RESUMO

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the intervention effect of evidence-based nursing (EBN) on vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) recovery of patients with high perianal abscess after vacuum sealing drainage based on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) sequence images. 60 patients with high perianal abscess were selected, and 30 patients before VSD were selected as the control group. Routine nursing was implemented in the control group, 30 patients after VSD were observed, and EBN was implemented in the observation group. The detection rates of various types of perianal abscess with different sequence combinations were studied, and the effects of EBN on pain and anal function scores of perianal abscess patients were analyzed. Anal function and defecation were assessed, and postoperative complications were calculated. Different combinations of MRI sequences can reach higher detection rates of intersphincter abscess and ischial anal abscess. The observation group had better pain relief and anal function recovery. The complication rate of the observation group was 16.67%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). It was confirmed that different MRI sequence combinations had higher detection rates for intersphincter abscess and ischial fossa abscess. EBN can promote the recovery of anal function and reduce complications in patients with perianal abscess.

RESUMO

An amidinato-phosphino ligand ArN[double bond, length as m-dash]C(R)NH(o-Ph2PC6H4) (Ar = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2, R = Ph (1); Ar = 2,6-iPr2C6H3, R = Ph (2); Ar = 2,6-iPr2C6H3, R = tBu (3)) was prepared. The ligand reacted with CrCl3(THF)3 to yield the N,P-chelation complex [ArNHC(R)[double bond, length as m-dash]N(o-Ph2PC6H4)]CrCl3(THF) (4-6), and the ligand's lithium salt ArN[double bond, length as m-dash]C(R)N(o-Ph2PC6H4)Li reacted with the respective CrCl3(THF)3 and CrCl2(THF)2 to give the N,N,P-chelation complexes [ArN[double bond, length as m-dash]C(R)N(o-Ph2PC6H4)]CrCl2(THF) (7-8) and {[ArN[double bond, length as m-dash]C(R)N(o-Ph2PC6H4)]Cr(µ-Cl)}2 (9-11). Complexes 1-11 were characterized by IR, NMR (for 1-3), EPR (for 4-11) spectroscopy and CHN elemental analysis, of which 3, 5, 8, and 11 were further studied by X-ray crystallography. Upon activation with an organoaluminum cocatalyst, complexes 4-6 were all catalytically active in ethylene tri-/tetramerization along with ethylene polymerization, and complexes 7-11 functioned as well but in ethylene polymerization. The correlation between the structure and the catalytic properties of the catalyst system is discussed.

RESUMO

A novel phase-step calibration technique is presented on the basis of a two-run-times-two-frame phase-shift method. First the symmetry factor M is defined to describe the distribution property of the distorted phase due to phase-shifter miscalibration; then the phase-step calibration technique, in which two sets of two interferograms with a straight fringe pattern are recorded and the phase step is obtained by calculating M of the wrapped phase map, is developed. With this technique, a good mirror is required, but no uniform illumination is needed and no complex mathematical operation is involved. This technique can be carried out in situ and is applicable to any phase shifter, whether linear or nonlinear.

RESUMO

The original scanner for tilting orthogonal double prisms is studied to test the tracking performance in intersatellite laser communications. With a reduction ratio of more than 100 times from the change rate of the angle of beam deviation to that of the tilting angle of each prism, the theoretical analysis performed, as well as the verification experiment, indicates that the scanner can meet the requirements of the scanning accuracy superior to 0.5 microrad with the scanning range greater than 500 microrad and can facilitate the mechanical structure design.
