RESUMO
Objetivo: mapear as tecnologias em saúde para manejo no cuidado à pessoa com hanseníase na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Método: revisão de escopo baseada na metodologia do JBI, em seis bases de dados, seguindo a checklist Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews. Foram incluídos estudos publicados em qualquer idioma, com diferentes abordagens metodológicas. Resultados: os 14 estudos incluídos na revisão mostram que a aplicabilidade de tecnologias para o manejo do cuidado a pessoa com hanseníase na Atenção Primária à Saúde, possibilitam a confirmação de diagnóstico, acompanhamento, monitoramento e prevenção de incapacidades. Conclusão: nota-se que tecnologia em saúde se apresentam como ferramentas que auxiliam no processo de cuidado na assistência a pessoas com hanseníase, a fim de permitir aos profissionais de saúde conhecimento sobre a doença, proporcionando qualidade na sua prática de saúde.
Objective: to map health technologies for managing the care of people with leprosy in Primary Health Care. Method: scoping review based on the JBI methodology in six databases, following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews checklist. Studies published in any language were included, with different methodological approaches. Results: the 14 studies included in the review show that the applicability of technologies for the management of care for people with leprosy in Primary Health Care makes it possible to confirm diagnosis, follow-up, monitoring, and prevention of disabilities. Conclusion: it has been noted that health technologies are tools that help in the process of caring for people with leprosy, to provide health professionals with knowledge about the disease, improving quality of health practice.

Se han incluido estudios publicados en cualquier idioma, con diferentes enfoques metodológicos. Resultados: los 14 estudios incluidos en la revisión muestran que la aplicabilidad de tecnologías para el manejo del cuidado a la persona con lepra en la Atención Primaria a la Salud posibilita la confirmación de diagnóstico, seguimiento, monitoreo y prevención de incapacidades. Conclusión: se percibe que las tecnologías en salud se presentan como herramientas que ayudan en el proceso de cuidado en la asistencia a personas con lepra, con fines de permitir a los profesionales de salud el acceso al conocimiento sobre la enfermedad, proporcionando calidad en su práctica de salud.
RESUMO
BACKGROUND: Telehealth uses Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in distance health-related activities between professionals, managers, and patients of health services. This cross-sectional study compared the ICT infrastructure available in Brazilian Basic Health Units (BHU) for telehealth actions, along with evaluation cycles of the National Program for Improving Access and Quality of Primary Care (PMAQ-AB). METHODS: Data from the second and third cycles of the PMAQ-AB were used. A total of 22,021 BHUs were evaluated concerning the availability of computers, cameras, stereo boxes, microphones, printers, television, and internet available. The presence of each ICT equipment assigned a score to each BHU. The sum of these scores assigned a final score to the BHU and was used for comparison among different Brazilian regions. The data were analyzed descriptively and by Wilcoxon test (p ≤ 0.05) using SPSS v. 25. RESULTS: The increase in the median number of ICT equipment was statistically significant in the BHU in Brazil and the Brazilian regions (p < 0.001). The South, Southeast, and Midwest regions had the highest median scores in both cycles. CONCLUSIONS: The availability of ICT equipment for telehealth actions in BHU improved over the PMAQ-AB cycles, with differences in the ICT structure between Brazilian regions.

