El pediatra de Atención Primaria es quien primero recibe la consulta de los niños con orejas despegadas. El hecho de no ser él quien realizará el tratamiento y seguimiento de estos pacientes hace que no siempre esté al día de esta patología tan frecuente. Pretendemos dar una visión general de las indicaciones, las recomendaciones y el manejo de este tipo de pacientes (AU)
