RESUMO

Low-density green polyethylene (LDGPE) composites reinforced with 5 wt% of bamboo fiber and 3 wt% of a compatibilizing agent (polyethylene grafted with maleic anhydride and tannin) were processed through extrusion and injection molding. Bamboo fiber, Bambusa Vulgaris, was characterized using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The molded specimens were analyzed for their thermal, mechanical, and morphological properties. The estimated concentration was chosen to provide the best mechanical strength to the material studied. FTIR analysis of the fibers revealed the presence of groups characteristic of bamboo fiber and tannin. Differential scanning calorimetry revealed that both compatibilizing agents increased the matrix's degree of crystallinity. However, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that, despite the presence of compatibilizing agents, there was no significant improvement in adhesion between the bamboo fibers and LDGPE.

AIMS: To determine the level of agreement between healthcare professionals, patients and their parents/guardians in the interpretation of the urine color scale (UCS) in cases of urinary dysfunction, analyzing the applicability of the scale as a diagnostic tool determining the hydration status. METHODS: This was a cross-sectional study involving 5-17-year-old patients with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) and enuresis. The study was conducted in a public healthcare referral center for pediatric urology in the Brazilian state of Bahia between October 2019 and March 2020. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to assess the distribution of the variables. Agreement was assessed using the kappa coefficient and weighted kappa. The z-test was used to determine significant differences between the kappa and weighted kappa. The statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS, version 14, and significance was established at p < 0.05. RESULTS: Forty-four patients were included. The kappa value was 32.4% (p = 0.000) for the agreement between healthcare professionals and patients, 41.9% (p = 0.000) for agreement between healthcare professionals and parents/guardians, and 25.0% (p = 0.001) for agreement between patients and parents/guardians. The weighted kappa was 70.6% (p = 0.000) for agreement between healthcare professionals and patients, 82.4% (p = 0.000) for agreement between healthcare professionals and parents/guardians, and 51.5% (p = 0.001) for agreement between patients and parents/guardians. There was a statistically significant difference in kappa values when the healthcare professionals were compared with the other groups. CONCLUSIONS: Although there were some inconsistencies in interpretation, the UCS proved to be a useful tool with which to evaluate patients' hydration status.

Huntington's disease (HD), one of >50 inherited repeat expansion disorders (Depienne and Mandel, 2021), is a dominantly-inherited neurodegenerative disease caused by a CAG expansion in HTT (The Huntington's Disease Collaborative Research Group, 1993). Inherited CAG repeat length is the primary determinant of age of onset, with human genetic studies underscoring that the property driving disease is the CAG length-dependent propensity of the repeat to further expand in brain (Swami et al ., 2009; GeM-HD, 2015; Hensman Moss et al ., 2017; Ciosi et al ., 2019; GeM-HD, 2019; Hong et al ., 2021). Routes to slowing somatic CAG expansion therefore hold great promise for disease-modifying therapies. Several DNA repair genes, notably in the mismatch repair (MMR) pathway, modify somatic expansion in HD mouse models (Wheeler and Dion, 2021). To identify novel modifiers of somatic expansion, we have used CRISPR-Cas9 editing in HD knock-in mice to enable in vivo screening of expansion-modifier candidates at scale. This has included testing of HD onset modifier genes emerging from human genome-wide association studies (GWAS), as well as interactions between modifier genes, thereby providing new insight into pathways underlying CAG expansion and potential therapeutic targets.

