysis suggest that circulating cfDNA has moderate sensitivity and excellent specificity for the detection of hepatocellular carcinoma as a noninvasive test (0.83 and 0.90, respectively).

RESUMO

Pregnant women infected with HCV should be given attention due to their special physiological stage and the effect on offspring health. To examine the prevalence of HCV infection among pregnant women in part of China and explore relevant factors during pregnancy, a cross-sectional study was conducted in four maternal and children health care institutions (MCHC) in Guangdong, Hunan and Chongqing. Pregnant women who were delivered, induced or spontaneous abortion were included and relevant information was collected through the Hospital Information System. Results showed that the prevalence of HCV among pregnant women in four MCHCs was 0.11% (95% CI 0.09-0.13%). Age, occupations, regions, syphilis-infection, intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP), and placenta previa were significant factors (all P < 0.05). Age and syphilis-infection were positively correlated with HCV infection (Z = 3.41, P = 0.0006; OR = 18.16, 95% CI 9.34-35.29). HCV and HBV infection were risk factors of ICP (OR = 4.18, 95% CI 2.18-8.04; OR = 2.59, 95% CI 2.31-2.89). Our study indicates that the prevalence of HCV among pregnant women in the three provinces(city) was low compared with the general population in China. Older age and syphilis-infection increased the risk of HCV infection during pregnancy. HCV infection was a risk factor of ICP. Generally, we need keep a watchful eye on HCV infection and relevant factors mentioned above during pregnancy in clinic, especially those also infected with syphilis. HCV testing based on risk factors is recommended in antenatal care and obstetrics.

RESUMO

Objective:To explore the value of cardiac MRI (CMRI) in evaluating left atrial function in patients with postoperative tetralogy of Fallot (rTOF) and postoperative pulmonary stenosis (rPS).Methods:Totally 67 pediatric patients (49 with rTOF, 18 with rPS) with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) were recruited between January 2019 and October 2021 in Shanghai Children′s Medical Center, School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Thirty-three healthy volunteers, matched in gender and age, were included as controls from July 2017 to August 2018. Left atrial EF, strain and strain rate of three phases (reservoir, conduit and pump), left atrial volume (maximum volume index, minimum volume index and pre-atrial contraction volume index) were measured with corresponding cardiac function analysis software. Then, the differences in these parameters were analyzed between the three groups by ANOVA or Kruskal-Wallis test with post hoc comparison and Bonferroni correction. Results:Compared with controls, patients with rTOF had lower reservoir function parameters (EF, strain and strain rate), conduit EF, conduit strain, and left atrial maximum volume index ( P<0.05), but higher pump EF ( P<0.05). In patients with rPS, only the reservoir strain rate decreased compared with controls ( P<0.05), and the remaining data showed no significant difference ( P>0.05). The reservoir and conduit EF and strain in patients with rPS were higher than those in patients with rTOF ( P<0.05). Conclusions:In patients with rTOF and rPS, left atrial function has changed despite the preservation of left ventricular EF, which may be an early marker of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. In children with rTOF, left atrial reservoir and conduit functions decreased while the pump function increased. The reservoir and pump functions in rPS were better than those in rTOF. In addition, CMRI can detect left atrial dysfunction early before it enlarged.

