RESUMO

Depression is highly prevalent and easily relapses. Psychological interventions are effective for the prevention of depression relapse. This systematic review and network meta-analysis aimed to compare the efficacy at the same follow-up time points of psychological interventions in depression. We searched PubMed, Embase, and PsycINFO via OVID, and the Cochrane Library published up to December 12, 2021, and PubMed up to July 1, 2022. The primary outcome was depression relapse, considering the same time points that were extracted on survival curves or relapse curves. The study protocol was registered with PROSPERO, CRD42022343327. A total of 2,871 patients were included from 25 RCTs. Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) was significantly better than placebo at the 3 months, the 6 months, and the 9 months at follow-up. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) was significantly better than treatment as usual at the 3 months, the 9 months, the 12 months, and the 15 months at follow-up. CBT was significantly better than placebo at the 21 months and the 24 months at follow-up. Behavioral activation therapy was significantly better than placebo at the 21 months and the 24 months at follow-up. Interpersonal psychotherapy was significantly better than placebo at the 24-month follow-up. All psychological interventions included in the study were significantly better than supportive counseling most of the time. The results were robust in various sensitivity and subgroup analyses. In conclusion, MBCT had a continuous effect in preventing relapse of depression. CBT had the longest but not continuous effect in preventing relapse of depression. The effects of behavioral activation therapy and interpersonal therapy for the prevention of depression appeared late. All psychological interventions included in the study were more effective than supportive counseling. More evidence is needed from large comparative trials that provide long-term follow-up data.

RESUMO

The majority of various types of temporomandibular joint dislocation can be easily reduced to normal position through nontraumatic procedures. We present a rare case of temporomandibular joint dislocation with a left old zygomaticomaxoid complex fracture in a 48-year-old hemiplegic male. Due to the lock-in state of dislocated coronoid process and deformed zygomaticomaxoid complex, this type of dislocation combined with an old fracture is rare and difficult to reduce with conservative therapy. Therefore, coronoidectomy was performed to release the lock and reduce the condylar.

RESUMO

Mandibulotomy provides good access for monobloc compartmental resection of squamous cell carcinoma in the proper oral cavity. Various designs of osteotomy have been reported, but few of them have considered the local anatomical conditions, and thus related complications occasionally happen. We devised a paramedian lateral-angled mandibulotomy to reduce the side injuries.

