RESUMO

Using dual polarization multiplexing alternate mark inversion (AMI) downlink signals, a novel radio over fiber (RoF) system integrating optical fiber and FSO channel is designed to adapt to applications in mountainous areas and other complex terrain areas. Optical heterodyne technology and self-mixing homodyne detection method are used to realize high sensitivity detection of the received signals after 25.1 km channel (including 1 km single-mode fiber and 100 m free space link) transmission. Moreover, polarization multiplexing technology is introduced to exponentially increase the transmission capacity of downlink signals. This scheme not only can be compatible with traditional optical fiber transmission systems, but also support the wireless optical access application of millimeter wave signals in RoF systems.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Life satisfaction (LS) is part of a positive psychological feeling that protects individuals from a physical decline in old age. A healthy lifestyle, including physical activity (PA) and a healthy diet, such as the intake of fruits and vegetables (F&V), can lead to a better experience of LS in older adults. However, the association between PA and F&V intake habits when occurring together in older adults is still unclear for LS. The study aimed to investigate the combined association of PA and F&V intake on LS among a cohort of older Taiwanese adults. METHODS: Five waves of population-based data gathered by the Taiwan Longitudinal Survey on Aging between 1999 and 2015 were analyzed. The year 1999 was set as the baseline, and the number of respondents was 4,440. The independent variables included the frequency, duration, and intensity of PA and the frequency of F&V intake. LS was assessed by using the Life Satisfaction Index. We performed generalized estimating equations (GEE) analysis with adjustment for covariates of health behaviors and health indicators. RESULTS: After adjusting for confounders, model 1 showed that moderate and high-PA levels significantly correlated with LS (odds ratio [OR] = 1.41, 95% CI = 1.12-1.79) and OR = 1.74, 95% CI = 1.50-2.02). Moreover, high-F&V intake significantly correlated with LS (OR = 2.07, 95% CI = 1.69-2.53). Regarding the combined association shown in model 2, compared with both the low PA and F&V intake group, there were significantly higher LS in the both-high-group (OR = 4.69, 95% CI = 3.49-6.31), only-high-F&V intake (OR = 2.87, 95% CI = 2.14-3.85), only-high-PA (OR = 2.48, 95% CI = 1.74-3.52). CONCLUSIONS: Our findings show the significant combined association of PA and F&V intake on LS among older adults. In addition, older adults who engaged in higher frequency, duration, and intensity of daily PA combined more than seven times a week of F&V intake had significantly higher LS than those who only engaged in low PA or only intake less F&V. Adopting multiple healthy behaviors in daily life is a safe and effective approach to promote LS among older adults.

RESUMO

Frequent outbreaks of viral diseases have brought substantial negative impacts on society and the economy, and they are very difficult to detect, as the concentration of viral aerosols in the air is low and the composition is complex. The traditional detection method is manually collection and re-detection, being cumbersome and time-consuming. Here we propose a virus aerosol detection method based on microfluidic inertial separation and spectroscopic analysis technology to rapidly and accurately detect aerosol particles in the air. The microfluidic chip is designed based on the principles of inertial separation and laminar flow characteristics, resulting in an average separation efficiency of 95.99% for 2 µm particles. We build a microfluidic chip composite spectrometer detection platform to capture the spectral information on aerosol particles dynamically. By employing machine-learning techniques, we can accurately classify different types of aerosol particles. The entire experiment took less than 30 min as compared with hours by PCR detection. Furthermore, our model achieves an accuracy of 97.87% in identifying virus aerosols, which is comparable to the results obtained from PCR detection.

RESUMO

PURPOSE: To investigate caregivers' perceptions of using a ride-on car (ROC) and observe behavioral changes in their children following ROC training and conventional therapy. METHODS: The study included 37 toddlers with motor delays and their caregivers, divided into an ROC training group (27 participants) and a conventional therapy group (10 participants). A binary, multiple-choice, and open-ended questionnaire was administered before and after a 3-month intervention period. RESULTS: Over 70% of caregivers had no experience using mobility devices before the intervention. Before the intervention, children's ability and age were key barriers to using mobility devices. After the intervention, caregivers in the ROC group were more inclined than those in the control group to allocate a larger budget for these devices. CONCLUSIONS: The findings highlight the importance of pediatric physical and occupational therapists working collaboratively with caregivers during such interventions and raising awareness about government subsidies and resources available for mobility devices.

