RESUMO

Spinal cord injury (SCI) resulting in complex neuromuscular pathology is not sufficiently well understood. To better quantify neuromuscular changes after SCI, this study uses a clustering index (CI) method for surface electromyography (sEMG) clustering representation to investigate the relation between sEMG and torque in SCI survivors. The sEMG signals were recorded from 13 subjects with SCI and 13 gender-age matched able-bodied subjects during isometric contraction of the biceps brachii muscle at different torque levels using a linear electrode array. Two torque representations, maximum voluntary contraction (MVC%) and absolute torque, were used. CI values were calculated for sEMG. Regression analyses were performed on CI values and torque levels of elbow flexion, revealing a strong linear relationship. The slopes of regressions between SCI survivors and control subjects were compared. The findings indicated that the range of distribution of CI values and slopes was greater in subjects with SCI than in control subjects (p < 0.05). The increase or decrease in slope was also observed at the individual level. This suggests that the CI and its sEMG clustering-torque relation may serve as valuable quantitative indicators for determining neuromuscular lesions after SCI, contributing to the development of effective rehabilitation strategies for improving motor performance.

RESUMO

Objective: To evaluate the clinical performance of the OPPO Watch (OW) Sleep Analyzer (OWSA) on OSA screening with polysomnography reference. Methods: We recruited 350 participants using OWSA and PSG simultaneously in a sleep laboratory. The respiratory event index (REI) derived from OWSA and the apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) provided by PSG were compared. SHapley Additive exPlanation (SHAP) values were calculated to explain the model of OWSA. Results: The OWSA-REI (26.5±18.5 events/h) correlated well with PSG-AHI (33.2±25.7 events/h; r = 0.91, p < 0.001), with an intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) of 0.83. Using a threshold of AHI ≥15 events/h, the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, and area under the curve (AUC) were 86.1%, 86.7%, 86.3%, and 0.94, respectively. Bland-Altman analysis showed that OWSA-REI and PSG-AHI were in good agreement (Mean Difference: -6.7, 95% CI:16.0 to -29.3 events/h). In addition, the effectiveness of the models in OWSA were also explained by visualizing SHAP values. Conclusion: The OWSA demonstrated a reasonable performance for OSA screening in the clinical setting. In light of this, it is possible for smartwatches to become a complementary tool to PSG, which is particularly useful for larger-scale preliminary screenings.

RESUMO

Circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) materials have attracted considerable attention for their promising applications in encryption, chiral sensing, and three-dimensional (3D) displays. However, the preparation of high-efficiency, pure blue CPL materials remains challenging. In this study, we reported an enantiomeric pair of triangle copper(I) clusters (R/S-Cu3) rigidified by employing chiral N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) ligands with two pyridine-functionalized wingtips. These chiral clusters emitted pure blue phosphorescence that overlapped with that of the commercial blue phosphor having Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage (CIE) chromaticity coordinates of (0.14, 0.10), and the films exhibited an unprecedented photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) of ∼70.0%. Additionally, the solutions showed very bright circularly polarized phosphorescence (CPP) with a dissymmetry factor of ±2.1 × 10-3. The excellent solubility and photostability endowed these pure-blue-emitting chiral clusters with promising applications as pure blue CPP inks for 3D printing white objects, such as precise-atomic-enlarged models of metal clusters and a lovely white stereoscopic "rabbit". The intricate mechanism underlying blue phosphorescence in this small cluster and across various states is elucidated through a comprehensive approach that integrates thorough analysis of luminescence properties, controlled experiments, and theoretical calculations. For the first time, we propose that the dominant high-energy emission center is constituted by delocalized hybrid orbitals over multiple atomic centers, encompassing both the metal and the coordinated atoms. This challenges stereotypical assumptions that the cluster center solely supports low-energy emissions. This work expands the currently limited range of CPP functional materials and provides a new direction for CPP applications involving NHC-stabilized metal clusters.