RESUMO

Squamous cell carcinomas (SCCs) are common malignant tumors in the oral and maxillofacial region. However, SCCs secondary to marsupialization of odontogenic radicular cysts are extremely rare. The authors report an unusual case of a 43-year-old male presented with dull pain in the right molar region of the mandible without numbness of lower lips, who had a long history of smoking, alcohol consumption, and betel nut chewing. Computerized tomography revealed a round well-defined unilocular radiolucent at the apex of lower right premolars, 2 nonvital teeth. The clinical diagnosis was the radicular cyst of the right mandible. The patient was initially treated with root canal therapy of the teeth followed by marsupialization with a mandibular vestibular groove incision. While the patient did not follow the instruction of irrigation of the cyst and had no regular follow-up. The reexamination of computerized tomography indicated a round well-defined unilocular radiolucent at the apex of lower right premolars and filled with a soft tissue without clear boundary with buccal muscles at 31 months follow-up. There were no masses or ulcer around the mandibular vestibular groove incision and the patient had no sign of numbness of lower lips. The clinical diagnosis was the radicular cyst of right mandible with infection. A curettage was performed. However, the pathologic diagnosis was well-differentiated SCC. An extended radical surgical resection including segmental resection of the right mandible was performed. The histopathology was well-differentiated SCC without the cyst epithelium and invasion of bone, which can be distinguished from primary intraosseous SCC. The case indicates that marsupialization performed in patients with a history of smoking, alcohol consumption, and betel nut chewing, has a risk of suffering from oral SCC.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: A large body of recent research has demonstrated that patients with schizophrenia exhibit significant changes in visual function and ocular tissue structure in the early stages of onset. It is therefore possible to explore a novel scientific breakthrough in the etiology of schizophrenia by transforming the traditional study of brain structure and function with a view to examining the potential field of eye tissue and function. However, few studies have investigated the correlation between iris characteristics and schizophrenia, and evidence is lacking in this regard. Thus, further exploration is needed. PURPOSE: This study was designed to analyze the characteristics of iris structure, color vision function and cognitive function, as well as the changes therein in patients with the first-episode drug-free schizophrenia before and after antipsychotic treatment. It aimed to preliminarily identify easily-measurable biomarkers for early clinical screening and diagnosis of schizophrenia. METHODS: This study recruited 61 patients (22 males) with first-episode schizophrenia. Prior to the commencement of treatment with antipsychotic drugs, the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) and Farnsworth-Munsell Dichotomous (D-15 Hue Test) were used as assessment tools to evaluate cognitive function and color vision function, respectively. Over a 6-week period, patients received a second-generation antipsychotic treatment (all converted to olanzapine equivalent dose) as prescribed by the doctor, and the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) was applied to evaluate the clinical treatment effects before treatment (baseline), as well as at the 2nd, 4th, and 6th weeks after drug treatment. On the basis of iris characteristics, the patients were divided into groups. The observed differences in drug treatment effects between the groups were then compared and analyzed to further clarify the relationship between treatment efficacy and iris characteristics. Finally, changes in the cognitive function and color vision function of patients at baseline and at the 6th week after drug treatment were compared, and the effects of antipsychotic drug treatment on the above-mentioned functions were analyzed. RESULTS: On the basis of structural iris characteristics, 61 patients were classified as follows: 28 patients without iris crypts and 33 with iris crypts; 35 without iris pigment dots and 26 with iris pigment dots; 42 without iris wrinkles and 19 with iris wrinkles. No significant difference was observed in the PANSS scores of all of the patients at baseline; however, significant differences were found in patients with iris crypts and iris pigment dots at each follow-up timepoint (i.e., at the 2nd, 4th, and 6th week). Moreover, it is noteworthy that, compared with other patients, the PANSS scores of patients without specific iris structure characteristics (iris crypts and pigment dots) decreased significantly (P<0.05), which indicated that the drug therapy was highly effective. Excluding the interference of drug factors, a significant correlation was found between the results of the D-15 (color vision function) and MoCA (cognitive function) in first-episode untreated patients (r = -0.401, P < 0.05). In addition, the MoCA scores (mean difference = 2.36, t = 10.05, P ˂ 0.01) were significantly higher after 6 weeks of antipsychotic drug treatment compared to conditions at baseline. CONCLUSIONS: The findings of this study demonstrated that color vision function of patients with schizophrenia improved with the improvement of cognitive function. The structural characteristics of the iris with crypts and pigment dots could have a significant impact on the drug treatment effect of schizophrenia and could be considered as a potential biomarker for detecting and recognizing schizophrenia.

RESUMO

The risky behaviours of bus drivers are of great concern to public health and environmental sustainability, especially for the buses operated between cities. With this in mind, the present study examined the distribution of risky behaviours among bus drivers, and the contributing factors to risky performance. To achieve this, 1648 records of GPS trajectory data and 8281 records of advance warning message data from Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge shuttle buses were obtained. The temporal and spatial distribution of risky behaviours was analysed. A random parameters negative binomial model was developed to further investigate the relationship between speed-related factors and risky behaviours. The results indicated that the warning of safety distance, lane departure, forward collision, and distraction were more likely to occur on weekdays. The period between 14 and 16 o'clock obtained the highest frequency of safety distance and lane departure warnings. Regarding the model estimation results, indicators reflecting average speed, acceleration, and number of trips per day showed a statistically significant impact on safety distance and lane departure warnings. Also, the acceleration of bus drivers showed a mixed impact on lane departure warnings. Corresponding implications were discussed according to the findings to reduce the frequency of risky behaviours in shuttle bus operations.

