Propane reacts with O2 and H2 on gold supported TS-1 to form oxygenates with high selectivity.

Gold nanoparticles supported on a microporous titanosilicate (TS-1) were found to be highly selective (95%) towards the formation of acetone and isopropanol from propane, O(2), and H(2) at moderate temperatures (443 K).

Fournier gangrene is a disease which primarily affects adults. This finding makes it rarely seen within the pediatric population. Therefore, we feel it convenient to inform of a case of Fournier gangrene which occurred in an eight day old neonate, successfully treated with surgical debridement, the administering of solutions and antibiotics.
