@#The delivery of exogenous insulin is very important for the treatment of type 1 and advanced type 2 diabetes.Traditional injectable administration is prone to cause hypoglycemia, while the intelligent insulin system has the advantages of safety, long-term effectiveness, and high responsiveness.Glucose oxidase (GOx) can consume O2 and catalyze glucose to produce gluconic acid and H2O2.Therefore, the O2 level, H2O2 content and pH of GOx system are closely related to the glucose level in the system.This review introduces the application of GOx in closed-loop insulin delivery systems at home and abroad in recent years, which can be divided into single response and multiple response of pH-response, hypoxia-response, and H2O2-response according to the mechanism.It also discusses the opportunities and challenge facing by the application of GOx in the future.

Clinical Usefulness of the Microbubble Contrast Agent SonoVue in Enhancing the Effects of High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound for the Treatment of Adenomyosis.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical usefulness of the microbubble contrast agent SonoVue in enhancing high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) for the treatment of adenomyosis. METHODS: A total of 102 patients with adenomyosis, assessed from August 2015 to April 2017, were randomly divided into 1-minute (A) and 10-minute (B) groups, respectively. In groups A and B, HIFU started 1 minute and 10 minutes, respectively, after SonoVue injection. All patients underwent a magnetic resonance imaging scan before and after HIFU treatment. RESULTS: The occurrence rates of massive gray scale change, nonperfused volume, and fractional ablation were similar in both groups (P > .05). Meanwhile, sonication time to massive gray scale change was reduced in group A compared with group B (P < .05). In addition, mean power, total energy, and energy efficiency factor were lower in group A than group B (all P < .05). The incidence rates of most perioperative and all postoperative adverse events were similar in both groups (P > .05). The incidence rates of pain in the treated region, leg pain, and sciatic or buttock pain during HIFU were substantially lower in group A than group B (P < .05). CONCLUSIONS: Overall, starting HIFU sonication at 1 minute after SonoVue injection enhances HIFU ablation by cavitation and heating and is safe. Early massive gray scale change, lower total energy, and reduced mean power are potential safety factors.

Target organs function damage in elderly patients with H type hypertension and its association with blood pressure variability / 重庆医学

Objective To investigate the target organs function damage in elderly patients with H type hypertension and its association with blood pressure variability.Methods Ninety-two patients with H type hypertension in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from January 2014 to January 2016 were collected as the observation group and contemporaneous 135 elderly patients with non-H type hypertension were collected as the control group.The main observation indicators included 24 h systolic/diastolic blood pressure variability,24 h average systolic/diastolic blood pressure,glomerular filtration rate(GFR),serum creatinine,24 h urinary microalbumin,carotid intima-media thickness and left ventricular mass index.Results Compared with the control group,24 h systolic blood pressure variability,24 h diastolic blood pressure variability,creatinine,24 h urinary microalbumin,carotid intima-media thickness and left ventricular mass index in the observation group were significantly increased(P＜0.05);GFR was significantly decreased (P＜0.05).The multiple linear regression analysis showed that 24 h systolic blood pressure variability was the factors affecting GFR (P＜0.05);24 h systolic blood pressure variability was the factor affecting~the creatinine level (P＜0.05);24 h systolic blood pressure,24 h systolic blood pressure variability and 24 h diastolic blood pressure variability were the influence factors of carotid intima-media thickness (P＜0.05);24 h systolic blood pressure variability was the influence factor of left ventricular mass index (P＜0.05).Conclusion The target organs function damage in the patients with H type hypertension is serious,and the blood pressurevariability enlargement is the influencing factor of target organs function damage.

Clinical effectiveness analysis on biliary stent combined with 125I seed implantation in the treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice / 中国现代普通外科进展

Objective:To investigate the clinical effectiveness analysis on biliary stent combined with 125I seed implantation in the treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice.Methods:98malignant obstructive jaundice patients undergoing percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage requirement of biliary stent were divided into combined group(n=53) and simple group(n=45).Patients in combined group were taken biliary stent combined with 125I seed implantation,while in simple group were only taken biliary stent.All patients were followed up for 4 to 28 months.The changes of total bilirubin were recorded before percutaneous bile duct drainage,7 d,30 d and 90 d after biliary stent implantation.The recurrences of biliary obstruction of the two groups were recorded.The changes of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood were detected before percutaneous bile duct drainage and after biliary stent implantation 7 d.The survival times of the two groups were compared.Results:All patients were successfully completed biliary stent implantation,surgical success rate was 100％.The total bilirubin levels of patients in combined group 30 d and 90 d after stent implantation were significantly lower than the simple group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After surgery 7 d,the CD4 level and CD4/CD8 ratio in combined group were increased compared with before surgery,while in the simple group were declined,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Compared with the simple group,the CD4 level and CD4/CD8 ratio in combined group after surgery 7d were significantly increased (P＜0.05).2 cases (3.8％) of patients were recurrence of biliary obstruction,which were lower than 17 cases (37.8％) in the simple group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.001).The median survival time in combined group was 10.6 months,which was significantly longer than 7.5 months in the simple group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Biliary stent combined with 125I seed implantation in the treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice might relieve the symptom of biliary obstruction,and helped to improve cellular immune function of patients and reduce the recurrence of biliary obstruction.It had great significance to improve the quality of life of patients and prolong the survival time.