Introduction: Using digital health in primary health care (PHC) contributes to reducing costs and travel time, achieving global development goals, improving access, quality and longitudinality of care, and managing health crises. Its evaluation must go beyond the technical-operational aspects to include patient satisfaction, a key element in assessing the quality of care. Objective: To identify and map patient satisfaction (expectations, desires, cultural values) about the adoption of digital health strategies and assess their impact on the quality of care in PHC. Methods: The review will follow the recommendations proposed by the Joanna's Briggs Institute (JBI) manual, the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR) and the methodology proposed by Arksey and O'Malley and Levac et al. and will be conducted in nine stages. The search will be conducted in health studies databases (MEDLINE via PubMed, EMBASE, CINAHL, Web of Science, and BVS), gray literature, and preprint repositories (Google Scholar and MedRxiv). Two reviewers will select the studies, and the third will analyze possible conflicts. The inclusion criteria comprise studies that have been made available in their entirety, whether they are primary studies or short communications, as well as the following materials extracted from the gray literature: preprints, manuals, government documents, books, guidelines, theses and dissertations. Exclusion criteria include literature reviews, abstracts, books, conference archives, letters to the editor, duplicates and opinion articles. Data will be analyzed by content analysis and inferential statistics. This protocol is registered on the Open Science Framework (OSF) under DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/PUJDB. Results: The study aims to understand aspects related to the expectations, desires, and cultural values of patients from different countries, as well as the strengths and critical nodes of the use of digital health on the quality of care in PHC.

In this study, we aimed to identify how Information Technology professionals make sense of digital transformation, in order to compare this perception with the scientific literature on the topic. To conduct the research, we adopted the Social Representation Theory. Thus, via an online tool, we applied the words evocation technique as well as an ancillary questionnaire comprising open and closed questions. The expressions collected were then semantically treated and categorized, being then analyzed vis-à-vis their frequency of evocation, relevance, connectedness, and cooccurrence. Then, we performed similarity and content analyses for the open answers received. In doing so, we detected dissonance between scientific production on the concept of digital transformation and the perception of Information Technology professionals on this construct, concluding that such professionals have a technocentric view of digital transformation, based mainly on its technological aspects, which can prevent digital transformation initiatives from fully achieving the desired objectives.