RESUMO

Human resource management (HRM) in healthcare is an important component in relation to the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery. However, a comprehensive overview is lacking to assess and track the current status and trends of HRM research in healthcare. This study aims to describe the current situation and global trends in HRM research in healthcare as well as to indicate the frontiers and future directions of research. The research methodology is based on bibliometric mapping using scientific visualization software (VOSviewer). The data were collected from the Web of Science(WoS) core citation database. After applying the search criteria, we retrieved 833 publications, which have steadily increased over the last 30 years. In addition, 93 countries and regions have published relevant research. The United States and Australia have made significant contributions in this area. Current research articles focus on topics clustered into performance, hospital/COVID-19, job satisfaction, human resource management, occupational/mental health, and quality of care. The most frequently co-occurring keywords are human resource management, job satisfaction, nurses, hospitals, health services, quality of care, COVID-19, and nursing. There is limited research on compensation management and employee relations management, so the current HRM research field still has not been able to present a complete and systematic roadmap. We propose that our colleagues should consider focusing on these research gaps in the future.

RESUMO

Histopathological images of colorectal liver metastases (CRLM) contain rich morphometric information that may predict patients' outcomes. However, to our knowledge, no study has reported any practical deep learning framework based on the histology images of CRLM, and their direct association with prognosis remains largely unknown. In this study, we developed a deep learning-based framework for fully automated tissue classification and quantification of clinically relevant spatial organization features (SOFs) in H&E-stained images of CRLM. The SOFs based risk-scoring system demonstrated a strong and robust prognostic value that is independent of the current clinical risk score (CRS) system in independent clinical cohorts. Our framework enables fully automated tissue classification of H&E images of CRLM, which could significantly reduce assessment subjectivity and the workload of pathologists. The risk-scoring system provides a time- and cost-efficient tool to assist clinical decision-making for patients with CRLM, which could potentially be implemented in clinical practice.

RESUMO

Across international healthcare, organisational culture and work environment have become central to all patient safety. However, there is a lack of comprehensive overview to assess and track the evolution of the literature on organisational culture in healthcare. This study aims to describe the current situation and global trends in organisational culture research in healthcare. The methodology is based on bibliometric mapping using scientific visualisation software (CiteSpace and VOSviewer). The big data were collected from the Web of Science core citation database. After applying the search criteria, we retrieved 1559 publications, which have steadily increased over the last two decades. In addition, 92 countries and regions have published studies on organisational culture in healthcare. The United States has made significant contributions to this field. In particular, organisational culture occupies an important position in the quality management of different types of care and caregiving. At the same time, organisational culture in healthcare may be inadequately researched in terms of theoretical underpinnings, which in turn leads to a lack of widespread dissemination of practice, and research on organisational culture in healthcare through evidence-based medicine may remain a significant focus and hot topic throughout the research field in the coming years.

RESUMO

Liver cirrhosis is a common chronic liver disease in clinical practice, and the main causes of this disease include virus, alcohol, and immunity. Patients may experience a variety of complications in the late stage of liver cirrhosis, including upper gastrointestinal bleeding, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatorenal syndrome, and liver cancer, among which upper gastrointestinal bleeding is the main cause of death, and therefore, the control and prevention of upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by liver cirrhosis is the key to reducing mortality rate and prolonging survival time. This article summarizes the commonly used minimally invasive methods for the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in liver cirrhosis and analyzes the indications for different treatment methods and related advances, so as to provide a reference for clinicians to choose the most suitable treatment regimen for the patient, thereby improving the survival rate of patients.

