Descriptions of Three New Species of the Genus Acerataspis Uchida, 1934 (Hymenoptera, Ichneumonidae, Metopiinae), with an Illustrated Identification Key to Extant Species.

The Asian genus Acerataspis Uchida, 1934 is reviewed based on both morphology and DNA barcodes. Ten species are recognized in total, of which three species from Yunnan Province of China are described as new: Acerataspis maliae sp. nov., A. seperata sp. nov. and A. similis sp. nov. The male of A. fukienensis Chao, 1957 is described and illustrated for the first time. The genus is recorded from Thailand and Southeast Asia for the first time. An illustrated key to all known extant species is provided. With the supplement of DNA barcodes, a few diagnostic morphological characters are found useful in species identification.

A new species of Phytodietus Gravenhorst, 1829 (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae: Tryphoninae) from China.

A new species in the genus Phytodietus Gravenhorst, 1829, P. xui Kostro-Ambroziak Reshchikov sp. n. is described from the Yunnan Province of China. An identification key for the eight species of Phytodietus currently recorded in Mainland China is provided. P. longicauda (Uchida, 1931) is recorded for the first time in China and P. spinipes (Cameron, 1905) is recorded in Guangdong and Hunan Provinces.

A new species of Cylloceria Schiødte, 1838 (Hymenoptera, Ichneumonidae) from the Oriental Region.

A new species of the genus Cylloceria Schiødte, 1838 from Thailand and Myanmar, Cylloceria ebbae sp. nov. is described and illustrated. This is the second species of this genus described from the Oriental region.

Schizopyga alinae, a genus of pimpline parasitoid wasps (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae: Pimplinae) new to the Afrotropical region.

Schizopyga Gravenhorst, 1829 is a small genus belonging to the Polysphincta genus-group of the subfamily Pimplinae, with 12 known species worldwide (Yu et al., 2012; Matsumoto, 2016), two of them from the Afrotropical region (Gauld Dubois, 2006).        Schizopyga species are known as parasitoids of spiders creating non-aerial webs (Clubionidae, Gnaphosidae, and Agelenidae) (Matsumoto, 2016).

Stenope, a new euphorine genus from the Philippines (Hymenoptera: Braconidae).

A new genus (Stenope gen. nov.; type species: Allophrys falcatus) is described for the aberrant type species from the Philippines accidently described as an ichneumonid species.

First record of the genus Brachyzapus Gauld Dubois, 2006 (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae: Pimplinae) from the Afrotropical region, with descriptions of two new species.

Brachyzapus Gauld Dubois, 2006 is a small genus belonging to the Polysphincta genus-group of the subfamily Pimplinae, with nine known species worldwide (Uchida Momoi, 1958; Yu et al., 2012; Pham et al., 2012). The genus can be recognized by twisted mandibles, a very weakly convex and rather long clypeus with quite well-defined angulation laterally, elongate lower face, sparse pubescence on the eyes, hind coxal cavities separated from the metasoma insertion by a very strong sclerotized bridge, and the lack of a basal lobe on the ovipositor (Gauld Dubois, 2006).

Review of the genus Eridolius Förster from the Oriental Region (Hymenoptera, Ichneumonidae, Tryphoninae).

The Oriental species of the genus Eridolius Förster, 1869 are reviewed, and a new species, E. xui Reshchikov, sp. nov. is described from Southern China. This is the seventh record of the genus from the Oriental region. The new species can be distinguished from all other Oriental species of the genus by its lower mandibular tooth longer than upper one, face entirely black, and coxae, hind femur and most of metasoma reddish. An illustrated key to the Oriental species of the genus is provided. Eridolius guptai is recorded for the first time from Lao and E. niger is recorded for the first time from Arunachal Pradesh (India).

Two new species of Allophrys Förster from the Oriental Region (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae: Tersilochinae).

Two species of Allophrys Förster are described from the Oriental region, A. cantonensis Reshchikov& Yue, sp. nov., collected from Guangdong, China and A. falcatus Reshchikov,  sp. nov. from Davao, Philippines. This is first record of the genus from China. A key to the Oriental species of the genus is provided.

Four new species of the genus Lathrolestes Förster, 1869 from South Korea (Hymenoptera, Ichneumonidae, Ctenopelmatinae).

Four new species of the genus Lathrolestes Förster, 1869 are discovered from South Korea: Lathrolestes redimiculus Reshchikov & Lee, sp. n., Lathrolestes sexmaculatus Reshchikov & Lee, sp. n., Lathrolestes taebaeksanensis Reshchikov & Lee, sp. n., and Lathrolestes ungnyeo Reshchikov & Lee, sp. n. This is the first record of the genus from South Korea.

First record of the genus Lethades Davis, 1897 from the Oriental region, with description of a new species (Hymenoptera, Ichneumonidae, Ctenopelmatinae).

A new species of the genus Lethades Davis, 1897 (Ctenopelmatinae: Pionini), Lethades orientalis Reshchikov & Xu, sp. n., collected in Heishiding Nature Reserve in Guangdong Province, China, is described. This is new record of the genus from China and for the Oriental region also. The species can be distinguished from all other species of the genus by its black metasoma, the presence of an areolet on the fore wing, distinctly pectinate claws with teeth of the hind claw as high as the claw itself, and a complete longitudinal propodeal carina. A key to the world species of the genus is provided.

