RESUMO

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an autoimmune disease characterized by demyelination, axonal injury, and neuronal loss in central nervous system. Experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) animal model is widely used in MS. Accumulating evidences indicate that the programmed cell death-1/programmed cell death-ligands-1 (PD-1/PD-L1) pathway participates in pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases. The authors comprehensively review the roles of PD-1/PD-L1 pathway in pathogenesis of MS and EAE animal model, and discuss the potential of this pathway as a new therapeutic target for MS, to provide reference for immunotherapy research of MS.

RESUMO

Objective To set up a time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay (TRFIA) method for human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) detection and to evaluate its performance.Methods Each well of the 96-microwell plate was coated with monoclonal antibody of HER2(H7) and another monoclonal antibody of HER2(E5) was labeled by Eu3+.The sensitivity,stability,specificity,measurement range and reference value of this method were tested.The correlation between chemiluminescence (CLIA) method and TRFIA method was analyzed.Results The sensitivity of HER2-TRFIA method was 0.214 ng/ml.The measurement range was 0.214-1 000 ng/ml.The mean within-run CV and mean between-run CV were 3.48% and 4.13%,respectively.HER2-TRFIA method had no cross-reaction with HER1 and its reference range was 0-13.20 ng/ml.The correlation coefficient between TRFIA and CLIA was 0.997.The same batch of reagents were found to be stable for more than 6 months at 4 ℃.Conclusions HER2-TRFIA method has high sensitivity,specificity,stability and wide detecting range.It might be suitable for clinical use.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the application of PSA, fPSA concentrations and fPSA/PSA value for diagnosis and therapy of prostatic diseases detected with dissociation enhanced lauthanide fluoroimmunoassay (DELFIA) technique . Methods Thirty-four cases of normal individuals were used as control group, 46 patients with prostatitis as prostatitis group, 123 patients with prostatic hyperplasia as BPH group and 39 patients with prostate cancer as prostate cancer group. PSA, fPSA concentrations and fPSA/PSA value were detected with DELFIA technique. Results In prostate cancer group, the PSA and fPSA concentrations were significantly higher than those in other 3 groups (P0.05). Conclusion DELFI A technique is an effective method to improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of prostatic diseases, especially for prostate cancer.

Objective To explore the relationship between therapeutic effects of 89SrCl2 on osteodynia induced by multiple bone metastasis and ET,CGRP,TXB2 and 6-K-PGF1a.Methods 89SrCl2 treatment was used in 39 cases of multiple bone metastasis,the serum content of ET,CGRP,TXB2 and 6-K-PGF1a were detected with radioimmunological method pre-treatment and 1,3,6 months post-treatment,respectively;the ET/CGRP value was calculated.Results The content of ET showed no obvious changes 1 month post-treatment compared with pre-treatment.However,the ET contents increased significantly 3 and 6 months post-treatment compared with 1 month post-treatment and before treatment(P

RESUMO

Hormone ingredient in the egg oil, egg and Oviductus Ranae of Rana temporaria chensinensl is David were studied as well as the effect of egg-oil on platelet aggregation and blood lipid.Results proved that the estradiol content in the egg-oil is very high.The egg-oil can obviously inhibit blood platelet aggregation and showed an hypolipemia activity. It is expeetedthat the egg-oil of R. temporaria chensinensis can be developed as an efficient medicine for the prevention and cure of atherosclerosis and hyperlipemia in elderly.