RESUMO

Lipid metabolism is a complex physiological process, which is closely related to nutrient regulation, hormone balance and endocrine function. It involves the interactions of multiple factors and signal transduction pathways. Lipid metabolism disorder is one of the main mechanisms to induce a variety of diseases, such as obesity, diabetes, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, hepatitis, hepatocellular carcinoma and their complications. At present, more and more studies have found that the "dynamic modification" of N6-adenylate methylation (m6A) on RNA represents a new "post-transcriptional" regulation mode. m6A methylation modification can occur in mRNA, tRNA, ncRNA, etc. Its abnormal modification can regulate gene expression changes and alternative splicing events. Many latest references have reported that m6A RNA modification is involved in the epigenetic regulation of lipid metabolism disorder. Based on the major diseases induced by lipid metabolism disorders, we reviewed the regulatory roles of m6A modification in the occurrence and development of those diseases. These overall findings inform further in-depth investigations of the underlying molecular mechanisms regarding the pathogenesis of lipid metabolism disorders from the perspective of epigenetics, and provide reference for health prevention, molecular diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.

RESUMO

@#Abstract: Objective To analyze the value and influencing factors of cross-primer isothermal amplification technology(CPA) in clinical screening and diagnosis of tuberculosis (TB). Methods We collected 543 inpatients in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2021, including 179 patients with tuberculosis, 187 patients with pneumonia and 177 patients with other diseases. The patients' sputum, alveolar lavage fluid, pleural effusion and midstream urine were detected by CPA, smear microscopy, culture method and gene detection. The value of CPA detection in the diagnosis of tuberculosis and its influencing factors were evaluated. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0. Results The total positive rate of CPA was 14.4% (78/543), and the positive rate of sputum samples accounted for 29.1% (39/134). Among the 78 cases of CPA positive patients, the tuberculosis group accounted for 69.2% (54/78), followed by pneumonia group 21.8% (17/78), and other diseases group accounted for 9.0% (7/78). Taking CPA test as the reference method, the "sensitivity" of smear microscopy was lower than that of genetic testing and culture, while the "specificity" was higher than that of culture and gene testing, and the "missed diagnosis rate" of smear microscopy was higher than that of genetic testing and culture. CPA test positive was related to gender, ESR and pneumonia. There is a good agreement between CPA test and culture method and gene test (Kappa>0.9), and a moderate agreement between CPA test and smear microscopy (Kappa=0.616). Conclusions Sputum specimen is the best choice for CPA detection, while the value of pleural effusion detection is relatively limited. Sputum, alveolar lavage fluid and midcourse urine can be used as clinical specimens for screening and diagnosis of "tuberculosis group and other disease group", while sputum can be used for screening and diagnosis of "tuberculosis group and pneumonia group". Gender, ESR and pneumonia are the influencing factors of CPA positive patients. Therefore, CPA testing is worthy of clinical promotion, but more clinical research data are needed.

RESUMO

Background: The pivotal role of Human Resource Management (HRM) in hospital administration has been acknowledged in research, yet the examination of HRM practices in the world's premier hospitals has been scant. Objective: This study explored how the world's leading hospitals attain operational efficiency by optimizing human resource allocation and melding development strategies into their HRM frameworks. A comparative analysis of the HRM frameworks in the top five global hospitals was undertaken to offer a reference model for other hospitals. Methods: This research offers a comparative exploration of the HRM frameworks utilized by the top five hospitals globally, underscoring both shared and distinct elements. Using a multi-case study methodology, the research scrutinized each hospital's HRM framework across six modules, drawing literature from publicly accessible sources, including websites, annual reports, and pertinent English-language scholarly literature from platforms such as Google Scholar, PubMed, Medline, and Web of Science. Results: The analyzed hospitals exhibited inconsistent HRM frameworks, yet all manifested potent organizational cultural attributes and maintained robust employee training and welfare policies. The design of the HR systems was strategically aligned with the hospitals' objectives, and the study established that maintaining a sustainable talent system is pivotal to achieving hospital excellence. Conclusion: The HRM frameworks of the five analyzed hospitals align with their developmental strategies and exhibit unique organizational cultural attributes. All five hospitals heavily prioritize aligning employee development with overall hospital growth and place a spotlight on fostering a healthy working environment and nurturing employees' sense of achievement. While compensation is a notable performance influencer, it is not rigorously tied to workload in these hospitals, with employees receiving mid-to-upper industry-range compensation. Performance assessment criteria focus on job quality and aligning employee actions with organizational values. Comprehensive welfare and protection are afforded to employees across all five hospitals.