To study in vivo the bioactivity of biodegradable magnesium implants and other possible biomaterials, we are proposing a previously unexplored application of PET-CT imaging, using available tracers to follow soft tissue and bone remodelling and immune response in the presence of orthopaedic implants. Female Wistar rats received either implants (Ti6Al7Nb titanium or WE43 magnesium) or corresponding transcortical sham defects into the diaphyseal area of the femurs. Inflammatory response was followed with [18F]FDG and osteogenesis with [18F]NaF, over the period of 1.5 months after surgery. An additional pilot study with [68Ga]NODAGA-RGD tracer specific to αvß3 integrin expression was performed to follow the angiogenesis for one month. [18F]FDG tracer uptake peaked on day 3 before declining in all groups, with Mg and Ti groups exhibiting overall higher uptake compared to sham. This suggests increased cellular activity and tissue response in the presence of Mg during the initial weeks, with Ti showing a subsequent increase in tracer uptake on day 45, indicating a foreign body reaction. [18F]NaF uptake demonstrated the superior osteogenic potential of Mg compared to Ti, with peak uptake on day 7 for all groups. [68Ga]NODAGA-RGD pilot study revealed differences in tracer uptake trends between groups, particularly the prolonged expression of αvß3 integrin in the presence of implants. Based on the observed differences in the uptake trends of radiotracers depending on implant material, we suggest that PET-CT is a suitable modality for long-term in vivo assessment of orthopaedic biomaterial biocompatibility and underlying tissue reactions. STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE: The study explores the novel use of positron emission tomography for the assessment of the influence that biomaterials have on the surrounding tissues. Previous related studies have mostly focused on material-related effects such as implant-associated infections or to follow the osseointegration in prosthetics, but the use of PET to evaluate the materials has not been reported before. The approach tests the feasibility of using repeated PET-CT imaging to follow the tissue response over time, potentially improving the methodology for adopting new biomaterials for clinical use.

A series of phosphatidylethanolamine fluorescent probes head-labelled with 3-carboxycoumarin was prepared by an improved bioconjugation approach through continuous flow synthesis. The established procedure, supported by a design of experiment (DoE) set-up, resulted in a significant reduction in the reaction time compared to the conventional batch method, in addition to a minor yield increase. The characterization of these probes was enhanced by an in-depth molecular dynamics (MD) study of the behaviour of a representative probe of this family, 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine labelled with 3-carboxycoumarin (POPE-COUM), in bilayers of 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (POPC)/1-stearoyl-2-linoleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (SLPC) 2:1, mimicking the composition of the egg yolk lecithin membranes recently used experimentally by our group to study POPE-COUM as a biomarker of the oxidation state and integrity of large unilamellar vesicles (LUVs). The MD simulations revealed that the coumarin group is oriented towards the bilayer interior, leading to a relatively internal location, in agreement with what is observed in the nitrobenzoxadiazole fluorophore of commercial head-labelled NBD-PE probes. This behaviour is consistent with the previously stated hypothesis that POPE-COUM is entirely located within the LUVs structure. Hence, the delay on the oxidation of the probe in the oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC) assays performed is related with the inaccessibility of the probe until alteration of the LUV structure occurs. Furthermore, our simulations show that POPE-COUM exerts very little global and local perturbation on the host bilayer, as evaluated by key properties of the unlabelled lipids. Together, our findings establish PE-COUM as suitable fluorescent lipid analogue probes.

Abstract Introduction Constipation is a common clinical condition, particularly among cancer patients. Objective To assess the prevalence and severity of CF in women with high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia (HSIL) and cervical cancer (CC), as well as the impact of this condition on their daily lives. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted at a tertiary cancer center. To assess the presence and severity of constipation, the Rome IV criteria, and the Constipation Scoring System (CSS) were used. To assess the impact of constipation on daily life, the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) was used. Results The study included 153 patients with HSIL or CC, with a median age of 44 (IQR 35-56) years. Constipation was reported in 54 (35.3%) patients, 33 (61.1%) of those with HSIL, and 21 (38.9%) of those with CC. In constipated patients, the median number of positive Rome IV criteria items was 3 (IQR 2-5). "Irregular or hard stools" was the most common complaint, affecting 41 (75.9%) of the patients. In patients with CC, the use of analgesic medications was associated with constipation (p = 0.016). There is no link between constipation and invasive cancer (p = 0.492). Constipation had a daily impact of 7.5 (IQR 4.75-9), with no relationship between VAS and clinical diagnosis (HSIL or CC) [7 (IQR 3-9) X 8 (5-9.5), p-value = 0.536] The more severe the constipation, the more disturbing it is to these women's daily lives. Conclusion Constipation is common in women with cervical lesions, affecting their daily lives regardless of their severity.