Clinical Observation of Yibai Tongfeng Pills for Treatment of Gouty Arthritis with Damp-heat Obstruction / 广州中医药大学学报

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of oral use of Yibai Tongfeng Pills for the treatment ofgouty arthritis with damp-heat obstruction. Methods One hundred and sixteen gouty arthritis patients were randomized into treatment group (N = 62) and control group (N = 54). The treatment group was treated with Yibai Tongfeng Pills orally, and the control group was treated with oral use of Colchicine Tablets and Sodium Bicarbonate Tablets at acute stage and with oral use of Benzbromarone Tablets at remission stage. Twelve weeks constituted one treatment course. Clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after treatment, and the changes of C-reactive protein(CRP), white blood cell(WBC) and uric acid(UA) levels in the blood of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results (1) The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%and that of the control group was 83.33%, the difference being significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Yibai Tongfeng Pills are effective for the treatment of gouty arthritis with damp-heat obstruction by improving syndrome manifestations and rapidly decreasing CRP level.

Study of protective effect of erigeron injection on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury / 中国生化药物杂志

Objective To investigate the protective effect of breviscapine on ischemia-reperfusion renal injury, which provides scientific theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of renal ischemia-reperfusion injury. Method 36 SPF male healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, 12 rats in each group. Group A was ischemia-reperfusion group, group B was erigeron breviscapus injection preconditioning group, and group C was sham operation group. Rats in group A and C were injected with normal saline, while rats in group B were given 12 ml/kg erigeron breviscapus injection by intraperitoneal injection., After 14 days, renal function, renal antioxidant indexes, renal cell apoptosis indexes and expression of Bcl-2, Bax in renal tissue of three groups were compared. Results The indexes of renal function showed that blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and Serum creatinine (SCr) in group B were significantly lower than group A (P<0.05), but significantly higher than group C (P<0.05). Renal antioxidant indexes showed that superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in group B were significantly higher than group A (P<0.05), but significantly lower than group C(P<0.05). The index of renal cell apoptosis showed that the apoptosis index AI in group B was significantly lower than group A (P<0.01), but significantly higher than group C (P<0.01). The results of immunohistochemical staining showed that the expression of Bcl-2 in group B were significantly higher than that of group A and group C (P<0.05), and the expression of Bax in group B was significantly lower than that in group A (P<0.05) while significantly higher than group C (P<0.01). The ratio of Bcl-2/Bax in group B was significantly higher than group A and group C (P<0.05). Conclusion Erigeron Breviscapus Injection may have a protective role on renal ischemia reperfusion injury though antioxidant and anti-apoptosis.

The reliability and validity of the SF-36 health survey for patients with chronic soft tissue pain / 中华物理医学与康复杂志

Objective To explore the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the 36-item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36) for evaluating the health-related quality of life of patients with chronic soft tissue pain, (CSTP). Methods Two hundred and ten CSTP patients were rated with the SF-36 and the Medical Outcomes Study Pain Measurement (MOSPM) instrument and retested 2 weeks later. The internal consistency, test-retest relia-bility and parallel validity of the SF-36 were analyzed. Results The SF-36 showed good internal consistency and test-retest reliability. Most repeated reliability internal correlation coefficients were between 0.44 and O. 66 (P≤0.01) except that of the SF sub-scale of the SF-36, which was O. 336 (P≤0.05). All the internal consistency Cronbach's a coefficients were >0.70. In the assessment of validity, there was significant correlation among all eight sub-scales of the SF-36, and between items 4-11 and total MOSPM scores. The correlation coefficients were between -0.145 and 0. 635 (P≤0.05 or P≤0.01), except between GH of the SF-36 and item 4 of the M OSPM (pain in-fluence on walking) and between MH and item 10 (pain influence days). Conclusion The Chinese version of the SF-36 has good reliability and validity in assessing the health related quality of life of CSTP patients.

Experimental study on therapeutic effects of Ginsenoside on Alzheimer's disease / 中国综合临床

Objective To study the effects of ginsenoside on expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase and concentration of NO in THP-1 induced by amyloid beta(Aβ) in Alzheimer's disease. Methods The concentra- tion of nitric oxide was determined by Griess Reagent in supernatant of THP-1. The content of iNOS was measured by western blotting. Results The expression of iNOS of model group was significantly higher than those of control group. Compared with model group, the ginseng could reduce expression of iNOS and concentration of NO significant- ly in THP-1. Conclusion Ginsenoside can significantly inhibit the expression of iNOS, and reduce secretions of NO, so it may provide a novel therapy for AD.