RESUMO

Decellularized matrices can effectively reduce severe immune rejection with their cells and eliminated nucleic acid material and provide specific environments for tissue repair or tissue regeneration. In this study, we prepared acellular cartilage matrix (ACM) powder through the decellularization method and developed ACM hydrogels by physical, chemical, and enzymatic digestion methods. The results demonstrated that the small size group of ACM hydrogels exhibited better gel conditions when the concentration of ACM hydrogels was 30 and 20 mg/mL in 1N HCl through parameter adjustment. The data also confirmed that the ACM hydrogels retained the main components of cartilage: 61.18% of glycosaminoglycan (GAG) and 78.29% of collagen, with 99.61% of its DNA removed compared to samples without the decellularization procedure (set as 100%). Through turbidimetric gelation kinetics, hydrogel rheological property analysis, and hydrogel tissue physical property testing, this study also revealed that increasing hydrogel concentration is helpful for gelation. Besides, the ex vivo test confirmed that a higher concentration of ACM hydrogels had good adhesive properties and could fill in cartilage defects adequately. This study offers useful information for developing and manufacturing ACM hydrogels to serve as potential alternative scaffolds for future cartilage defect treatment.

RESUMO

Background: Necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) is the most prevalent gastrointestinal disorder that predominantly threatens preterm newborns. Succinate is an emerging metabolic signaling molecule that was recently studied in relation to the regulation of intestinal immunity and homeostasis. We aimed to investigate the relationship between NEC and gut luminal succinate and preliminarily explored the effect of succinate on NEC pathogenesis. Methods: Fecal samples from human neonates and mouse pups were analyzed by HPLC - MS/MS and 16S rRNA gene sequencing. C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into four groups: control, NEC, Lsuc, and Hsuc. The mortality, weight gain, and intestinal pathological changes in four mouse groups were observed. Inflammatory cytokines and markers of macrophages were identified by quantitative real-time PCR. Succinate receptor 1 (SUCNR1) localization was visualized by immunohistochemistry. The protein levels of SUCNR1 and hypoxia-inducible factor 1a (HIF-1a) were quantified by western blotting. Results: The levels of succinate in feces from NEC patients were higher than those in feces from non-NEC patients (P <0.05). In the murine models, succinate levels in intestinal content samples were also higher in the NEC group than in the control group (P <0.05). The change in succinate level was closely related to intestinal flora composition. In samples from human neonates, relative to the control group, the NEC group showed a higher abundance of Enterobacteriaceae and a lower abundance of Lactobacillaceae and Lactobacillus (P <0.05). In the murine models, relative to the control group, increased abundance was observed for Clostridiaceae, Enterococcaceae, Clostridium_sensu_stricto_1, and Enterococcus, whereas decreased abundance was observed for Lactobacillaceae and Lactobacillus (P <0.05). Increased succinate levels prevented mice from gaining weight, damaged their intestines, and increased their mortality; upregulated the gene expression of interleukin-1ß (IL-1ß), IL-6, IL-18 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF); and downregulated the gene expression of IL-10 and transforming growth factor (TGF)-ß. Exogenous succinic acid increased inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) gene expression but decreased Arginase-1 (Arg1) gene expression; and increased the protein expression of SUCNR1 and HIF-1a. Conclusion: Succinate plays an important role in the development of necrotizing enterocolitis severity, and the activation of the HIF-1a signaling pathway may lead to disease progression.

RESUMO

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of hand hygiene interventions on the overall hand hygiene (HH) status of teaching instruction of hand hygiene in kindergartens, given the vulnerability of kindergarten children and their high risk due to infectious diseases and the current COVID-19 epidemic. We investigated the HH status of teachers from two kindergartens in the same community. The participants were recruited from 28 classes in both kindergartens. After completing the baseline survey, the intervention program consisted of three components: lectures on infectious diseases, lectures on HH, and seven-step hand washing techniques conducted in two kindergartens. The intervention program effectively increased teachers' perceived disease susceptibility (p < 0.05), reduced the total bacterial colonization of children's hands (p < 0.001), and improved the HH environment (p < 0.01). We recommend that health authorities or kindergartens adopt this HH intervention program to effectively improve the HH status in kindergartens and allow for preventive responses to the COVID-19 epidemic or other emerging infectious diseases.