RESUMO

Primary explosive, as a reliable initiator for secondary explosives, is the central component of micro-initiators for modern aerospace systems and military operations. However, they are typically prepared as powders, posing potential safety risks because of the inevitable particles scattering issues in the actual working environments. Here, the fabrication of a highly adaptive bulk material of copper azide (CA)-based safe primary explosive for micro-initiators is demonstrated. This bulk material, as derived by a complete azidation reaction of the carbonized metal-organic framework/cross-linked polymer hybrid template, enables the firm embedding of active CA species in a cross-linked carbon network (denoted as CA-C). Interestingly, this CA-C bulk material demonstrates multifarious mechanical stabilities (e.g., good shock and vibration resistance, and anti-overload capacity) in the simulated working conditions. Meanwhile, the CA contents in the CA-C bulk material reached as high as 70.3%, ensuring its detonation power. As a proof of concept, CA-C bulk material assembling in a micro-detonator can efficiently detonate the secondary explosive of CL-20 under laser irradiation. This work hereby advances the fabrication of safe and powerful primary explosives for the fulfillment of safe micro-initiator in a broad range of applications in aerospace systems.

RESUMO

STUDY OBJECTIVES: Wearable sleep recording devices may be a helpful alternative method for polysomnography (PSG) due to their higher accessibility and comfort as well as lower cost, but their validities need to be examined. The aim of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of a novel single-channel, electroencephalography-based wearable forehead sleep recorder (UMindSleep) to assess sleep staging and oxygen desaturation. METHODS: Two hundred and three Chinese adults recruited from a sleep medicine center underwent an overnight study wearing UMindSleep and PSG simultaneously. Sleep parameters including sleep staging and oxygen desaturation index were compared between UMindSleep and PSG. RESULTS: A total of 195,349 valid epochs from 197 participants (171 with obstructive sleep apnea, 86.8%) were included in analyses of sleep staging. Sensitivities of UMindSleep compared to PSG were 79.7% for wake, 85.8% for light sleep, 79.4% for deep sleep, and 82.7% for rapid eye movement sleep. Specificities were 95.3% for wake, 83.4% for light sleep, 97.0% for deep sleep, and 96.8% for rapid eye movement sleep. Furthermore, the kappa agreements of 0.69-0.79 were indicative of a substantial agreement for sleep staging between UMindSleep and PSG. Sensitivity and specificity regarding oxygen desaturation index were 93.4% and 88.9%, yielding a kappa coefficient of 0.82. CONCLUSIONS: Our findings suggest that UMindSleep may serve as a feasible, accurate, and dependable device for screening of sleep disorders (eg, obstructive sleep apnea) and assessing sleep structure. RESUMO

Ketone bodies including ß-hydroxybutyrate (ß-HB) have been proved the therapeutic potential in diverse neurological disorders. However, the role of ß-HB in the regulation of neurological injury after cardiac arrest (CA) remains unclear. We investigated the effect of ß-HB on brain mitochondrial dysfunction and neurological function after CA. A rat model of CA was established by asphyxia. The rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham group, control group, and ß-HB group. Animals received 200 mg/kg ß-HB or same volume vehicle at 10 minutes after return of spontaneous circulation by intraperitoneal injection. Neurological function was evaluated by neurologic deficit score and Y-maze. Neuronal cell loss and apoptosis were detected through hematoxylin-eosin staining, Nissl staining, and TdT-mediated dUTP nick-end labeling assay. Oxidative stress levels were determined by immunohistochemical staining of 4-hydoxynonenal and 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine. Furthermore, mitochondrial ultrastructure of brain cells was observed by transmission electron microscopy. In addition, the protein expression levels of Bak, caspase 3, gasdermin D, caspase 1, brain-derived neurotrophic factor, dynamin-related protein 1 (Drp1), and phospho-Drp1 (ser616) were measured. We found that neurological function and survival rate were significantly higher in the ß-HB group compared with the control group. ß-HB also reduced neurons death and neurological oxidative stress after CA. Moreover, ß-HB reduced neurological injury from apoptosis and pyroptosis after CA. In addition, ß-HB maintained the structural integrity of brain mitochondria, prevented mitochondrial fission, and increased brain energy metabolism after CA. In conclusion, ß-HB beneficially affected the neurological function of rats after global cerebral ischemia, associated with decreased mitochondrial fission, and improved mitochondrial function. Our results suggest that ß-HB might benefit patients suffering from neurological dysfunction after CA.

