RESUMO

The sintering mold imposes strict requirements for temperature uniformity. The mold geometric parameters and the power configuration of heating elements exert substantial influence. In this paper, we introduce an optimization approach that combines response surface models with the sequential quadratic programming algorithm to optimize the geometric parameters and heating power configuration of a heating system for sintering mold. The response surface models of the maximum temperature difference, maximum temperature, and minimum temperature of the sintering area are constructed utilizing the central composite design method. The model's reliability is rigorously confirmed through variance analysis, residual analysis, and generalization capability validation. The models demonstrate remarkable predictive accuracy within the design space. A nonlinear constrained optimization model is established based on the response surface models, and the optimal parameters are obtained after 9 iterations using the sequential quadratic programming algorithm. Under the optimal parameters, the maximum temperature difference is maintained at less than 5 °C, confirming exceptional temperature uniformity. We conduct parameter analysis based on standardized effects to determine the main influencing factors of temperature uniformity, revealing that the distance between adjacent heating rods and the power density of the inner heating rods exert significant influence. Enhanced temperature uniformity can be achieved by adopting a larger distance between heating rods and configuring the power density of the heating rods to a relatively modest level. This work introduces a practical approach to optimize the heating systems for sintering molds, with potential applications in various industrial mold optimization.

RESUMO

In response to the increasing demand for high-performance capacitors, with a simultaneous emphasis on minimizing their physical size, a common practice involves etching deep vias and coating them with functional layers to enhance operational efficiency. However, these deep vias often cause warpages during the processing stage. This study focuses on the numerical modeling of wafer warpage that occurs during the deposition of three thin layers onto these vias. A multi-step mechanical and thermal homogenization approach is proposed to estimate the warpage of the silicon wafer. The efficiency and accuracy of this numerical homogenization strategy are validated by comparing detailed and homogenized models. The multi-step homogenization method yields more accurate results compared to the conventional direct homogenization method. Theoretical analysis is also conducted to predict the shape of the wafer warpage, and this study further explores the impact of via depth and substrate thickness.

RESUMO

Pentaxin 3 (PTX3), as a multifunctional glycoprotein, plays an important role in regulating inflammatory response, promoting tissue repair, inducing ectopic calcification and maintaining bone homeostasis. The effect of PTX3 on bone mineral density (BMD) may be affected by many factors. In PTX3 knockout mice and osteoporosis (OP) patients, the deletion of PTX3 will lead to decrease of BMD. In Korean community "Dong-gu study", it was found that plasma PTX3 was negatively correlated with BMD of femoral neck in male elderly patients. In terms of bone related cells, PTX3 plays an important role in maintaining the phenotype and function of osteoblasts (OB) in OP state;for osteoclast (OC), PTX3 in inflammatory state could stimulate nuclear factor κ receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand (RANKL) production and its combination with TNF-stimulated gene 6(TSG-6) could improve activity of osteoclasts and promote bone resorption;for mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), PTX3 could promote osteogenic differentiation of MSCs through PI3K/Akt signaling pathway. In recent years, the role of PTX3 as a new bone metabolism regulator in OP and fracture healing has been gradually concerned by scholars. In OP patients, PTX3 regulates bone mass mainly by promoting bone regeneration. In the process of fracture healing, PTX3 promotes fracture healing by coordinating bone regeneration and bone resorption to maintain bone homeostasis. In view of the above biological characteristics, PTX3 is expected to become a new target for the diagnosis and treatment of OP and other age-related bone diseases and fracture healing.