RESUMO

Background and Objectives: Prion diseases are fatal neurodegenerative disorders caused by the abnormal proteinase K-resistant prion protein (PrPSc). Since variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) was first reported in the United Kingdom (UK) in 1996, the occurrence of variant CJD has been reported in over 10 countries. To date, variant CJD has not been reported in Korea. However, the E211K somatic mutation in the prion protein gene (PRNP), which is related to bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE), was reported in Korean Holstein cattle, and atypical BSE, which is supposed to be sporadic BSE, has been occurring in many countries, including Japan and the USA. These results suggest that BSE may occur naturally in Korea. Thus, we performed a preemptive PrPSc test in appendix specimens to diagnose variant CJD in a Korean population. Materials and Methods: In the present study, we investigated CJD-related mutations and polymorphisms of the PRNP gene and carried out an examination on PrPSc in appendix specimens of Korean patients after appendectomy. Results: In all Korean appendix specimens tested, PrPSc bands were not detected. Conclusion: To the best of our knowledge, this was the first evaluation of PrPSc in Korean appendix specimens.

RESUMO

The factors associated with cognitive decline among older adults include physical activity and fruit and vegetable intake. However, the long-term effects of concomitant physical activity and fruit and vegetable intake are unknown. This 16-year longitudinal study explored the joint effect of mitigating cognitive decline in a cohort of older Taiwanese individuals. Five population-based surveys (Taiwan Longitudinal Survey on Aging [1999-2015]) involving 4440 respondents over 53 years old in 1999 were conducted. Cognitive function was assessed using the Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire (SPMSQ). The demographic, socioeconomic, health-related, behavioral, and disease status covariates were adjusted in the regression analysis. Trends in cognitive decline were observed over 16 years. The risk of cognitive decline decreased by 63% when high physical activity and high fruit and vegetable intake were combined (odds ratio 0.37; 95% confidence interval 0.23-0.59), indicating a potential combined effect of physical activity and fruit and vegetable intake on mitigating cognitive decline. These personal actions are safe, effective, and economical approaches to health promotion and disease prevention.

RESUMO

The previously reported begonias in a limestone forest of Guangxi mainly belong to Begoniasect.Coelocentrum Irmscher. In this article, we described and illustrated a new species in sect. Platycentrum (Klotzsch) A.DC., Begoniaparvibracteata X.X.Feng, R.K.Li & Z.X.Liu, which was discovered in a karst forest of south-western Guangxi. The begonia shows high morphological similarity to B.subhowii S.H. Huang and B.psilophylla Irmscher, but differs from the latter two in its narrower oblique-ovate asymmetric leaf blade, 4 (occasionally 6) tepals of pistillate flower and smaller membranous inflorescence bracts. Molecular phylogenetic analysis, based on ITS sequence data, supports the new species as monophyletic and distinct from B.subhowii and B.psilophylla. Considering its narrow distribution and the disturbance of human activities, the conservation status of new taxon is evaluated as "Vulnerable" (VU B1, B2 ab (i, iv, v), D2) according to the IUCN Red List Categories and Criteria.

RESUMO

AIM:To analyze the correlation between optical coherence tomography(OCT)parameters and central retinal vein occlusion of macular edema secondary(CRVO-ME), and compare the clinical efficacy of ranibizumab combined with laser photocoagulation and ranibizumab alone in the treatment of CRVO-ME.METHODS:There were 43 case with 43 eyes of patients in CRVO-ME diagnosed in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 included in the present study and divided into two groups, namely A and B. Patients in group A were treated with ranibizumab combined with laser photocoagulation, while patients in group B were treated with ranibizumab alone. The structure of outer retina and “SAVE” scores were observed and estimated using OCT and fluorescein angiography(FFA)examination before and after the treatment at 1, 3, 6, 12mo, and then analyzed their correlation with best corrected visual acuity(BCVA, LogMAR). The BCVA, central macular thickness(CMT), intraocular pressure and average number of drug injections were also compared between the two groups before and after treatment.RESULTS:At 12mo after treatment, the BCVA in the OCT baseline external limiting membrane(ELM)intact group and baseline ellipsoid zone(EZ)intact group before and after treatment were significantly improved than those of the fracture group(0.47±0.16 vs 0.21±0.15, P=0.013; 0.44±0.20 vs 0.25±0.17, P=0.008). There was no statistically significant difference in BCVA changes between baseline RPE fracture group and RPE intact group(P>0.05). The number of patients with “S” and “A” at 1 score decreased significantly at 12mo after treatment in both groups, the BCVA of patients with “V” and “E” at 0 score before treatment was significantly improved than those patients at 1 score(all P<0.05). The BCVA and CMT of patients after treatment in groups A and B were both significant improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the BCVA and CMT in the number of drug injections between the two groups(P>0.05). In addition, there were no severe complications such as secondary glaucoma and endophthalmitis in both groups.CONCLUSION: Baseline status of ELM and EZ, presence or absence of vitreoretinal abnormalities(V), and focal leakage(E)could suggest the treatment efficacy of CRVO-ME. Ranibizumab in the treatment of CRVO-ME demonstrates prominent efficacy and great safety, and there was no better effect was observed when combined with laser photocoagulation.