RESUMO

Objective: This study aims to investigate the hepatoprotective effect and molecular mechanism of Hedyotis diffusa Willd. ethanol extract (HDWE) against isoniazid (INH)-induced liver injury in the zebrafish model. Methods: INH-induced liver injury model was established by adding an immersion bath of INH in 3 days post-fertilisation (dpf) healthy transgenic zebrafish with liver-specific fluorescence (L-FABP: EGFP). HDWE and INH were given to the zebrafish to observe liver morphology and pathology, fluorescence intensity, and the activities of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), as well as the content of glutathione (GSH). The chemical composition of HDWE was analysed using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with a quadrupole-time-of flight hybrid mass spectrometer (HPLC-Q-TOF-MS). The bioactive compounds, molecular targets and signalling pathways of HDWE were predicted using network pharmacology. Subsequently, molecular docking was adopted to analyze the affinities between the bioactive components and targets by Autodock. Finally, in vitro experiments were conducted to further verify the findings. Results: Our findings showed that HDWE had a remarkable protective effect on INH-induced liver injury in zebrafish. Twenty compounds in HDWE were identified. Nineteen hub targets were identified as possible targets of HDWE, and a compound-target-pathway network was constructed. Nine bioactive compounds, ten molecular targets, and seven key signalling pathways were found to play a pivotal role in the hepatoprotective effect of HDWE against INH-induced liver injury. In vitro studies revealed that the important bioactive compound quercetin-3-O-sambubioside (QSA) could significantly reverse INH-induced cell viability decreases and had a significant effect on the associated targets predicted by network pharmacology and molecular docking. Conclusion: In this study, through the research of hepatoprotective effect of HDWE and bioinformatics analysis, the bioactive compounds, important pathways and key molecular targets were discovered. These findings could provide scientific evidence for the use of HDW in liver injury and prove to help explore its efficacy and the mechanism of action.

RESUMO

Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are appealing photocatalysts for toxic chemical degradation. Great efforts have been devoted to regulate the photocatalytic performance of COFs by tuning their organic building blocks, but the relationship between COF linkage and photochemical properties has rarely been explored. Herein, we report the synthesis and characterisation of a novel aminal-linked porphyrinic COF, namely Por-Aminal-COF. Por-Aminal-COF (0.25 mol %) showed excellent photocatalytic activity toward the detoxification of the sulfur mustard simulant with a half-life (t1/2 ) of 5 min, which is far lower than that of traditional imine-linked Por-COF (t1/2 =16 min). Transient absorption spectroscopy indicated that the aminal linkages of Por-Aminal-COF facilitated the intersystem crossing process. Thus, Por-Aminal-COF showed higher triplet-state generation efficiency compared with Por-COF, consequently promoting the activation of oxygen molecular to singlet oxygen.

RESUMO

Purpose: The objective of this study was to perform pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) analysis of linezolid in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and to provide suggestions regarding dosing and treatment regimens. Patients and Methods: Ten patients with cerebral hemorrhage and pulmonary infection were enrolled in this study. Plasma and sputum samples were obtained at specific time points after the seventh infusion. Linezolid concentration was measured using HPLC, and PK parameters were calculated using the non-compartmental model. The probability of target attainment (PTA) and the cumulative fraction of response (CFR) in response to different dosing regimens (1200 mg/900 mg/600 mg/300 mg, q12h) were calculated based on the ratio of area under the curve to minimum inhibitory concentration (AUC/MIC). Results: The Cmax and AUC of linezolid were 12.89 µg/mL and 70.42 h·µg/mL for plasma, and 16.48 µg/mL and 92.95 h·µg/mL for sputum. The average penetration rate of linezolid in sputum, as represented by the ratio of AUC, was 131.99%. In response to the conventional dosing regimen (600mg, q12h), the PTA in the plasma or sputum was >90% only when MIC was ≤1 mg/L. Linezolid had the highest CFR against Streptococcus pneumoniae, followed by Enterococcus faecalis and Enterococcus faecium, with the lowest value for MRSA. Conclusion: This was the first study to evaluate PK/PD of linezolid in plasma and in the lungs of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and may assist in selecting appropriate dosing regimens for linezolid in these patients.

