RESUMO

Preliminary administration of opioid peptide opilong accelerated information perception, but at the same time caused neurotic disorders in rats exposed to information load during training. Under these conditions, suppression of fibrinolysis and hypercoagulation (signs of prethrombosis confirmed by functional thrombin challenge) were detected in the blood. Histochemical analysis of tissues, depots of fibrinolytic enzymes of the anticoagulation system, revealed inadequate weakened tissue response to thrombin in opilong-treated rats in comparison with the control.

RESUMO

Immune nephritis in rats was induced by administration of nephrotoxic rabbit antiserum. The development of severe renal inflammation (proteinuria, edema, lipemia, increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate, and 30% mortality) was accompanied by hypercoagulation and inhibition of fibrinolysis. Repeated subcutaneous injections of thymoptin in a low dose of 0.1 microg/200 g (5 injections every other day) increased the severity of inflammation and prethrombotic state of the blood. Lengthening the period between injections (5 injections at 5-day intervals) was followed by a tendency toward attenuation of nephritis and correction of hypercoagulation. In healthy rats, thymoptin produced an opposite effect on hemostasis, which was manifested in moderate stimulation of fibrinolysis and hypocoagulation.

RESUMO

A model of venous thrombosis on the rabbit marginal ear vein was developed. It is based on occlusion of a segment of the left or right ear vein followed by injection of thrombin into this segment. Thrombolytic activity of longolytin applied externally onto the thrombotic venous segment was evaluated. The drug 2-fold shortened the time of clot lysis and 4-4.5-fold increased the rate of thrombolysis. The effect of longolytin was potentiated by heparin. The rate of lysis was higher in large thrombi and in the left vein (effect of asymmetry).
