RESUMO

Nowadays, in Russia, diethyl ether is the most popular narcosis for rodent and particular rats. We had tested the new methods based on Zoletil 100 + XylaVet (15 mg/kg and 15-10-5 mg/kg) respectively. 6 conventional female rats were treated with this narcosis. The rats, early have narcotized by diethyl ether were investigated as control group. All of 6 treated with new narcosis animals died in early post-operative time. Interestingly enough, that organ toxicity, except neurologic toxicity, was not described in literature and manuals. We assume that this new narcosis is the cause of portal thromboses.

RESUMO

It is known that for risk group's importance of early diagnostics and prevention of a cancer of a thick section of the intestines. The view was expressed that the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs prospectively. The article presents the data obtained after the determination of the effect on the domestic drug diclofenac on the ability of the lines of tumor cells of the human colon multiply this antiproliferativoe action on the dose of the drug. Used photometric method for determination antiproliferativoe action. In vitro determined the effect of the national drug diclofenac on the ability of the lines of tumor cells of the human colon multiply, and is set in a dose-dependent effect. It is established that under the action of NSAIDS metabolic activity of cells can both strengthen and weaken that depends on the line of tumor cells and the concentration of the drug.

RESUMO

Chronic liver disease (CLD) leads to disability annually hundreds of thousands of patients worldwide. Originating as a rule, at a young age (20-40 years), they are always significantly degrade the quality of life of patients, making them socially significant. Moreover, the conventional treatment (hepatoprotectors, antiviral drugs, corticosteroids, immunosuppressive medication) not always lead to achieving the desired effect, and therefore is constantly searching for alternative treatments. Cell therapy with embryonic fetal, mononuclear, mesenchymal stromal cells is the most advanced front of modern biotechnology and medicine. Using the SC with the purpose of treatment in chronic liver diseases is the possibility of disturbed regulation of cell-cell interactions in the liver, the impact on the mechanisms of cell death (necrosis - apoptosis) and fibrogenesis, which makes this method the most relevant and promising in hepatology. The article presents an analysis of the results of studies conducted in the field of stem cell technologies by leading domestic and foreign scholars in the treatment of liver diseases. Were studied questions of transdifferentiation, the mechanisms of stem cells in hepatology, as well as the possible risks of this therapy (pro-oncogene action, increased fibrosis). Also was presented our own experience of applying cellular technology in experimental models of acute toxic hepatitis in animals.

RESUMO

The aim of this study was a comparative evaluation of the effectiveness of hepatoprotectors (Metadoksin and Silybin) in the complex treatment of patients with alcoholic liver disease. The article presents data on the use of Metadoksin and Silybin in the treatment of alcohol steatohepatitis and liver cirrhosis alcoholic etiology of the total number of comparison groups 66 patients formed on the basis of 642 patients treated with alcoholic liver disease. Was studied dynamics of blood biochemical parameters during therapy, as well as the severity of clinical syndrome (pain, dyspeptic, asthenic) before and after treatment. Higher Metadoksin efficacy in comparison with Silybin explained by antidepressiv effect of the drug. The effect of restoration of damaged toxic effect of alcohol liver tissue as a result of Metadoksin impact was proved in the experimental part of the study, an experiment on rats.

RESUMO

This study was performed to understand behavior and toxic liver defect in rats in the use of low-alcohol drinks (LAD) and energy drinks (ED). Young rats quickly become accustomed to the LAD, increased tolerance to alcohol. Rats were getting a habit, an intoxicating effect was faster than at the beginning of the LAD using. Were emerged diseases (pneumonia) that more characteristic for more mature animals, was expressed toxic liver defect. All these changes come faster and more pronounced in those animals that drank ED before that. It is necessary to mark that using of a LAD and ED leed to habit and necessity to increase doses of these beverages. Hierarchy of needs were changed, self-preservation instinct was virtually absent, reduced drinking water or food craving.

RESUMO

In the experiment on white rats reproduced the damage to the intestinal mucosa after administration of selective and nonselective nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) within 24 hours and for 14 days. After the autopsy was measured the index injury (II), the content of prostaglandins (PGs) and cytokines in extracts of intestinal mucosa. Was established that the reduction of PGs was combined with an increase in II. Long reception of NSAIDs (14 days) causes greater damage to the submucous layer, without visible macroscopic changes.

RESUMO

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the quality of life in patients with chronic pancreatitis with the presence of complications treated conservatively and surgical treatment. With the help of a questionnaire MOS SF-36 were asked 80 patients with CP, of whom 15 patients were after the operation, the PDR, 10 patients underwent draining operations, 15 patients had a history of pancreatic necrosis, in 20 patients with CP were characterized by complications (cyst calcification, kalkulez, pseudotumoral form of HP, diabetes) and surgical interventions were not performed in 20 CPs proceeded without complications. Were obtained significant differences on all scales of the questionnaire with the control group all CP patients. Assessment of coping with pain in long-terms after various operations was revealed significantly better results and got rid of persistent pain in patients with a complicated course, who underwent surgery. 23 CP patients with a complicated course, as enzyme replacement therapy received in ermital dose of 20,000 IU lipase 3-4 times a day for 3 weeks. The assessment of quality of life before and after therapy with ermital. The intensity of pain significant changes in the groups received. On the other hand the improvement in general health, physical and social functioning.

RESUMO

Gastrozolum is the proprietary name of a drug made in Saint Petersburg. Its international nonproprietary name is Omeprazole. The absorption rate is not related to food. Its pharmacotherapeutic action becomes apparent as an inhibitor of the proton pump leading to the inhibition of H+/K(+)-ATPase of the secretory membrane of parietal cells of the stomach mucous membrane and blocking of the concluding stage of hydrochloric acid secretion. The entire action leads to the decrease of the level of basal and induced secretion regardless of the nature of stimulus. As a result of this, symptoms of stomach ulcer decrease, and gastroduodenal ulcers heal faster. Penetrating into the stomach mucous membrane cells, the drug also has a cytoprotective action. The maximum blood concentration (0.6-1.5 mg/l) is found 2-3 hours after a single intake of 40 mg of the drug. It was determined that after the intake of 20 mg of Gastrozolum its action lasts for 24 hours and provides for the inhibition of both night and day secretion. The ricochet syndrome does not take place when the treatment is over. It was proved that Gastrozolum has a bactericidal action on Helicobacter pylori due to the sharp increase of stomach pH, which contributes to the realization of the effect of used components of the anti-helicobacter therapy. The experiment failed to establish any teratogenic or poisonous action on the embryos. The dosage form is a capsule containing 20 mg of Omeprazole in the form of pellets.