RESUMO

Bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) is characterized by impaired vascular and alveolar development, and the underlying molecular mechanisms have remained elusive. MicroRNAs are important players in various biological functions including the pathogenesis of BPD. The present study aimed to examine the expression of miR-203a-3p in the peripheral blood of BPD patients and elucidate the mechanisms underlying miR-203a-3p-mediated progression of BPD. We examined the expression of miR-203a-3p in the peripheral blood of BPD patients and found that miR-203a-3p was up-regulated in the patients. Additionally, the mRNA expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA) and hypoxia-inducible factor-1alpha were down-regulated in the BPD patients. Further in vitro studies showed that miR-203a-3p suppressed the expression of VEGFA in RLE-6TN cells by targeting the VEGFA 3' untranslated region. Overexpression of miR-203a-3p inhibited the viability of RLE-6TN cells and induced cell apoptosis, whereas the knockdown of miR-203a-3p exerted opposite effects. VEGFA treatment significantly attenuated the increase in the RLE-6TN cell apoptotic rates induced by miR-203a-3p overexpression; while VEGFA knockdown significantly increased the cell apoptotic rates of RLE-6TN cells, which was partially reversed by the treatment with miR-203a-3p inhibitor. Furthermore, miR-203a-3p was up-regulated, whereas VEGFA was down-regulated in the lung tissues of BPD rats, and sequestration of the expression of miR-203a-3p prevented hyperoxia-induced lung damage, increased VEGFA mRNA and protein expression levels, and promoted the protein expression of ERK, PI3K, and p38 in the lung tissues of BDP rats. In summary, the findings of our study indicate that miR-203a-3p knockdown alleviates hyperoxia-induced lung tissue damage in the BPD rat model, and its effect may be associated with the up-regulation of VEGF.

RESUMO

Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) is a protein that performs a neurotrophic function. BDNF and its receptors are widely expressed in the nervous system and can promote the growth of neurons and the formation of neuronal synapses in the brain. Studies have shown that a lack of BDNF can lead to impairment of memory and cognitive functions, indicating that BDNF plays an important role in mental illness and neurodegenerative diseases. The combination of stem cells and BDNF-releasing nanomaterials holds great promise in regenerative medicine, especially in the treatment of neurological diseases. For example, Alzheimer's disease, depression, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, etc. The combination of stem cell/pharmacologically active carrier and BDNF-nano/hydrogel provided a useful new type of local delivery tool for the treatment of the nervous system and other diseases. It can not only provide BDNF but also stem cells. These studies will provide a scientific basis for the development and application of BDNF in the future.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To explore the clinical efficacy of C3 expanded half lamina excision combined with unilateral open door laminoplasty for multiple segmental cervical spinal cord compression syndrome. METHODS: The clinical data of 58 patients with multiple segmental cervical spinal cord compression syndrome underwent surgical treatment between September 2014 and May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 34 males and 24 females with a mean age of 64.4 years old (ranged from 46 to 78 years old). Among them, 28 cases received the surgery of C3 expanded half lamina excision combined with C4-C7 unilateral open-door laminoplasty (improvedgroup), and 30 cases received a single C3-C7 unilateral open-door laminoplasty (traditional group). Operation time, intraoperative blood loss, complications including C5 nerve root palsy and axial symptoms were compared between two groups. To evaluate the situation of the imaging indicators by measuring the space available for the spinal cord through cross sectional MRI of cervical spine at the narrowest segment of C3 (including intervertebral disc levels of C3, 4). Pre- and post-operative Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA) score, Neck Disability Index(NDI) score, and improvement rate of neurological function, were recorded and analyzed between the two groups. RESULTS: All the patients were followed up for 12 to 18 months with an average of(14.5±1.8) months for improved group and (14.5±1.9) months for traditional group, and no significant difference was found between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss and C5 nerve root palsy between the two groups (P>0.05). The operation time (119±10) min vs (126±12) min and axial symptoms 7.1%(2/28) vs 26.6%(8/30) was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Preoperative and postoperative space available for the spinal cord of C3 was (93.61±9.02) mm3 and (153.50±12.76) mm3 respectively, which was obtained obvious improvement in all patients(P<0.05). At the final follow up, JOA scores of improved group and traditional group were 14.36±1.70 and 14.03±1.82 respectively, and NDI scores were 10.36±2.55 and 12.47±3.46 respectively, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference between two groups for the improvement rate (68.36±0.12)%VS (65.01±0.12)%of neurological function(P>0.05). CONCLUSION: C3 expanded half lamina excision combined with unilateral open-door laminoplasty is an effective method to treat multiple segmental cervical spinal cord compression syndrome, for it can not only fully relieved spinal cord compression, but also achievedgood effect in preventing complications such as axial symptoms by reducing stripping of muscles from C2 spinous process.

