RESUMO
Ultrasonic visualization of infiltration of the soft tissues increases precision of injection of drug solutions to the appointment place. It's proved that water for injection and 0,25% solution of novocainum can be used as antidote of hyperosmotic solutions and 5% solution of Natrii citrate is offered as antidote to calcium preparations. Fastly injection of these drugs infiltration caused by error injection of connective tissues by antidotes of hyperosmotic solutions and calcii preparation prevent post-injection necrosis.

A method has been developed for simultaneous determination of the activity of alpha-L-fucosidase (EC 3.2.1.51) and the beta-D-fucosidase activity induced by beta-D-galactosidase (IV, EC 3.2.1.23) in the serum. The paper presents data on changes in these enzymatic activities in the serum in an experiment, in acute hematogenous osteomyelitis and recurrent laryngotracheitis in children in pregnant females with gestosis and placental insufficiency.

The influence of isovolumic hemodilution on the local hemodynamics of the resected stomach in patients with a complicated course of duodenal ulcer was studied. In the course of the analysis of parameters of the local blood flow of the intact and resected stomach, the best indices were received in patients with preoperative isovolumic hemodilution. Preoperative isovolumic hemodilution in patients with a complicated course of duodenal ulcer after the stomach resection reduces the risk of early postoperative complications.

A method for lysozyme measurement in the urine is developed, based on adsorption of lysozyme molecules on the surface of chitin. The urine of healthy children, men, and women contains 1.76, 1.51, and 1.69 mg/liter lysozyme, respectively. Urinary lysozyme values in some diseases are presented.

The paper outlines an intraosseous paracentesic tool, a needle-screw device that combines the properties of a drill and a hollow tube with external thread. The techniques of bone paracentesis and appropriate procedures are described. The results of examining osseous injuries while using various tools to form perforating tools have shown that the needle-screw device has advantages over others.

A method for measuring fucose not bound to proteins in the serum is developed. The level of this enzyme is shown to increase with age. It is increased in adult patients with myeloma, liver cirrhosis, and rheumatic fever and in children with exacerbations of chronic osteomyelitis and gastroduodenitis.