Objective: to investigate the monocyte count and its association with nutritional status in children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Methods: a cross-sectional study carried out at a Neurodevelopmental Center in the south of Brazil, with 68 ASD patients aged 3 to 18 years. The number of monocytes (per mm3) was determined in blood samples. Nutritional status was defined as BMI-for-age according to WHO standards. The Children's Eating Behaviour Questionnaire and a standard questionnaire to collect sociodemographic and clinical characteristics were administered to caregivers. Comparisons between sociodemographic, clinical, and eating behavior variables were performed with parametric tests. Linear regression was used to test the association between nutritional status and monocyte count. Results: mean age was 8.6 ± 3.3 years, 79 % were males and 66 % were overweight. In the unadjusted regression overweight was associated with higher monocyte counts compared to those non-overweight (B: 64.0; 95 % CI, 13.9 to 114.1; β: 0.30, p = 0.01). This association remained significant after adjustment for the subscale of “emotional overeating” (B: 37.0; 95 % CI, 17.1 to 91.3; β: 0.29; p = 0.02). The variability in monocyte count attributed to overweight was 14 %. Conclusions: overweight is associated with a higher monocyte count in children and adolescents with ASD. Nutritional intervention to control overweight is essential to mitigate the negative impact on inflammatory activity and immune dysfunction in these patients. (AU)


Objetivo: investigar el recuento de monocitos y su asociación con el estado nutricional en niños y adolescentes con trastorno del espectro autista (TEA). Método: estudio transversal realizado en el Centro de Neurodesarrollo, en el sur de Brasil, con 68 pacientes con TEA de 3 a 18 años de edad. Se determinó el número de monocitos (por mm3) en muestras de sangre. El estado nutricional se definió como IMC para la edad según los estándares de la OMS. Se aplicó a los cuidadores el Cuestionario de Conducta Alimentaria Infantil y un cuestionario estándar para recoger características sociodemográficas y clínicas. Las comparaciones entre las variables sociodemográficas, clínicas y de conducta alimentaria se realizaron con pruebas paramétricas. Se utilizó la regresión lineal para probar la asociación entre el estado nutricional y el recuento de monocitos. Resultados: la edad media fue de 8,6 ± 3,3 años, el 79 % eran varones y el 66 % tenían sobrepeso. En la regresión no ajustada, el sobrepeso se asoció a un mayor número de monocitos en comparación con los que no tenían sobrepeso (B: 64,0; IC 95 %: 13,9 a 114,1; β: 0,30; p = 0,01). Esta asociación siguió siendo significativa tras ajustar la subescala de “sobrealimentación emocional” (B: 37,0; IC 95 %: 17,1 a 91,3; β: 0,29; p = 0,02). La variabilidad en el recuento de monocitos atribuida al sobrepeso fue del 14 %. Conclusiones: el sobrepeso se asocia a un mayor recuento de monocitos en niños y adolescentes con TEA. La intervención nutricional para controlar el sobrepeso es esencial para mitigar el impacto negativo sobre la actividad inflamatoria y la disfunción inmune en estos pacientes. (AU)

This paper introduces a novel three-parameter invertible bimodal Gumbel distribution, addressing the need for a versatile statistical tool capable of simultaneously modeling maximum and minimum extremes in various fields such as hydrology, meteorology, finance, and insurance. Unlike previous bimodal Gumbel distributions available in the literature, our proposed model features a simple closed-form cumulative distribution function, enhancing its computational attractiveness and applicability. This paper elucidates the behavior and advantages of the invertible bimodal Gumbel distribution through detailed mathematical formulations, graphical illustrations, and exploration of distributional characteristics. We illustrate using financial data to estimate Value at Risk (VaR) from our suggested model, considering maximum and minimum blocks simultaneously.