A new species of the genus Asthenara Förster, 1869 (Hymenoptera, Ichneumonidae) from Mexico with identification key.

The genus Asthenara Förster, 1869, belonging to the tribe Pionini of the subfamily Ctenopelmatinae (Hymenoptera, Ichneumonidae), comprises eight described species (Yu et al. 2012). Two of them are distributed in the Palaearctic Region, and six in the Neotropical region. One Neotropical species is known from Costa Rica (Gauld et al. 1997), the remaining five from Mexico (Kasparyan 2006). Kasparyan (2006) provided a key to the species from the Mexico. To date, no species of the genus have been described from Nearctic region or south of Costa Rica. In this article a new species belonging to Asthenara, collected in the Mexican state of Jalisco is described.

First report of the genus Phytodietus Gravenhorst, 1829 (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae: Tryphoninae) from Thailand.

BACKGROUND: The genus Phytodietus Gravenhorst, 1829 is a species rich group of ichneumonid parasitoid wasps. It is represented in all zoogeographical regions, but knowledge of Phytodietus species in the Oriental region is patchy and restricted to some countries. NEW INFORMATION: Here the genus Phytodietus is recorded from Thailand for the first time based on three species. Diagnosis and illustrations of P. longicauda (Uchida, 1931), P. pitambari Kaur et Jonathan, 1979 and P. spinipes (Cameron, 1905) are given. Furthermore, known distributional and biological data of the species are summarised and an identification key to the species is provided.

First record of the genus Acropimpla Townes, 1960 (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae: Pimplinae) from Thailand, with descriptions of three new species.

Nine species of Acropimpla Townes, 1960 are recorded from Thailand with three species described as new: A. leoni sp.n., A. natae sp.n., A. patellalutea sp.n. Six species, A. aspera Gupta & Tikar, 1976, A. hapaliae (Rao, 1953), A. leucostoma (Cameron, 1907), A. nakula Gupta & Tikar, 1976, A. taishunensis Liu, He & Chen, 2010, and A. uchidai (Cushman, 1933) are recorded from Thailand for the first time. A key to the females of Acropimpla species in South East Asia is also provided.

Review of North European species of the genus Lathrolestes (Hymenoptera, Ichneumonidae) with description of one new species from Öland (Sweden).

The genus Lathrolestes Förster (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae) from Northern Europe is reviewed. A new species, L. oelandinus sp. n. from Öland (Southern Sweden) is described. Illustrated diagnoses for 23 Northern European species are provided. Lathrolestes soperi Reshchikov, 2010 is recorded for the first time in the Palaearctic region (from the UK) and L. bipunctatus (Bridgman, 1886), L. citreus (Brischke, 1878), L. clypeatus (Zetterstedt, 1838) are new records for Denmark, and L. moravicus Habermehl, 1923 is a new record for Finland, France and Russia. Additionally L. ensator recorded newly from Belorus, L. erythrocephalus from Azerbaijan, L. macropygus and L. pictilis from Austria. Trophic interactions of the genus are discussed.

New records of the genus Clistopyga Gravenhorst, 1829 (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae: Pimplinae) from the Oriental region, with description of a new species.

A new species, Clystopyga longifemoralis Varga & Reshchikov sp. n., is described and illustrated from Thailand. Clistopyga latifrontalis (Uchida, 1941) is re-described and illustrated. Clistopyga nagatomii Kusigemati, 1984 is considered to be a junior synonym of C. sziladyi Kiss, 1959 (syn. nov) and also recorded from India for the first time.

Seven new species of the genus Physotarsus Townes 1966 (Hymenoptera, Ichneumonidae) from South America.

Seven new species of the genus Physotarsus Townes are described and illustrated: P. iquitos Reshchikov and Sääksjärvi sp. n., P. mishanensis Reshchikov and Sääksjärvi sp. n., P. orellanensis Reshchikov and Sääksjärvi sp. n., P. polleti Reshchikov and Sääksjärvi sp. n., P. saltilloensis Reshchikov sp. n., P. tampobata Reshchikov and Sääksjärvi sp. n., and P. tunchi Reshchikov sp. n. The male of P. oculatus Zhaurova, 2009 is described for the first time. An illustrated key for Neotropical species is provided.

New records of Ichneumonidae (Hymenoptera) for the Italian fauna.

New distributional records on 55 ichneumonids (Hymenoptera, Ichneumonidae) from Italy are provided. Of these, 47 species are new for Italy, including representatives of the subfamily Diacritinae and of the tribes Zimmeriini (Ichneumoninae) and Pseudorhyssini (Poemeniinae); six species are new for Sardinia, one for Sicily and one for the Italian mainland. The hitherto unknown female of Baranisobashibericus Heinrich, 1972 (Ichneumoninae) is described.

New records of the genus Polysphincta Gravenhorst, 1829 (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae: Pimplinae) from the Oriental region.

A new species, Polysphincta punctigaster Varga & Reshchikov sp. n., the second known species of the genus from the Oriental region, is described from Thailand. Polysphincta asiatica Kusigemati, 1984 is considered to be a junior synonym of P. boops Tschek, 1869 (syn. nov.). Polysphincta longa Kasparyan, 1976 is recorded from the Oriental region for the first time.

A new species of Lathrolestes Förster (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae) from Peruvian Amazonia.

Lathrolestesfiedleri sp. n. is described from Peru. This is the first record of the tribe and the genus for the country.
