RESUMO

Performance appraisal of public hospitals have given a guidance for the development of public hospitals at all levels.A Class A tertiary hospital reviewed the problems in the development of the hospital at the present stage and focused on the following four aspects:①insufficient fine management;②No clear orientation of discipline development;③The bottleneck of the improvement of medical operation efficiency;④New challenges in the reform of payment mode. The tertiary hospital launched a fine management practice in May 2022,in order to solve the problems by taking the Department of Surgery as a pilot area, laying the foundation for fine management through information system construction, improving the efficiency of medical operation through management process optimization, improving the overall competitiveness of disciplines through the construction of sub-specialty and Discipline Alliance and adjusting the performance appraisal index system to play the role of performance incentives. The measures effectively improve the overall capacity and efficiency of hospital medical services and help the hospital to achieve high-quality development.

RESUMO

Potential markers for progression of pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) were identified by examining samples of lung SCC and adjacent normal tissues using a combination of fluorescence two-dimensional difference gel electrophoresis (2D-DIGE), matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS), and electrospray ionization quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometry (ESI-Q-TOF). The PANTHER System was used for gel image based quantification and statistical analysis. An analysis of proteomic data revealed that 323 protein spots showed significantly different levels of expression (P ≤ 0.05) in lung SCC tissue compared to expression in normal lung tissue. A further analysis of these protein spots by MALDI-TOF-MS identified 81 different proteins. A systems biology approach was used to map these proteins to major pathways involved in numerous cellular processes, including localization, transport, cellular component organization, apoptosis, and reproduction. Additionally, the expression of several proteins in lung SCC and normal tissues was examined using immunohistochemistry and western blot. The functions of individual proteins are being further investigated and validated, and the results might provide new insights into the mechanism of lung SCC progression, potentially leading to the design of novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.

RESUMO

Taking Suxi Healthcare Center in Yiwu City, Zhejiang province as an example, the paper analyzed the present mission and organizational characteristics of township healthcare centers in China, especially their dual functionality of community public health and primary medicare. Based on such analysis, it designed a matrix-based model for organizational structure and job performance management for such heslthcare centers. The features are as follows. 1) The two dimensions of the matrix structure refer to the departments for medical treatment and the multi-village doctors team in the community, respectively and jointly offering primary medicare and public health services; 2) Jobs are designed based on the organizational structure and functionality. Every job carries out dual Junctions as described and managed by the job description and target responsibility certificate; 3) The job responsibility certificate is a breakdown of the balanced scorecard of the healthcare center, as divided between the departments for medical treatment and the multi-village doctors team; 4) The balanced scorecard of the township healthcare center is designed based on its strategic mission and developing plan. The entire organizational design and management of the center are built on the strategic orientation and logical programmed research.