RESUMO

Aim To study the effect of lentinan ( LNT) on the injury of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) induced by high concentration of glucose ( HG) and its mechanism so as to provide a new theo¬retical basis for the treatment of diabetic angiopathy. Methods After screening the optimal concentration of HG-induced HUVEC injury, different concentrations of LNT were given and then HUVEC cell viability, reac¬tive oxygen species ( ROS ) , superoxide dismutase (SOD) ,and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels were de¬tected.Autophagy level in HUVECs was determined by MDC staining.Beclin-1 level was detected by PCR.The expression of LC3, inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and the phosphorylation level of p38 MAPK were detected by Western blot. Results 120 mmol • L"1 HG could cause moderate HUVEC injury.LNT could improve the declining HUVEC viability induced by HG, alleviate the increasing ROS,upgrade the level of SOD level, downgrade the level of M DA, raise the autophagy level in HUVECs,and decrease the expres-sion of iNOS and p38 MAPK phosphorylated protein in HUVECs.Conclusions LNT can improve HG-in- duced HUVEC injury, and the mechanism is related to regulating ROS/p38 MAPK pathway to enhance auto¬phagy levels and improve intracellular oxidative stress.

RESUMO

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of sequential syndrome differentiation of Yiqi Huayu Qingre prescription (YHQ) in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome in children. MethodA total of 112 children with refractory nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into an observation group (57 cases) and a control group(55 cases). The children in the control group were treated with prednisone tablets combined with tacrolimus, and those in the observation group were treated with YHQ by sequential syndrome differentiation on the basis of the control group. The total effective rates of the two groups after treatment were observed. The 24-hour urinary total protein(24 h UTP),plasma albumin(ALB),cholesterol(CHO),triglycerides(TG), and traditional Chinese medicine quality of life scale scores before treatment and after four weeks, eight weeks,16 weeks,24 weeks,32 weeks,40 weeks, and 52 weeks in the two groups were recorded. The total course of treatment and the total accumulation of hormones were compared among the children with reduced or no hormone treatment till 52 weeks during treatment. ResultThe total effective rate in the observation group was higher (Z=-2.052,P<0.05). The observation group had lower 24 h UTP and higher ALB at each follow-up time point than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01). At four weeks, eight weeks, and 16 weeks of treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in CHO between the observation group and the control group, and the observation group was lower than the control group in CHO at the rest of the time points (P<0.05,P<0.01). For TG, the observation group was not significantly different from the control group at four weeks, eight weeks,16 weeks, and 40 weeks of treatment, but lower at 24,32,and 52 weeks (P<0.05,P<0.01). The total treatment course of hormones in the observation group was shorter(P<0.01), with less total accumulation(P<0.01). At different follow-up time points, the total score of traditional Chinese medicine quality of life scale in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the scores of the observation group in the four dimensions (physiological function, independent factor, social factor, and psychological factor) after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01). ConclusionYHQ under sequential syndrome differentiation has a definite clinical effect in treating children with refractory nephrotic syndrome. It has advantages in shortening the total course of hormone treatment and reducing the total accumulation of hormones, and can improve the quality of life of children with refractory nephrotic syndrome.
