RESUMO

Practice teaching is an important link in the training of public health talents in colleges and universities. At present, there are still some problems in the education of public health and preventive medicine in the colleges and universities in China, such as attaching greater importance to theory than to practice and weak training of practical skills among students. In view of this situation, a public health practice teaching model of "internal-external interactions" has been constructed in Dalian Medical University with focuses on the following aspects: ①experiments in the university are optimized based on social needs; ②the practice base outside the university is expanded based on the teaching in the university; ③"internal-external interactions" are adopted to enhance practice training and improve post competence. The teaching practice shows that the implementation of the teaching model of "internal-external interactions" can help to improve practice teaching ability, promote the improvement in the training quality of public health talents, and meet the social demand for application-oriented professionals.

RESUMO

Objective:To explore the effects of peer support groups-based dietary intervention on nutritional status among patients with gastrectomy.Methods:Eighty-two patients with gastrectomy from March 2018 to August 2019 in Gastrointestinal Surgery of Shanxi Bethune Hospital were assigned to the experimental group and control group with 41 cases in each group by random digits table method. Patients in the control group were recieved routine nursing care and dietary guidance, basis on the control group, the experimental group provided peer support groups-based dietary intervention as well. BMI, total serum protein, albumin were recorded at 1 day before discharge, 4 weeks and 12 weeks after discharge, the intervention effect was assessed by Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment (PG-SGA), diet related symptoms scale and diet compliance scale. Results:At 4, 12 weeks after discharge, diet related symptoms scale scores were (10.61 ± 2.37), (8.61 ± 1.64) points in the experimental group, significantly lower than (12.05 ± 1.49), (11.46 ± 2.44) points in the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( t=3.20, 6.05, both P<0.05). At 4, 12 weeks after discharge, diet compliance scale scores were (63.87 ± 4.60), (64.92 ± 6.394) points in the experimental group, significantly higher than (60.90 ± 4.94), (62.18 ± 5.07) points in the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( t=2.73, 2.09, both P<0.05). At 4, 12 weeks after discharge, PG-SGA scores were (4.11 ± 0.86), (3.53 ± 1.13) points in the experimental group, significantly lower than (5.15 ± 1.46), (4.28 ± 1.62) points in the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( t=3.85, 2.38, both P<0.05). At 12 weeks after discharge, the levels of total serum protein, albumin were (57.79 ± 3.95), (36.68 ± 3.11) g/L in the experimental group, significantly higher than (55.26 ± 3.66), (34.74 ± 2.41) g/L in the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( t=2.92, 3.06, both P<0.05). There was no significant difference in BMI in different time between the two groups ( P>0.05). Conclusions:Peer support groups-based dietary intervention can promote self catering management and nutritional status of patients with gastrectomy.

RESUMO

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of interventional treatment for neonatal critical pulmonary stenosis(NCPS).Methods:Clinical data of 12 neonates with NCPS who received percutaneous balloon pulmonary valvuloplasty (PBPV) from January 2016 to December 2019 in Department of Cardiology, Shenzhen Children′s Hospital were summarized and analyzed. The collected data included transthoracic echocardiography (TTE), percutaneous oxygen saturation (SPO 2), relevant data on interventional surgery, and follow-up results. Results:All 12 neonates with NCPS received PBPV successfully. The postoperative pressure difference between the right ventricle and the pulmonary artery ranged from 8 to 35 mmHg[(20±7) mmHg, 1 mmHg=0.133 kPa]. The postoperative SPO 2 ranged from 74%-100%[(93.0±5.9)%]. Three neonates with NCPS received Blalock-Taussig (B-T) shunt. One neonate with NCPS developed supraventricular tachycardia during the operation. There was no death for these 12 neonates with NCPS. Conclusions:Interventional treatment of neonates with NCPS could achieve a better effect and be employed as the first treatment option. Some neonates with NCPS would require cardiac B-T shunt or patent ductus arteriosus stent implantation.

RESUMO

UNLABELLED: By observing the curative effect of autologous stem cells changes before and after the treatment, to explore the stem cell treatment of diabetes and its complications. 32 patients were type 2 diabetic patients with different complications. By intravenous injection of autologous stem cells, observe improving symptoms, signs and auxiliary examination of patients after three months. Evaluation index: glycated hemoglobin level; ankle brachial pressure index (ABI); limb electromyogram; 24h urine protein quantity. Diabetic complications of different systems and glycated hemoglobincan be effectively improved. CONCLUSION: This research and application of autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation for treatment of type 2 diabetes chronic complications achieves certain results, non-toxic side effects occuring. Just only preliminary observes the clinical effect, a small sample size. We need to expand the sample and observation period further for the long-term efficacy and side effects.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE To investigate the antibiotics-resistant genes in enterococci isolated from the 98th Hospital of PLA,Huzhou,Zhejiang Province,China.METHODS The antibiotics-resistant genes of TEM,aac(6′)/aph(2″),aph(3′)-Ⅲ,ant(2″)-Ⅰ,ant(4′,4″),ant(6)-Ⅰ,ermB,mefA,tetM,vanA,and vanB were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and verified by DNA sequencing in the 15 isolates of Enterococcus faecalis and 9 isolates of E.faecium.RESULTS The positive rate of the resistance genes of TEM,aac(6′)/aph(2″),aph(3′)-Ⅲ,ant(2″)-Ⅰ,ant(4′,4″),ant(6)-Ⅰ,(ermB,) mefA,tetM,vanA,and vanB in the 24 strains of enterococci tested were 37.5%,70.8%,25.0%,0.0%,0.0%,41.7%,75.0%,0.0%,41.7%,4.2%,and 4.2%,(respectively.) CONCLUSIONS The multidrug resistance of enterococci was a serious issue, and harbored antibiotics-resistance genes were the very important reasons of resistance to antibiotics in enterococci.