RESUMO

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) pretreatment before total hysterectomy for adenomyosis patients with uterine volume ≥12 gestational weeks and moderate or severe anemia. Methods:From January 2018 to March 2023, 689 patients who underwent total hysterectomy for adenomyosis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were retrospectively analyzed. According to the preoperative medication, they were divided into study group (127 cases) and control group (562 cases). Patients in the study group underwent GnRH-a pretreatment for 3 cycles before surgery, and the control group received operation directly. SPSS 26.0 software was used to perform 1∶1 matching for the two groups of patients through the propensity score matching method. Matching variables included age, body mass index, gravidity, parity, history of pelvic and abdominal surgery, menstrual cycle, menstrual period, dysmenorrhea score, initial diagnosis of cancer antigen 125 (CA 125), uterine volume and hemoglobin value. The dysmenorrhea score, uterine volume, hemoglobin value and CA 125 level before and after GnRH-a pretreatment in the study group were compared. And the duration of operation, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative white blood cell count, perioperative blood transfusion cases, postoperative disease rate, duration of hospitalization, total hospitalization cost between the two groups were compared. Results:With propensity score matching, 119 patients in the study group and 119 patients in the control group were finally enrolled in this study. In the study group, before and after the treatment with GnRH-a, the dysmenorrhea score (7.4±1.7 vs 5.6±1.8), uterine volume [(362±160) vs (233±126) cm 3], hemoglobin value [(74.1±10.7) vs (102.5±13.5) g/L], and CA 125 level [(104±76) vs (64±51) kU/L] were statistically different (all P<0.05). There were statistical differences of operation time [(86±18) vs (116±31) minutes], intraoperative blood loss [(24±9) vs (43±22) ml], white blood cell count after 1 day of operation [(9.80±0.10)×10 9/L vs (9.90±0.10)×10 9/L], number of perioperative blood transfusion case [5.9% (7/119) vs 61.3% (73/119)], postoperative disease rate [5.0% (6/119) vs 16.0% (19/119)], hospitalization duration [(7.1±1.6) vs (7.9±1.6) days], and total hospitalization cost [(35 323±5 275) vs (37 159±5 640) yuan] between the study group and the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion:The pretreatment of using GnRH-a before total hysterectomy for adenomyosis patients with uterine volume ≥12 gestational weeks and moderate or severe anemia is not only conducive to improving dysmenorrhea, signs of anemia, reducing uterine volume, but also conducive to the implementation of surgery, reducing intraoperative and postoperative complications, and reducing hospital costs.

RESUMO

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy between bone transport technique combined with bone grafting plus internal fixation and simple bone transport technique in the treatment of large segmental bone defects at lower limbs after trauma. Methods:A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the clinical data of 42 patients with large segmental bone defects at lower limbs after trauma who had been treated at Department of Trauma Orthopaedics, Honghui Hospital Affiliated to Medicine College, Xi'an Jiaotong University from September 2015 to September 2019. The patients were divided into 2 groups according to the different methods of repairing bone defects. In group A of 18 patients subjected to bone transport combined with bone grafting plus internal fixation, there were 11 males and 7 females with an age of (35.2±10.3) years, and 12 tibial defects and 6 femoral defects; in group B of 24 patients subjected to simple bone transport, there were 15 males and 9 females with an age of (37.3±9.4) years, and 17 tibial defects and 7 femoral defects. The external fixation time (EFT), external fixation index (EFI), total cure time and complications were recorded and compared between the 2 groups. At the last follow-up, the Ennecking score for limb functional recovery (score/total score 30) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) were used to evaluate respectively the functional recovery of the limbs and postoperative anxiety. Results:The 2 groups were comparable because there was no significant difference between them in preoperative general data or follow-up time ( P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the number of surgeries between the 2 groups ( P>0.05). The EFT [(5.9±1.5) months], EFI [(0.45±0.09) months/cm], total treatment time [(16.2±2.4) months], Ennecking score for limb functional recovery (87.0%±8.6%), SAS score [(43.2±9.0) points], and complications per capita [(0.4±0.2) times/case] in group A were significantly better than those in group B [(15.3±4.2) months, (1.19±0.28) months/cm, (19.7±3.5) months, (77.3%±9.2%), (58.2±9.3) points, and (1.2±0.5) times/case] (all P<0.05). Conclusion:In the treatment of large segmental bone defects at lower limbs, compared with simple bone transport technique, bone transport technique combined with bone grafting plus internal fixation has advantages of shorter external fixation time and overall cure time, a lower rate of complications, and better functional recovery of the limbs.

