RESUMO

The ultrasonic signs or focal formations have a defining value for indication of fine-needle aspiration biopsy of thyroid nodules. The size and dynamics of growth aren't so important. The evaluation of indications for performing a thyroid nodules biopsy was made in 6403 patients. It was proved that the size of thyroid nodules hadn't any value for the indications and technique of aspiration biopsy. It was stated that a subjectivity assessment, many errors and parameters variety took place in clinical and ultrasound examination in the case of thyroid nodules changes. Indications for biopsy based on the size of nodules hadn't any theoretical or practical value. The indications according to TIRADS system are reasonable. Their application considerably improved obtaining an informative material and increased the probability of thyroid tumor detection.

RESUMO

By the end of 10 and 90 min long total brain anoxia and on 1st, 3rd, 7th and 30th postanoxic days numerical density of synapses, shape and size of presynaptic dense projections (DP), curvature of synaptic contacts plane in molecular layer of cerebellar cortex were studied in control albino rats. Dependence between shape and extent of alterations of curvature of synaptic contacts and parameters and shape of DS was established. Maximum positive curvature of plane of synaptic contacts corresponded with maximum distance between DP, minimum height and spherical shape of DP. Maximum decline in numerical density of synapses and extent of curvature of synaptic contacts plane were found in zones of irreversible postanoxic damage of Purkinje cells.

RESUMO

Quantitative analysis of the neuronal populations of the cerebellar cortex was carried out in white rats after reanimation. Clinical death was modeled by 10-min clamping of the neurovascular plexus near the heart. The material for analysis was collected at the end of ischemia, 90 min, 1, 3, and 7 days after it. There are about 8 neurons of the molecular layer and 250 granular cells per pyramidal neuron in an intact cerebellar cortex of white rats. Staring from day 3 of the postreanimation period, the number of granular cells per pyramidal neuron increases, whereas the ratio of the molecular layer neurons and pyramidal neurons differs but negligibly from the control values over the entire follow-up period. Different sensitivity of various neuron populations to an ischemic exposure leads to the formation of the structural basis for the predominance of stimulating pulsation in the cerebellar cortex and reduces its inhibitory effect on the cerebellar nucleus in the postreanimation period.

RESUMO

A comparative analysis of intraneuronal relationship between Purkinje cells and granule cells zones of the cerebellar cortex molecular layer with different extent of expression of destructive and compensatory-adaptive processes was performed in rats in the dynamics of postischemic period. The ischemia was modelled by the 10 minutes long compression of the heart vascular bundle under the ethereal narcosis, Dependence between type and extent of the synaptic profile and functional state of the synapse was shown. Dynamics of changes of the synapse numerical density was demonstrated so as the regularities of the axo-spinous synapses structural organization changes during their dysfunction, destruction and interneuronal contact repair within and outside the nidi of interneuronal interrelations during 30 days of postischemic period.
