RESUMO

The emergence of SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2) variants and "anatomical escape" characteristics threaten the effectiveness of current coronavirus disease (COVID-19) vaccines. There is an urgent need to understand the immunological mechanism of broad-spectrum respiratory tract protection to guide broader vaccines development. In this study, we investigated immune responses induced by an NS1-deleted influenza virus vectored intranasal COVID-19 vaccine (dNS1-RBD) which provides broad-spectrum protection against SARS-CoV-2 variants. Intranasal delivery of dNS1-RBD induced innate immunity, trained immunity and tissue-resident memory T cells covering the upper and lower respiratory tract. It restrained the inflammatory response by suppressing early phase viral load post SARS-CoV-2 challenge and attenuating pro-inflammatory cytokine (IL-6, IL-1B, and IFN-{gamma}) levels, thereby reducing excess immune-induced tissue injury compared with the control group. By inducing local cellular immunity and trained immunity, intranasal delivery of NS1-deleted influenza virus vectored vaccine represents a broad-spectrum COVID-19 vaccine strategy to reduce disease burden.

RESUMO

In recent years, with the widespread clinical application of moxibustion, the clinical trials on moxibustion research are also increasing. However, the establishment of negative control of moxibustion, also called as mimicking moxibustion, has become a major challenge in the randomized controlled trials (RCTs) . In this review, we summarized the establishment methods of mimicking moxibustion in RCTs at home and abroad, and evaluated and elaborated the design and application methods of mimicking moxibustion models from thermal effect, light radiation effect and smoke effect that generated by moxibustion, in order to provide insights for the establishment of an ideal and feasible mimicking moxibustion model in future RCTs of moxibustion.

RESUMO

Objective To develop a sandplay analysis evaluation matrix for children with tic disor?ders. Methods 113 children were chosen as the study subjects . Based on the grounded theory, the open coding, correlated coding and core coding were carried out on coding elements for sandplay process to gain the third?level, second?level and first?level evaluation codes. The reliability and validity of the codes were tested. Results The sandplay analysis evaluation matrix for children with tic disorders was established inclu?ding 48 third?level,17 second?level and 3 first?level evaluation codes. The codes were proved to be reliable and valid through the comparison and conditional coding with query. Conclusion The sandplay analysis e?valuation matrix for children with tic disorders, which is established based on the grounded theory,is reliable and operable. It can be used as a tool to assess the psychological or behavioral problems of children with tic disorders dynamically.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Hegu plus Fuliu in treating hyperhidrosis in Parkinson’s disease. Methods Fifty-seven Parkinson’s disease patients with hyperhidrosis were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 28 cases and a control group of 29 cases. The control group received conventional acupuncture and the treatment group, acupuncture at Hegu plus Fuliu in addition. The VAS score and the HDSS score were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the VAS score and the HDSS score in the two groups (P<0.01). There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the VAS score and the HDSS score between the treatment and control groups (P<0.01). The total efficacy rate was 96.4% in the treatment group and 72.4% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Hegu plus Fuliu can effectively reduce hyperhidrosis in Parkinson's disease patients.

RESUMO

Objective To observe cerebral apoplexy patients complicated with carotid atherosclerosis plaque given aggressive lipid lowering treatment on the prognosis of stroke and reduce the recurrence rate through the large sample study on neurological department of internal medicine. Methods 300 cases of cerebral infarction complicated with different degree of neck lesions were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups, each group had 100 cases.Intensive lipid-lowering group received fluvastatin,80mg/d + 100mg aspirin, conventional dose group received fluvastatin,40mg/d + 100mg aspirin, aspirin group was given aspirin 100mg.After 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks,16 weeks,20 weeks,24 weeks, blood lipid level, changes in internal carotid artery plaque (CIMT),plaque area, and the incidence rate of cerebral vascular events after 24 weeks were observed. Results The results of intensive lipid-lowering treatment group IMT (1.06 ± 0.36) mm,plaque area (8.09 ± 0.47) mm3,the incidence rate of cerebral vascular events after 24 weeks (12%),serum lipid levels and regular dose group after treatment with IMT (1.19 ±0.39) mm,plaque area (9.91 ± 0.78) mm3,the incidence rate of cerebral vascular events after 24 weeks (18 %),serum lipid levels after aspirin group were significantly reduced(P < 0.05).Aspirin group before and after treatment,IMF,plaque area and lipid levels had no significant differences(P > 0.05).Intensive lipid-lowering treatment group compared with the conventional dose group,IMT,plaque area and lipid levels improved obviously(P < 0.05),the recurrence rate of ischemic cerebral vascular disease had significant difference compared with the other two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion Intensive lipid-lowering treatment on blood lipid levels, delay and reverse the carotid atherosclerosis is superior to conventional dose using fluvastatin group and simply antiplatelet group, and can prevent the recurrence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.

RESUMO

A closed-loop transfusion management system is constructed that covers blood preservation, transportation, transfer, distribution of blood, distribution, clinical blood specimen collection and blood transfusion process, which can monitor the implementation of doctor's advice, view the transport process of blood and blood samples, and record blood transfusion and adverse reaction information. These measurements can play a good effect in reduction of manual records and handover links in blood transfusion management, enhance the blood bank management, guarantee safely using blood, and realize the goal of real-time monitoring and closed-loop management.

RESUMO

Objective To understand affective characteristic of Chinese words. Method 1300 adjectives and nouns of Chinese words were rated in five point scale by 65 participants in three dimensions: emotional valence, arousal and familiarity. Results Neither age effect nor gender effect were found for the word scores in each scale of each dimension. The correlation coefficients between each two dimensions were significant (P<0.01):0. 787 for valence-arousal, 0. 550 for valence-familiarity and 0. 600 for arousal-familiarity.Conclusion The affective vocabulary system of Chinese words can be used as a tool in future emotional research.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the effect of family nursing intervention on infant brain injury rehabili-tation therapy. Methods 102 cases of brain injury infants were randomly divided into observation group(32 cases),intervention group(38 cases) and control group (32 eases), respectively. The patients in observation group received routine treatment, while those in intervention group received family nursing intervention based on routine treatment. The children in control group whose parents refused the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy. All subjects were as-sessed by Gesell test before and after rehabilitation treatment. Results Compared with the control group patients, all indicators in the observation group and the intervention group were significantly improved. There were also signifi-cant differences between observation group and the intervention group( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion Family nursing in-tervention can significantly improve the effect on infant brain injury rehabilitation therapy.