RESUMO

Objective:To establish the best evidence-based approach for early fluid resuscitation management in patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).Methods:A literature search was conducted utilizing evidence-based nursing methods to identify relevant evidence on the management of early fluid resuscitation in patients with SAP. The search followed the hierarchical order of the " 6S" evidence pyramid, including databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), China Biomedical Literature Database (SinoMed), Wanfang Database, UpToDate, NICE, RNAO Guidelines Network, Pancreatology International, WHO Association Website, JBI, Cochrane, PubMed, EMBASE, and CINAHL. The search was limited to articles published from the establishment of each database to March 2022. The literature quality evaluation tools and an evidence pre-grading system from the JBI Evidence-Based Health Care Center were employed to assess the quality of the literature included in the study. Additionally, the FAME structure was utilized to evaluate the feasibility, appropriateness, clinical significance, and validity of the evidence. Results:Nine articles were finally incorporated into the analysis, including four guidelines, one evidence summary, two systematic reviews, and two expert consensus articles. 21 pieces of evidence pertaining to early fluid resuscitation management in patients with SAP was summarized, encompassing five key aspects: resuscitation timing, type of fluid infusion, total volume and speed of fluid infusion, dynamic monitoring, and fluid resuscitation goals. It was advisable for patients diagnosed with SAP to promptly receive fluid resuscitation, ideally within 72 hours of diagnosis. The initial choice for fluid resuscitation was lactated Ringer′s solution, with the addition of human albumin as a supplementary colloid solution. The quantity of fluid administered within the first 24 hours of rehydration should constitute approximately 33.3% of the total rehydration volume within the 72 hours time-frame. In the case of patients experiencing early shock or dehydration, it was advised that the fluid rate administered should be 5-10 ml·kg -1·h -1 within the first 24 hours of admission. Additionally, an infusion of 20 ml/kg of fluid can be administered within the initial 30-45 minutes. It was recommended to assess the adequacy of early fluid resuscitation every 4-6 hours, ensuring that the resuscitation objective could meet at least two of the following criteria: urine output of 0.5-1 ml·kg -1·h -1, mean arterial pressure of 65-85 mmHg, central venous pressure of 8-12 mmHg, heart rate below 120 beats/min, central venous oxygen saturation of at least 70%, and a decrease in hematocrit levels to 30%-35%. Conclusions:The most compelling evidence supporting the implementation of early fluid resuscitation management in patients with SAP is derived from an evidence-based nursing approach, which could effectively improve patient care outcomes.

