RESUMO

Objective To compare the effects of the different contrast media concentration on the visualization of pancreatic arteries using 64-Detector Spiral CT. Methods 120 cases who underwent abdominal enhancement CT scanning were randomly divided into group A (n = 60) and B (n = 60). The contrast media concentration was 300 mgI/ml for group A and 370 mgI/ml for group B respectively, both groups shared the same contrast media dose algorithm and injection speed, with 0.5 gI/kg body weight and 4 ml/s respectively. Reformating the pancreatic arteries via MIP (maximum intensity projection), VR (volume rendering) and MPR (multi-planar reconstruction). Results The CT value of the abdominal aortic celiac opening of group B is significantly higher than A (P < 0.01). The visualization scores of pancreatic arteriesin Group B are significantly higher than A (P < 0.05). The visualization ratios of pancreatic arteriesin Group Bare higher than A, the differences of AIPDA、PIPDA、DPA、TPA、PMA、CPA between the 2 Groups have statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Pancreatic arteries could have a better visualization by using 370 mgI/ml contrast media in pancreatic artery scanning.

RESUMO

Rabdosia (Bl.) Hassk is a medicinal plant rich in enantiomers such as 15α-acetoxyl-6, 11α-epoxy-6α-hydroxy-20-oxo-6, 7-seco-ent-kaur-16-en-1, 7-olide and 15α-dihydroxy-6β-methoxy-6, 7-seco-6, 20-epoxy-1, 7-olide-ent-kaur-16-ene. It has high medicinal value and huge market potential, but the yield from wild Rabdosia (Bl.) Hassk species cannot meet the needs of marketization. Carrying out pollution-free cultivation of Rabdosia rubescens (Hemsl.) Hara and Rabdosia serra (Maxim.) Hara has become the most direct and effective measure to solve this problem in order to ensure the sustainable use of the resources of Rabdosia. This paper summarized a set of non- pollution cultivation system of R. rubescens and R. serra to achieve the"safe, effective, stable and controllable"target.

RESUMO

Moutan Cortex and Paeonia Radix are also traditional Chinese herbal medicines. The market is in great demand. However, the market sales of Moutan Cortex and Paeonia Radix have problems such as pesticide residues, excessive heavy metals and degraded quality, which affect their safety and effectiveness. The establishment of a pollution-free and planting system can effectively reduce the pesticide residue and heavy metal content and improve the quality of the medicinal materials while ensuring the production of Moutan Cortex and Paeonia Radix. The article uses field data which based on P.suffruticosa and P.lactiflora cultivation, combined with growth habits and distribution of origin, this research has developed a pollution-free and planting technology system for P.suffruticosa and P.lactiflora. The system includes planting base regionalization, field management, fertilization, pest control and so on, which provides reference for P.suffruticosa and P.lactiflora.

RESUMO

The effects of VEGFA isoforms on the vascular permeability and structure are still unclear. In this study, we found that VEGFA121 and VEGFA165, 2 isoforms of VEGFA, exerted the opposing effects of antiangiogenesis and proangiogenesis on regulating vascular endothelia cells proliferation and tube formation. The 2 isoforms affected the protein expression of Ras-related protein 1-GTPase-activating protein 1 (Rap1GAP) and thrombospondin 1, 2 important signal molecules of Rap1GAP/thrombospondin 1 signal pathway in primary human umbilical vein endothelial cells by regulating 2 different phosphorylating sites of VEGFR2, Tyr(1175) and Tyr(1214). We also found that VEGFA121 and VEGFA165 regulating angiogenesis was related to their regulating VEGFR2 and Rap1GAP/thrombospondin 1 signal pathway with the technology of RNA intervening the gene expression of VEGFR2 and Rap1GAP. Meanwhile, 2 inhibitors of VEGFR2, cabozantinib malate and ZM 323881 HCl (ZM), were used to investigate the relationship among VEGFA(121 and 165), VEGFR2, and angiogenesis. It was demonstrated that cabozantinib malate blocked VEGFA121 and VEGFA165 binding to VEGFR2 and inhibited angiogenesis by specifically binding to VEGFR2 rather than changing VEGFR2 phosphorylation or regulating the expression of VEGFR2. However, ZM antagonized the effect of VEGFA on angiogenesis by specifically reversing the phosphorylation induced by VEGFA121 and VEGFA165. The experiments in vivo also demonstrated that obvious abnormality of VEGFA121 and VEGFA165 presented in the serum of ulcerative colitis (UC) rats compared with that of the normal rats. ZM could promote the repairation of the injuries of the vessels and tissues of colonic mucosa of UC rats and caused mild inflammation in colonic mucosa of normal rats. On the contrary, cabozantinib malate caused injury of vessels and inflammation in the colonic mucosa of normal rats and aggravated the injuries of the vessels and inflammation in the colonic mucosa of UC rats. Hence, our data indicated that the activation of different phosphorylation sites of VEGFR2 leaded to VEGFA121 and VEGFA165 exerting opposing effects on angiogenesis, and it might be an underlying pathogenesis of UC and a potential target for UC treatment.

RESUMO

A derivatization method for the determination of oligosaccharides with high sensitivity by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS) based on a labeling regent 1-(4-Cyanophenyl)-4-piperidinecarbohydrazide(CPH) was proposed. The hydrazones were generated by the reaction of the reducing ends of oligosaccharides and the hydrazide of CPH. The derivatives were directly analyzed by MALDI-TOF-MS. Reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, concentration of acetic acid and excess ratio of CPH regent were optimized. When the oligosaccharides reacted with 100 time excess of CPH at 100 ℃ and in 0.125% acetic acid (V/V), the yield was highest. The results showed the derivatization with CPH increased the sensitivity of MS detection and this method was suitable for the analysis of oligosaccharides′ compositions.

RESUMO

Objective:To construct a mutispecific internal control for competitive RT-PCR analysis of Fas、FasL、GB、P、TIA-1 and ?-actin.Methods:Invitro synthesized fragments were amplified by PCR,there are two products,of which 145 and 147 bp.The 145 bp one contained 5′ primer sequences of Fas、FasL、GB、P、TIA-1 and ?-actin,another contained 3′ primer sequences of the same genes. The products with restriction sites were inserted into the vector PKF_3.Results:Restriction enzyme analysis and DNA sequencing were used to identify the recombinant plasmid, corresponding internal control was obtained by the amplification of the recombinant plasmid with each primer pair. The mutispecific internal control was then used for quantitative detection of TIA-1 in peripheral blood leukocytes from a patient with acutely rejecting allograft. Our study on Fas、FasL、GB、P、TIA-1 and ?-actin showed that the coamplified templates accumulated in a parallel manner throughout not only the exponential phase. Conclusion:The mutispecific internal control can be used for quantitative detection of the six genes.