Tebuconazole is a triazole fungicide widely used in agricultural crops for control of multiple fungal, mainly foliar and soil-borne diseases. Due to its intense use, this pesticide has been detected on aquatic matrices in different countries, which makes it necessary to identify metabolites capable to be used in its exposure monitoring. The aim of this work was to evaluate tebuconazole metabolites in zebrafish water tanks using liquid chromatography coupled to a high-resolution mass spectrometer (LCHRMS) to highlight analytical targets to monitor tebuconazole exposure in aquatic environments. Two Phase I metabolites, TEB-OH and TEB-COOH, and one Phase II metabolite, TEB-S, were identified. Target metabolomics pointed TEB-S as the most important metabolite for discrimination between treatment and negative control group and potential surrogate for detection and monitoring of tebuconazole exposure in aquatic environments. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to suggest the sulphation of tebuconazole (TEB-S) by zebrafish metabolism. Moreover, the use of water samples proved to be a promising approach when compared to the usual biological matrices (e.g. plasma) for evaluating the exposure of aquatic animals to tebuconazole because it is a clean and easy to obtain matrix. Water samples presented a higher concentration of metabolites when compared to plasma samples. The results suggest the applicability of this assay model for the identification of potential biomarkers for monitoring the presence of xenobiotics in water.

OBJECTIVE: to know the multidisciplinary team's perspective about the health care of people with tuberculosis and human immunodeficiency virus co-infection in relation to treatment. METHODS: this is a descriptive-exploratory study, with a qualitative approach, carried out in a health care service in São Paulo, from May to June 2019. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with nine professionals from the multidisciplinary team. Data were processed through discourse analysis with the support of webQDA. RESULTS: Two empirical categories emerged: Health care interfaces for people with tuberculosis and human immunodeficiency virus co-infection; Barriers and facilitators for health care for people with co-infection. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: the health-disease process in co-infection is mediated by conditions that positively or negatively interfere with treatment compliance. People's health care goes beyond exclusively clinical assistance and requires the recognition of needs in a broad perspective.

A large proportion of older persons in developing countries do not have access to pension, which also constrains their ability to afford healthcare services and entails extensive challenges to the well-being of older people. This study aimed to analyze the financial preparedness of different age groups for retirement in Brazil. Data were derived from a survey to empirically validate the proposed relationships between preparedness for retirement and resilience for the future (financial well-being (FWB) outcomes) on the one hand and among demographic and socioeconomic aspects, behaviors and attitudes, knowledge and experience, and "key" psychological factors on the other hand. The sample consisted of 412 individuals aged between 22 and 79 years. FWB was measured using the financial capability and well-being model and regressed on a number of sociodemographic and psychological variables using linear regression analyses. The results demonstrated that preparedness for retirement was strongly related to older age. Additionally, age was correlated with resilience for the future close to zero, which indicates no relationship. Knowledge and the psychological factors of self-control and confidence were positively and strongly related to better financial behavior for all age groups. In addition, grit and resilience for the future were positively related to better financial behavior in the older age group. Furthermore, the variables of retirement contribution were seemingly not viewed as important to the older group compared with their young and mature counterparts. Multidimensional interventions, especially targeting behaviors and psychological patterns, could, therefore, be recommended in advance to young and mature groups to prepare them to secure their old age and achieve FWB.

BACKGROUND: After almost 100 years since evidence of biofilm mode of growth and decades of intensive investigation about their formation, regulatory pathways and mechanisms of antimicrobial tolerance, nowadays there are still no therapeutic solutions to eradicate bacterial biofilms and their biomedical related issues. PURPOSE: This review intends to provide a comprehensive summary of the recent and most relevant published studies on plant-based products, or their isolated compounds with antibiofilm activity mechanisms of action or identified molecular targets against bacterial biofilms. The objective is to offer a new perspective of most recent data for clinical researchers aiming to prevent or eliminate biofilm-associated infections caused by bacterial pathogens. METHODS: The search was performed considering original research articles published on PubMed, Web of Science and Scopus from 2015 to April 2023, using keywords such as "antibiofilm", "antivirulence", "phytochemicals" and "plant extracts". RESULTS: Over 180 articles were considered for this review with a focus on the priority human pathogens listed by World Health Organization, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli. Inhibition and detachment or dismantling of biofilms formed by these pathogens were found using plant-based extract/products or derivative compounds. Although combination of plant-based products and antibiotics were recorded and discussed, this topic is currently poorly explored and only for a reduced number of bacterial species. CONCLUSIONS: This review clearly demonstrates that plant-based products or derivative compounds may be a promising therapeutic strategy to eliminate bacterial biofilms and their associated infections. After thoroughly reviewing the vast amount of research carried out over years, it was concluded that plant-based products are mostly able to prevent biofilm formation through inhibition of quorum sensing signals, but also to disrupt mature biofilms developed by multidrug resistant bacteria targeting the biofilm extracellular polymeric substance. Flavonoids and phenolic compounds seemed the most effective against bacterial biofilms.