RESUMO

PURPOSE: To investigate the correlation of clinicopathologic factors and immunophenotypic features with betel nut chewing in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC). METHODS: The data of 88 patients with OSCC were collected. According to the habit of betel nut chewing, the clinicopathologic factors and immunohistochemical parameters were analyzed. The relationship between clinicopathologic factors of OSCC and betel nut chewing was analyzed with univariate analysis and multivariate analysis using SPSS 17.0 software package. RESULTS: 46.6% of patients had the habit of betel nut chewing and 67.0% of patients had tongue cancer and buccal cancer. The pathological stages were mainly T2 (40.9%). From univariate analysis of the results, differentiation degree, ki-67, p53 was significantly correlated with the habit of betel nut chewing(P<0.05); while gender, age, location, pathological T stage and cervical lymph node metastasis were not significantly correlated with habit of betel nut chewing (P>0.05). From multivariate analysis of the results, location and differentiation degree were significantly correlated with the habit of betel nut chewing (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: ki-67 and p53 protein are lowly expressed in OSCC patients with the habit of betel nut chewing, suggesting that clinicopathologic factors such as the proliferation activity, malignancy, differentiation and prognosis of tumor are much better. Differentiation degree are relatively good in OSCC patients with the habit of betel nut chewing. Cheek and tongue are the most common site of OSCC.