RESUMO

Background/Aims@#Stigma related with antidepressants is prevalent in patients with functional dyspepsia. It affects medication compliance and efficacy.Herbal medicine acquired a deep-rooted cultural identity in relieving dyspeptic symptoms in Asians. The research was designed to compare the effectiveness of Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsules (ZZKZ) versus doxepin hydrochloride (doxepin) on alleviating stigma and medication nonadherence among patients with refractory FD (rFD). @*Methods@#Patients with rFD from February 2021 to February 2022 were randomly allocated to receive either doxepin (n = 56) or ZZKZ (n = 57) combined with omeprazole for 4 weeks. Medication possession ratio (MPR), the disease- and medication-associated stigma were analyzed. The scales were utilized to assess dyspeptic symptoms (Leeds Dyspepsia Questionnaire) and psychological conditions (Generalized Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire and Patient Health Questionnaire). @*Results@#The MPR values for ZZKZ were significantly higher than those for doxepin (P < 0.001). The stigma scores decreased in ZZKZ group while increased in doxepin group compared to baseline after treatment. The proportion of patients showing ZZKZ-associated stigma was significantly lower than doxepin-associated stigma (P < 0.001). The MPR values were negatively correlated with posttreatment stigma scores in both groups (P < 0.001). Dyspeptic symptoms and psychological condition were improved in both groups after treatment, with no significant difference on post-treatment Leeds Dyspepsia Questionnaire, Generalized Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire, or Patient Health Questionnaire scores between 2 groups. @*Conclusion@#ZZKZ is superior to doxepin in alleviating stigma and medication non-adherence, with comparable efficacy in improving dyspeptic symptoms and psychological condition of patients with rFD.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Xintongshu spray, determine the contents of identified components, and investigate the transferring patterns of the index components of decoction pieces, intermediates and spray, so as to provide scientific reference for technology management and quality control of Xintongshu spray. METHODS HPLC fingerprints of 13 batches of Xintongshu spray were established by the Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprints of TCM (2012 edition), and common peaks were identified; the contents of identified components were determined by HPLC. The paeonol in Moutan Cortex and ferulic acid in Chuanxiong Rhizoma were used as index components to investigate the transferring patterns of them in decoction pieces, intermediates and spray. RESULTS There were a total of 33 common peaks in the fingerprints of 13 batches of Xintongshu spray, and the similarities were more than 0.994. Eight components were identified, i.e. gallic acid (peak 5), oxypaeoniflorin (peak 9), chlorogenic acid(peak 10), caffeic acid (peak 14), paeoniflorin (peak 17), ferulic acid (peak 21), senkyunolide Ⅰ (peak 27) and paeonol (peak 31). The contents of 8 components ranged from 0.590 3- 0.719 7, 0.565 7-0.851 3, 0.279 4-0.368 1, 0.080 6-0.106 1, 1.922 5-3.033 5, 0.151 3-0.191 6, 0.250 6-0.336 0, 3.056 7-4.161 0 mg/mL, respectively. The average transfer rates of paeonol and ferulic acid from decoction pieces to sprays were 63.76% and 38.06%, respectively. It was also found that the process in which the loss of paeonol was more than 30% was the extraction by percolation and negative pressure concentration of Moutan Cortex. The process in which the loss of ferulic acid was more than 50% was the steam distillation extraction process of Chuanxiong Rhizoma. CONCLUSIONS The established HPLC fingerprint and content determination method of Xintongshu spray are reproducible and specific. The key processes that cause a decrease in the average transfer rates of the index components are the extraction by percolation and negative pressure concentration of Moutan Cortex and steam distillation extraction of Chuanxiong Rhizoma.

RESUMO

ObjectiveTo explore the influencing factors of different scores on predicting death risk of extremely low birth weight infants (ELBWI). MethodsA total of 186 cases of ELBWI admitted by the Children's Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University and the Lishui Branch of the Affiliated Zhongda Hospital of Southeast University were admitted from January 1, 2019 to January 1, 2021, and 125 ELBWIs were finally included after screening by inclusion and exclusion criteria. There were 47 cases in the death group and 78 cases in the survival group. General data and the items of score for neonatal acute physiology version Ⅱ (SNAP-Ⅱ), simplified version of the score for neonatal acute physiology perinatal extension (SNAPPE-Ⅱ), clinical risk index for babies (CRIB), clinical risk index for babies Ⅱ (CRIB-Ⅱ) and the national critical illness score (NCIS) were collected. Univariate and multivariate analysis was performed and nomogram was evaluated using receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC). ResultsIt was found that systolic blood pressure, maximum inhaled oxygen concentration, BE value and birth weight were important factors in ELBWI mortality risk assessment [systolic blood pressure OR: 0.968, 95%CI: 0.938-0.999, P=0.043; maximum inhaled oxygen concentration OR: 1.020, 95%CI: 1.006-1.034, P=0.006; BE OR: 0.868, 95%CI: 0.786-0.959, P=0.005; birth weight OR: 0.994, 95%CI: 0.991-0.997, P=0.000]. ROC showed that the area under the curve of the above four variables is 0.71, and the 95% confidence interval is 0.610-0.799, which is better than CRIB score. ConclusionLower systolic blood pressure, higher inhaled oxygen concentration, higher BE and lower birthweight are important influencing factors to predict the death risk of ELBWI. The above four items should be included in the newly developed score assessment to obtain a more effective ELBWI prediction system.