RESUMO

Hedyotis diffusa is a well-known traditional Chinese herbal medicine. The polysaccharides extracted from H. diffusa (HDP) exhibit a range of pharmacological activities. Transfusion of cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cell is one type of adoptive cellular immunotherapy, which is becoming an important method of cancer immunotherapy. In this present study, we investigate the immunostimulatory effect of HDP on CIK cells. CIK cells were generated by culturing and stimulating peripheral blood monocytes of healthy volunteers. They were treated with HDP at three different concentrations (10, 50, and 100 µg/mL). The effect of HDP on CIK cell populations, intracellular cytokine production, and apoptosis was examined by flow cytometry. The antitumor effect of HDP on CIK cells was determined by cytotoxicity assay. Furthermore, the effect of HDP on the antitumor activity of CIK cells in a mouse model was investigated. HDP increased the percentage of CD3+CD56+ CIK cells but did not significantly change the percentage of CD4+, CD8+, or CD4+CD25+ CIK cells. The HDP-treated CIK cells showed a greater ability to kill tumor cells, as well as higher production of interferon-γ and tumor necrosis factor-α, compared with the no-HDP-treated CIK cells. The HDP-treated CIK cells also found a lower apoptosis level in vitro. Moreover, HDP combined with CIK cells had a stronger inhibitory effect on tumor growth in the mouse model compared with the CIK or HDP treatment alone. In conclusion, the results indicated that HDP enhanced the antitumor activity of CIK cells and could be used for cancer immunotherapy combined with CIK cell therapy.

RESUMO

Co/Co9S8 nanoparticles encapsulated in a N, S, and O ternary-doped carbon matrix were synthesized utilizing a Co-NSOMOF as a single precursor, and they exhibited excellent bifunctional electrocatalytic activity for the OER and HER. Impressively, the water splitting cell exhibited a low cell voltage of 1.56 V at 10 mA cm-2. The high performances were attributed to the synergistic effect and the protection of multi-heteroatom doped carbon shells for active Co/Co9S8 nanoparticles.