RESUMO

Intraosseous lipomas are rare benign tumors of the bone, especially for the mandible. The etiology remains unclear, although several hypotheses have been proposed, such as trauma, blood vessel infarction, aging and inflammation. Clinically, the symptoms mainly depend on the location and size of the tumors. Radiographically, the lesions are usually radiolucent occasionally accompanied by radiopacity. The diagnosis is challenging, and histopathologic examination is necessary for definite diagnosis. Herein, the authors report an unusual patient with intraosseous lipoma in the mandibular condyle.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVES: Cloninger developed the three-dimensional personality theory and Tridimensional Personality Questionnaire (TPQ), which shows that some dimensions of personality traits are heritable and related to neurotransmitters including dopamine. glutathione peroxidase 1 (GPx1) plays an important role in metabolic dopamine change and closely relates to neurological and psychiatric disorders. The impact of GPx-1 polymorphisms has been rarely explored in the field of personality traits. We decide to explore the relationships between them in healthy Chinese-Han subjects by using the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). METHODS: In our study, 493 healthy Chinese-Han participants (male = 234, female = 259) were recruited. 2 ml of EDTA-treated blood from each volunteer was taken; meanwhile, personality traits were assessed by TPQ. We detected the genotypes of selected two polymorphisms through PCR-RFLP after extracting DNA. Finally, the association between different genotypes and TPQ scores was performed using SPSS, p < .05 is seen as significant statistical significance. RESULTS: Our data found a correlation between rs1800668 and novelty seeking (NS) subscale NS2 (X2  = 7.392, p = .025). While the results showed the rs1050450 was significantly associated with NS4 (X2  = 6.059, p = .048). Regarding sex stratification, there was a significant difference in the NS2 score (X2  = 8.232, p = .016) among women for rs1800668. No sex effect was observed for either genotype for rs1050450. CONCLUSION: GPx-1polymorphism is related to personality traits in healthy Chinese-Han subjects. Our results suggested that GPx-1 may be involved in the biological mechanisms and be a potential gene that influenced personality.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: The dopamine and oxidative stress hypotheses are leading theories of the pathoetiology of schizophrenia (SCZ). Glutathione Peroxidase 1 (GPx-1), a major antioxidant enzyme, and the most abundantly expressed member of the GPx family, plays an important role in metabolic dopamine changes, which are closely related to neurological and psychiatric disorders. The impact of GPx-1 polymorphisms has rarely been explored in the field of SCZ. Here, we explored the possible relationship between GPx-1 gene polymorphisms and SCZ in Chinese Han subjects by using the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism method. METHODS: DNA from 786 patients (360 patients with schizophrenia and 426 healthy controls) was genotyped for the single-nucleotide polymorphisms rs1800668 C/T and rs1050450 C/T in GPx-1 using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis. Analysis of the association between GPx-1 and SCZ was performed using SPSS 22.0, while Haploview 4.2 software and SHEsis software were used to perform linkage disequilibrium analysis and haplotype analysis. RESULTS: The results indicated that the GPx-1 polymorphisms rs1050450 and rs1800668 were associated with SCZ. We found that the C-allele of rs1800668 C/T may be a protection factor against SCZ in general, but in particular, for males. Furthermore, the CT and TC (GPx-1 rs1800668 C/T and rs1050450 C/T) haplotypes may be susceptible to SCZ in the population. Finally, no significant differences in allelic or genotypic frequencies of rs1050450 were detected between cases and controls from whole or stratification analyses by gender. CONCLUSION: GPx-1 polymorphisms are related to SCZ in Chinese Han subjects. Our results suggested that GPx-1 may be a potential gene that influences SCZ.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Antidepressant treatment is one of the most effective ways of relieving or curing depressive symptoms in patients with major depressive disorder (MDD). Although many studies have explored the efficacy, tolerability, adverse reactions, and functional mechanism of the disease, there has been no systematic evaluation of the relevant results in this field. AIM: This paper aims to analyze the theme trends and knowledge structure of drug therapy studies on MDD since the 21st century by employing bibliometric analysis. METHODS: Literature published in PubMed and related to drug therapy studies on MDD were retrieved between 2001 and 2018 in 6-year increments. After extracting major Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) terms/MeSH subheadings, bi-clustering analysis, social network analysis, and strategic diagrams were employed to complete bibliometric analysis. RESULTS: Overall, 1,577, 2,680, 2,848 relevant research articles were retrieved for the periods during 2001-2006, 2007-2012, and 2013-2018, respectively. In line with strategic diagrams, the main undeveloped and peripheral theme clusters during 2001-2006 were functional mechanisms of antidepressants in pathophysiology, neuroendocrinology and neural biochemistry. These themes were replaced during 2007-2012 by clinical efficacy and influencing factors of antidepressants with or without psychotherapy, mechanisms of adverse reactions of antidepressants, and predictive studies of clinical therapeutic effects of antidepressants based on brain imaging. During 2013-2018 application and evaluation of new antidepressant agents, early identification and prevention of suicide of patients with MDD, as well as genetic- or bio-markers affecting the response and efficacy of antidepressants were the primary themes. Based on social network analyses, emerging hotspots, such as antidepressive agents, second-generation/adverse effects, depressive disorder, major/metabolism, psychotherapy/methods, and brain/drug effects could be identified during 2007-2012 and 2013-2018. CONCLUSIONS: These undeveloped theme clusters and emerging hotspots can be helpful for researchers to clarify the current status of their respective fields and future trends, and to generate novel ideas that may launch new research directions.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: The sudden outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has had a dramatic effect on the mental health of the public. In the present study, we demonstrated the psychological effects on children and adolescents associated with the epidemic . METHODS: By using convenience sampling method, questionnaires, such as Spence Child Anxiety Scale, Child Depression Inventory and Coping style Scale, were distributed to participating 359 children and 3254 adolescents online. RESULTS: The anxiety levels of children and adolescents were (23.87 ± 15.79) and (29.27 ± 19.79), respectively. 22.28% respondents were suffering from depressive symptoms. Seven significant factors associated with increased levels of anxiety, including female, resident in urban regions, emotion-focused coping style. Nine factors associated with increased levels of depression, such as smartphone addiction (OR 1.411, 95% CI 1.099-1.180), Internet addiction (OR 1.844, 95% CI 1.209-2.811), and resident in Hubei province (OR 3.107, 95% CI 1.252-7.708). Two additional factors associated with decreased levels of depressive symptoms: hours spend on Internet per day before the epidemic (OR 0.652, 95% CI 0.609-0.697) and tendency to apply problem-focused coping style (OR 0.937, 95% CI 0.923-0.951). CONCLUSION: Our findings indicate that the COVID-19 outbreak has had a significant psychosocial impact on children and adolescents. Findings of current levels of anxiety and depression not only highlight the need to address emotional distress for children and adolescents during the epidemic but also provide researchers with scientific fundamentals to formulate targeted interventions based on the significant influencing factors.