Nesta pesquisa avaliou-se o plano de ensino de 25 faculdades do Brasil, sendo 5 faculdades por região para melhor representatividade do país. Um instrumento de coleta de dados foi construído para extração das informações necessárias, a saber: ementa e referências bibliográficas. Os dados obtidos por esta pesquisa foram tabulados em planilhas utilizando o programa Microsoft Office Excel. Inicialmente, cada frase das ementas foi transcrita para uma entrada de linha da planilha e forma associadas a 10 categorias de sentido. Foram transpostas para uma ementa provisória e proposta uma versão de ementa final. Já as referências bibliográficas foram descritas em linhas das planilhas, individualmente, e após a inclusão de todas foi feito um ranqueamento por frequência de citação. Em termos quantitativos esta pesquisa evidenciou que, as componentes curriculares de Odontologia Legal, abordam mais frequentemente em suas ementas os conteúdos relacionados às Ciências Forenses e ao Direito, sendo estas duas categorias responsáveis por 51,4% (121) das frases das ementas avaliadas e, Jorge Paulete Vanrell, é o autor mais frequentemente referenciado (80%) com sua obra Odontologia Legal e Antropologia Forense


In this research, the teaching plan of 25 colleges in Brazil was evaluated, with 5 colleges per region for better representation of the country. A data collection instrument was built to extract the necessary information, namely: menu and bibliographic references. The data obtained by this research were tabulated in spreadsheets using the Microsoft Office Excel program. Initially, each sentence of the menus was transcribed into a line entry in the spreadsheet and was associated with 10 categories of meaning. They were transposed to a provisional menu and a version of the final menu was proposed. The bibliographic references were described in lines of the spreadsheets, individually, and after the inclusion of all, a ranking was performed by citation frequency. In quantitative terms, this research showed that the Forensic Dentistry disciplines more frequently address content related to Forensic Sciences and Law in their menus, these two categories being responsible for 51.4% (121) of the sentences of the evaluated menus and, Jorge Paulete Vanrell is the author most frequently referenced (80%) with his work Odontologia Legal e Antropologia Forense

Se determinó el número de monocitos (por mm3) en muestras de sangre. El estado nutricional se definió como IMC para la edad según los estándares de la OMS. Se aplicó a los cuidadores el Cuestionario de Conducta Alimentaria Infantil y un cuestionario estándar para recoger características sociodemográficas y clínicas. Las comparaciones entre las variables sociodemográficas, clínicas y de conducta alimentaria se realizaron con pruebas paramétricas. Se utilizó la regresión lineal para probar la asociación entre el estado nutricional y el recuento de monocitos. Resultados: la edad media fue de 8,6 ± 3,3 años, el 79 % eran varones y el 66 % tenían sobrepeso. En la regresión no ajustada, el sobrepeso se asoció a un mayor número de monocitos en comparación con los que no tenían sobrepeso (B: 64,0; IC 95 %: 13,9 a 114,1; ß: 0,30; p = 0,01). Esta asociación siguió siendo significativa tras ajustar la subescala de "sobrealimentación emocional" (B: 37,0; IC 95 %: 17,1 a 91,3; ß: 0,29; p = 0,02). La variabilidad en el recuento de monocitos atribuida al sobrepeso fue del 14 %. Conclusiones: el sobrepeso se asocia a un mayor recuento de monocitos en niños y adolescentes con TEA. La intervención nutricional para controlar el sobrepeso es esencial para mitigar el impacto negativo sobre la actividad inflamatoria y la disfunción inmune en estos pacientes.