RESUMO

Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) with light-harvesting building blocks provide an excellent platform to study energy transfer in networks with well-defined structures. Here, we report the synthesis, dissolution-recrystallization structural transformation (DRST) and the Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET) properties of a 2D microporous MOF {[Cd2(L1)3(Hdabco)2]·5DMAc·6H2O}n (Cd-MOF, 1). Complex 1 can be dissolved in water and three other products with different dimensions recrystallized from the aqueous solution under diverse reaction conditions were obtained. Due to the porosity and excellent blue luminescence properties of complex 1, we also studied the FRET process between 1 and guest dyes. Two distinct organic dye molecules viz., acridine orange (AO) and rhodamine B (RhB), are encapsulated in 1 which has honeycomb-type nanochannels, and their influence on fluorescence emission has also been studied. The microporous complex 1 in (AO + RhB)@1 serves as an energy funnel that harvests high energy excitation and channels it onto AO and then onto RhB. The steady-state fluorescence and fluorescence dynamics of emission reveal successfully the process of stepwise vectorial energy transfer. Therefore, MOFs could be a class of promising host materials to be further explored in the field of energy transfer between MOF-host and organic guests.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVES: Recently, genotype 4 HEV (HEV-4) associated hepatitis E has overtaken HEV-1 infections in China, but few studies reported the clinical and virological features of HEV-4 infection. METHODS: Sixty-two patients with acute hepatitis E (AHE) were enrolled from three hospitals in China. Clinical profiles and epidemiological records were analyzed. Patients' serum samples were tested for anti-HEV IgM/IgG and fecal samples were screened for HEV RNA. Representative HEV isolates were partially sequenced and analyzed phylogenetically. RESULTS: A high median age (57.5 years) and an overwhelming proportion of males (51/62, 82%) were found. Most patients presented with symptoms of jaundice (56/62, 90%), malaise (44/62, 71%), anorexia (44/62, 71%) and nausea (41/62, 66%). Elevated mean values of total bilirubin (186 µmol/L), direct bilirubin (109 µmol/L), ALT (997 IU/L), AST (583 IU/L), ALP (159 IU/L) and GGT (170 IU/L) and reduced albumin level (32 g/L) were observed. The positive rate for anti-HEV IgM/IgG was 100% (62/62)/76% (47/62), for HEV RNA was 58% (25/43). Twelve HEV-4 isolates were obtained. CONCLUSION: All HEV isolates belonged to HEV-4 and showed high sequence similarity to swine HEV-4. Most of the sporadic cases had typical clinical symptoms, signs of AHE, and elevated levels of serum bilirubin and liver enzymes.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection has become a global health burden because of its contagious mode of transmission and the resultant long-term liver damage. AIM: To investigate how the polymorphisms of the IFN-γ gene, particularly the IFN-γ +874T/A (rs2430561) single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), influence susceptibility to HBV infection. SUBJECTS AND METHODS: Relevant articles were identified by a comprehensive literature search covering the following computerised bibliographic databases. Eleven independent case-control studies were ultimately selected for the current meta-analysis, comprising a total of 1527 HBV cases and 1467 healthy subjects. RESULTS: The results in the current meta-analysis showed that carriers of the IFN-γ A allele were more likely to develop HBV infection than those without in all five genetic models (all p < 0.05). According to the ethnicity-based sub-group analysis, a significant difference of the IFN-γ rs2430561 T > A polymorphism was detected associated with the increased risk of HBV infection in Asians and European-derived populations in the majority of the groups. CONCLUSIONS: The results implicate a possible relationship between the IFN-γ rs2430561 T > A polymorphism and the risk of HBV infection. Therefore, IFN-γ genetic polymorphisms might be important in determining an individual's susceptibility to HBV infection.

RESUMO

Transforming growth factor beta 3 (TGFb3) was mainly expressed by liver satellite cells in the normal liver, but it may be expressed by various liver cells during liver diseases, e.g. hepatitis and cirrhosis. However, whether TGFb3 level may be used to predict development of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) has not been investigated before. Here we evaluated the relationship between TGFb3 and the susceptibility for developing NAFLD by comparing the incidence rates of developing NAFLD and serum TGFb3 levels in 1322 healthy subjects without other risk factors during a 4-year period. These healthy subjects were grouped into tertiles based on their serum TGFb3 levels that were measured in 2009. After 4 years, the odds ratios (ORs) of NAFLD development were analyzed based on the tertiles of TGFb3 levels in 2013. The cumulative incidence of NAFLD was 25.3% (334/1322) after four years. The NAFLD-developing group had higher serum TGFb3 levels in 2009 than those in the group that did not develop NAFLD (554±287 pg/ml vs. 285±173 pg/ml; P=0.002). When the serum TGFb3 levels in 2009 were grouped into tertiles, we found that the incidence of NAFLD in 2013 was significantly higher with increasing tertiles (6.3%, 38.0%, and 55.7%, respectively; P<0.05). Thus, our study demonstrate that higher serum TGFb3 levels in subjects devoid of NAFLD may have a higher chance of its future development, and highlight serum TGFb3 level as a novel predictor for development of NAFLD.