RESUMO

Pseudovascular adenoid squamous cell carcinoma (PASCC) is an uncommon histologic variant of squamous cell carcinoma, characterized by acantholysis in the cancer nests resulting in a pseudovascular appearance, and a subtype of acantholytic squamous cell carcinoma. It is relatively common in sun-exposed skin, but is extremely rare in oral cavity. A 56-year-old woman was referred to our department presented with a fast-growing mass in the front of the tongue for more than two months. Physical examination revealed a exophytic lesion with a pedicle in the anterior tongue. An incisional biopsy was performed. On microscopic examination, the tumor was composed of vessel-like anastomosing channels and dilated vessel-like spaces, similar to hemangioma, and the anastomosing channels contained free tumor cells. The nests of tumor cells with significant acantholysis were observed in some regions. Immunohistochemical examination revealed cells positive for pan-CK, CK5/6, p63, and negative for CD31 and CD34. The pathological diagnosis was confirmed as pseudovascular adenoid squamous cell carcinoma. The extended resection of the tumor and neck dissection was performed. There was no tumor recurrence or distant metastasis after 15 months of follow-up.

RESUMO

Major depressive disorder (MDD) is a complex psychiatric disease requiring multidisciplinary approaches to identify specific risk factors and establish more efficacious treatment strategies. Although the etiology and pathophysiology of MDD are not clear until these days, it is acknowledged that they are almost certainly multifactorial and comprehensive. Monoamine neurotransmitter system dysfunction and specific personality traits are independent risk factors for depression and suicide. These factors also demonstrate complex interactions that influence MDD pathogenesis and symptom expression. In this review, we assess these relationships with the aim of providing a reference for the development of precision medicine.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Late life depression (LLD), a common mental disorder, has become an increasingly acute public health concern with a quickly expanding geriatric population worldwide. To our knowledge, however, the incidence of LLD in northern cities in China has not been empirically investigated, and many elderly people with depressive moods and mild depressive symptoms have not been given sufficient attention. METHODS/DESIGN: This is a multi-stage and prospective study. The first stage is a cross-sectional study, investigating the epidemiological characteristics of LLD in northern China and exploring the biological, psychological, and social risk factors for developing LLD based on a set of questionnaires from 6,800 community-residing elderly adults. The second stage involves statistical analysis, by constructing a risk factor model for LLD and analyzing their direct and indirect functional routes on the basis of structural equation modeling. The third stage is an experimental study a total of 60 elderly patients with LLD and their principle caregivers will be randomly assigned to control and trial groups. The trial group patients and caregivers will undergo supportive psychosocial, drug treatment, and health education (PDH) intervention, whereas the control group patients and caregivers will be treated routinely (treatment as routine, TAR, which includes drug treatment and health education). At the end of the intervention, depressive symptoms, quality of life, and the social and cognitive functioning of the patients in the two groups will be respectively assessed at a baseline and after 6, 9, and 12 months post-intervention by employing scales and questionnaires to analyze the effectiveness of the supportive PDH intervention measures in comparison with TAR. Ultimately, a supportive PDH intervention and health management model will be obtained by combining PDH intervention with mental health institutions, community health services, and aging families as the main line. DISCUSSION: This study will provide strong and suitable evidence for enhancing the integrated supportive PDH intervention and health management model of LLD patients among community-dwelling residents. ETHICS: This study has been approved by the Ethics and Research Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University (approval No. [2019] 2019-312-2).

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Glutathione S-transferase (GST) is an important antioxidant enzyme in the body. The weakening of the antioxidant system causes damage to the cells and tissues that make up the organism, adversely affects the function of the nervous system, and ultimately leads to schizophrenia (SCZ). Previous studies have yielded inconsistent results across different ethnic populations. PURPOSE: This case-control study was carried out to investigate whether genetic polymorphisms in GST could be associated with SCZ in the Chinese Han population. PATIENTS AND METHODS: A total of 794 participants, including 379 SCZ patients (case group) and 415 healthy individuals (control group), were genotyped by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length for polymorphisms in GST genes. RESULTS: The study found that the frequency of the GSTM1 null genotype was higher in case group than control group (p=0.003). The frequency of the GSTM1 and GSTT1 double null genotype was also higher in case group than control group (p=0.008). CONCLUSION: We conclude that the GSTM1 null genotype and the GSTM1 and GSTT1 double null genotype may be related to the onset of SCZ in Chinese Han population.