Biodegradable magnesium-based implants offer mechanical properties similar to natural bone, making them advantageous over nonbiodegradable metallic implants. However, monitoring the interaction between magnesium and tissue over time without interference is difficult. A noninvasive method, optical near-infrared spectroscopy, can be used to monitor tissue's functional and structural properties. In this paper, we collected optical data from an in vitro cell culture medium and in vivo studies using a specialized optical probe. Spectroscopic data were acquired over two weeks to study the combined effect of biodegradable Mg-based implant disks on the cell culture medium in vivo. Principal component analysis (PCA) was used for data analysis. In the in vivo study, we evaluated the feasibility of using the near-infrared (NIR) spectra to understand physiological events in response to magnesium alloy implantation at specific time points (Day 0, 3, 7, and 14) after surgery. Our results show that the optical probe can detect variations in vivo from biological tissues of rats with biodegradable magnesium alloy "WE43" implants, and the analysis identified a trend in the optical data over two weeks. The primary challenge of in vivo data analysis is the complexity of the implant interaction near the interface with the biological medium.

The analysis and interpretation of data retrieved from Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) assays represent a challenging task. ORAC indexes originate from different mathematical approaches often lacking correct elucidation of kinetic features concerning radical scavenging reactions by antioxidant compounds. In this work, the expression of ORAC values as area under fluorescein (FL) decay curves (AUC) and lag time are critically compared. This multi-parametric analysis showed the extension of radical scavenging reactions beyond the lag time period for caffeic acid, gallic acid, reduced glutathione and quercetin, extending their antioxidant protection of FL. Ethanol delayed the reaction of both FL and antioxidant compounds with free radical species generated from 2,2'-azobis(2-amidinopropane) dihydrochloride thermolysis. Trolox equivalent values, commonly used to express ORAC values, were more affected by the differences in radical scavenging kinetics between the reference and the tested antioxidant compounds when calculated from AUC than from lag time. These findings stressed the importance of choosing calibrator compounds presenting ORAC kinetics similar to samples to prevent biased estimation of the antioxidant capacity. Additionally, the framework proposed here provides a sustainable analytical method for the evaluation of antioxidant capacity, with an AGREE score of 0.73.

Magnesium (Mg) alloys possess unique properties that make them ideal for use as biodegradable implants in clinical applications. However, reports on the in vivo assessment of these alloys are insufficient. Thus, monitoring the degradation of Mg and its alloys in vivo is challenging due to the dynamic process of implant degradation and tissue regeneration. Most current works focus on structural remodeling, but functional assessment is crucial in providing information about physiological changes in tissues, which can be used as an early indicator of healing. Here, we report continuous wave near-infrared spectroscopy (CW NIRS), a non-invasive technique that is potentially helpful in assessing the implant-tissue dynamic interface in a rodent model. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects on hemoglobin changes and tissue oxygen saturation (StO2) after the implantation of Mg-alloy (WE43) and titanium (Ti) implants in rats' femurs using a multiwavelength optical probe. Additionally, the effect of changes in the skin on these parameters was evaluated. Lastly, combining NIRS with photoacoustic (PA) imaging provides a more reliable assessment of tissue parameters, which is further correlated with principal component analysis.

Neuroinflammation is closely related to the development of depression, since the latter is caused, among other factors, by inflammatory processes, mainly related to the activation of microglia and expression of specific genes, which occurs during the neuroinflammatory process. Thus, COVID-19 is an important risk factor for the development of depression, since in addition to generating the feeling of stress, which also increases the activity of the immune system, it is also the cause of pathological processes and physiological ones that lead to the development of neuroinflammation, microglial activation, gene expression dysfunction and decreased concentration of available serotonin. That said, drugs are being used to combat COVID-19 to reduce the oxidative stress presented in the disease. Thus, tramadol and fluoxetine are highlighted as drugs used, however, although they present some positive results, such as the reduction of pro-inflammatory cytokines, they are also associated with negative effects such as dependence, pulmonary, cardiac and brain impairment. From this, the purinergic system is highlighted in the literature as a possible therapeutic target. This is because its mechanisms are related to the regulation of microglia, astrocytes and the physiology of important neurotransmitters and hormones. Added to this, there is a modulation of inflammatory activity, especially with regard to the P2X7 receptors of this system. The latter is an important target for the treatment of depression and COVID-19, since positive results were obtained through the genetic exclusion of this receptor and the use of selective antagonists.
