RESUMO

Two-dimensional metal-organic framework (MOF) composites were produced by incorporating Fe-MOFs into reduced graphene oxide (rGO) nanosheets to form Fe-MOF/rGO composites by hydrothermal synthesis. SEM, TEM, XRD, XPS, and measurements of contact angles were used to characterize the composites. TEM studies revealed that the rod-like-shaped Fe-MOFs were extensively dispersed on the rGO sheets. Incorporating Fe-MOF into rGO significantly improves performance due to the large surface area, chemical stability, and high electrical conductivity. The response signals for the electrochemical sensing performance of Fe-MOF/rGO-modified electrodes to nitrofurazone (NFZ) were significantly enhanced. Differential pulse voltammetry was used to detect the NFZ, and the MOF/rGO sensor possesses a lower detection limit (0.77µM) with two dynamic ranges from 0.6-60 to 128-499.3 µM and high sensitivity (1.909 µA·mM-1·cm-2). Moreover, the anti-interference properties of the sensor were quite reproducible and stable. To understand the mechanism responsible for the enhanced sensing performance of the composite, grand canonical Monte Carlo calculations were performed for Fe-MOF/rGO composites with five unit cells of Fe-MOF and four layers of rGO. We attributed the improvement to the fact that the interface between the Fe-MOF and rGO absorbed increased NFZ molecules. The findings reported herein confirm that such Fe-MOF/rGO composites have significantly improved electrochemical performance and practical applicability of sensing nitrofurazone.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: This study is designed to systematically assess the psychological impact of high-quality nursing care (HQNC) on patients with esophageal cancer during perioperative period (ECPP). METHODS: Several electronic databases will be searched to collect randomized controlled trials (RCTs) or case-control studies (CCSs) on HQNC in the management of ECPP from inception to present: Cochrane Library, PUBMED, EMBASE, SinoMed, Web of Science, WANGFANG, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure. We will not apply any language limitation to all literature searches. Two authors will independently perform literature selection, data extraction and literature quality evaluation. All disagreements will be resolved by a third author through discussion. Cochrane risk of bias tool will be employed to assess trial quality, and RevMan 5.3 software will be utilized to carry out statistical analysis. RESULTS: This study will summarize the current evidence to appraise of the psychological impact of HQNC in the management of ECPP. CONCLUSION: The findings of this study may help to explicit whether HQNC is effective on psychological problem in ECPP. It will also provide scientific evidence for the clinical practice and future researches. STUDY REGISTRATION: INPLASY202080071.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: This study aims to assess the psychological effect of comprehensive nursing intervention (CNI) in elderly patients with perforated peptic ulcer (PPU). METHODS: This protocol will search all potential studies from inception to the present in electronic database sources (Cochrane Library, PUBMED, EMBASE, PsycINFO, WANGFANG, CBM, and CNKI), and other sources (such as clinical trial registry, and conference proceedings). We will not apply limitations to language and publication status. Two independent authors will scan literature, extract data, and appraise study quality. A third author will be invited to solve any disagreements between 2 authors. We will utilize RevMan 5.3 software for statistical analysis. If necessary, we will also carry out subgroup group, sensitivity analysis, and reporting bias. RESULTS: This protocol will summarize high quality evidence to evaluate the psychological effect of CNI in elderly patients with PPU. CONCLUSION: The results of this study may provide evidence to determine whether CNI is effective or not on psychological effect in elderly patients with PPU. STUDY REGISTRATION: INPLASY202080069.