RESUMO

Social and economic burdens caused by truck-involved rear-end collisions are of great concern to public health and the environment. However, few efforts focused on identifying the difference of impacting factors on injury severity between car-strike-truck and truck-strike-car in rear-end collisions. In light of the above, this study focuses on illustrating the impact of variables associated with injury severity in truck-related rear-end crashes. To this end, truck involved rear-end crashes between 2006 and 2015 in the U.S. were obtained. Three random parameters ordered probit models were developed: two separate models for the car-strike-truck crashes and the truck-strike-car crashes, respectively, and one for the combined dataset. The likelihood ratio test was conducted to evaluate the significance of the difference between the models. The results show that there is a significant difference between car-strike-truck and truck-strike-car crashes in terms of contributing factors towards injury severity. In addition, indicators reflecting male, truck, starting or stopped in the road before a crash, and other vehicles stopped in lane show a mixed impact on injury severity. Corresponding implications were discussed according to the findings to reduce the possibility of severe injury in truck-involved rear-end collisions.

RESUMO

PURPOSE: The aim of this meta-analysis was to evaluate the efficacy of open surgery and closed treatment for unilateral moderately displaced mandibular condyle fractures. METHODS: PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library databases were searched according to PRISMA guidelines from inception to October, 2018. Inclusion criteria were based on humans randomized controlled trials in the English literature. Pertinent data were collected and the incidence of the complications was calculated. RESULTS: A total of 6 studies with 227 patients were included in the meta-analysis. The results showed that there were no significant differences in incidence of malocclusion (odds ratio [OR], 0.33; 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.07-1.46; P = 0.14). However, open surgery group had a better maximal mouth opening (WMD = 3.82, 95% CI: 1.93-5.71, P < 0.01), protrusion (WMD = 1.16, 95% CI: 0.42-1.89, P < 0.01) and sum of both laterotrusions (WMD: 2.50, 95% CI: 1.77-3.22, P < 0.01). And the incidence of temporomandibular joint pain was lower than closed treatment group (OR: 0.15, 95% CI: 0.06-0.37, P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: Compared with closed treatment, open surgery has significant advantages in improving mouth opening and mandibular movement, and reducing the incidence of temporomandibular joint pain, provided that open surgery was a promising application in treatment of unilateral moderately displaced mandibular condyle fractures.

RESUMO

In surgical removal of a submandibular gland, trans-cervical approach has esthetic problem and existing trans-oral approaches are extensively invasive. The authors have used trans-oral robotic surgery to remove the submandibular gland with preservation of the sublingual gland and the Wharton's duct, and hereby report the case and discuss our preliminary experiences.

RESUMO

Neuroblastoma is the most common tumor diagnosed in children and infants, with high recurrence and poor prognosis. Angelica sinensis polysaccharide (AP) whose average molecular weight is 72,900 Da possesses various bioactivities. We aimed to explore the effects of AP on neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells as well as the underlying mechanisms. Effects of AP on cell viability, proliferation, apoptosis, migration, invasion, and expressions of long noncoding RNA H19 (lncRNA-H19), microRNA (miR)-675, and CD44 were assessed. Then, effects of miR-675 overexpression on AP-treated cells were analyzed. Next, expression of key kinases in the PI3K/AKT and JAK/ STAT pathways was detected. The possible target gene of miR-675 was finally explored. Cell viability was reduced by 200-500 µg/mL AP. Meanwhile, AP repressed cell proliferation, migration, and invasion, but induced apoptosis. Expressions of lncRNA-H19 and miR-675 were upregulated in neuroblastoma cells, and were downregulated by AP. AP was also identified to upregulate CD44. We next found AP affected SH-SY5Y cells through downregulating miR-675. Key kinases in the PI3K/AKT and JAK/STAT pathways were downregulated by AP stimulation, while these downregulations were abrogated by miR-675 overexpression. KIF1B isoform ß (KIF1Bß) is proved to be a target of miR-675. In conclusion, AP was first identified to inhibit proliferation, migration, and invasion but induce apoptosis. Furthermore, AP might repress tumorigenesis of SH-SY5Y cells through miR-675-mediated inactivation of the PI3K/AKT and JAK/STAT pathways. Besides, KIF1Bß might be a target of miR-675.