Resumen Objetivo: determinar la relación de los factores socioeconómicos, los inherentes al paciente, los servicios de salud, los tratamientos y el uso de tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) con la adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes con hipertensión arterial que asisten a una institución de salud en Duitama, Boyacá. Metodología: Se desarrolló un estudio cuantitativo, correlacional descriptivo de corte transversal; en el cual se buscó establecer relaciones entre los factores asociados a la adherencia al tratamiento y la adherencia al tratamiento; en un universo de pacientes con la hipertensión arterial que asisten a una institución de salud en Duitama, Boyacá de enero a agosto de 2021, a partir del cual, teniendo en cuenta los criterios de inclusión, se seleccionaron 200 participantes por muestreo aleatorio sistemático. Resultados: Se encontró alto grado de correlación entre los factores socioeconómicos y el nivel de usabilidad de TIC, con la adherencia al tratamiento y correlación significativa entre los factores relacionados con el proveedor, relacionados con la terapia y con el paciente, con la adherencia al tratamiento en el grupo de participantes, siendo relevante la vinculación entre los conceptos de adherencia al tratamiento y autocuidado. Conclusión: los factores que logran explicar el comportamiento de adherencia del grupo de estudio son los factores socioeconómicos, factores relacionados con la terapia, factores relacionados con el paciente y el nivel de usabilidad de tecnologías de la información y la comunicación.
Abstract Objective: To determine the relationship of socioeconomic factors, those inherent to the patient, services during health, treatments and the use of ICT, with adherence to treatment in patients with arterial hypertension who attend a health institution in Duitama, Boyacá. Methodology: A quantitative, descriptive correlational cross-sectional study was developed; in which it was sought to establish relationships between the factors associated with adherence to treatment and adherence to treatment; in a universe of patients with hypertension who attend a health institution in Duitama, Boyacá during January to August 2021, from which and taking into account the inclusion criteria, 200 participants were selected by systematic random sampling. Results: A high degree of correlation was found between socioeconomic factors and the level of ICT usability, with adherence to treatment, and a significant correlation between provider-related, therapy-related, and patient-related factors, with adherence to treatment. Treatment in the group of participants, the link between the concepts of adherence to treatment and self-care being relevant. Conclusion: The factors that manage to explain the behavior of adherence of the study group are socioeconomic factors, factors related to therapy, factors related to the patient and the level of usability of Technology of the information and communication.
Resumo Objectivo: Determinar a relação de fatores socioeconômicos, inerentes ao paciente, serviços durante a saúde, tratamentos e uso de TIC, com a adesão ao tratamento em pacientes com hipertensão arterial que frequentam uma instituição de saúde em Duitama. Materiais e métodos: Foi desenvolvido um estudo quantitativo e descritivo correlacional de corte transversal, no qual se buscaram relações entre os fatores associados à adesão ao tratamento e a adesão ao tratamento, em um universo de pacientes hipertensos atendidos em uma unidade de saúde em Duitama, Boyacá, durante janeiro a agosto de 2021, dos quais e levando em conta os critérios de inclusão, foram selecionados 200 participantes por amostragem aleatória sistemática. Resultados: Foi encontrado um alto grau de correlação entre os fatores socioeconômicos e o nível de usabilidade das TICs com a adesão ao tratamento, e uma correlação significativa entre os fatores relacionados ao provedor, à terapia e ao paciente com a adesão ao tratamento. No grupo de participantes, a ligação entre as noções de adesão ao tratamento e autogestão é relevante. Conclusão: Os fatores que explicam o comportamento de adesão do grupo de estudo são fatores socioeconômicos, fatores relacionados à terapia, fatores relacionados ao paciente e o nível de usabilidade da tecnologia da informação e comunicação.
RESUMO
Background: Diabetes education is an integral part of the treatment for the metabolic control of patients with diabetes. The use of the Internet as a tool for diabetes education, as well as its acceptance, is still under study. Aim: To assess the usability of the educational website "I understand my diabetes" designed for patients with type 2 diabetes attending primary care clinics. Material and method: A cross-sectional study was done in 110 patients with type 2 diabetes from two family medicine clinics, each of whom was assigned a user account on the educational website "Entiendo mi diabetes." The web site assigned a user name and password to each patient. They were able to access the educational website at home. After a 15-day review period, participants were asked to evaluate usability using the Computer System Usability Questionnaire. Additionally, we developed an eight-item questionnaire usability focusing on diabetes care. Sociodemographic data, blood pressure, and anthropometric measurements were recorded. Glucose levels and lipid profiles were also measured. Results: The patients with diabetes had a mean age of 52.7 years and a median of 5 years since they were diagnosed with diabetes. The website received a good usability rating from 89.1% of participants, with favorable assessments in all three dimensions: 87.3% for information, 85.5% for quality, and 88.2% for interface. Regarding usability specifically for diabetes care, 98.2% rated it as having good usability. Conclusion: The website for education about the disease in patients "I understand my diabetes" had an adequate usability evaluation by patients, so they also considered it very useful for diabetes care. The diabetes care instrument had adequate usability and reliability.

Objetivo: Promover a reflexão sobre os efeitos da transformação digital na enfermagem perioperatória. Métodos: Estudo reflexivo baseado em dados da literatura associado a prática do autor na enfermagem perioperatória e no projeto de automação. Resultados: evidenciou-se um misto de competências para enfermagem perioperatória, como atividades relacionadas a busca pelo hospital digital, uso da inteligência artificial e robótica. Conclusão: a reflexão deste tema incentiva o enfermeiro na busca de pesquisa, desenvolvimento digital e novos conhecimentos na área digital associados à sua prática clínica. (AU)
Objective: To promote reflection on the effects of digital transformation in perioperative nursing. Methods: Reflective study based on literature data associated with the author's practice in perioperative nursing and automation project. Results: a mix of skills for perioperative nursing was evidenced, such as activities related to the search for the digital hospital, use of artificial intelligence and robotics. Conclusion: the reflection on this theme encourages nurses to search for research, digital development and new knowledge in the digital area associated with their clinical practice. (AU)

INTRODUCTION: Cleft lip and/or palate (CL+/-P) is a congenital malformation affecting the lip and palate, requiring long-term treatment due to potential associated complications. For this reason, it is important for the patient to be continuously monitored and followed for health promotion and prevention, as well as improving the quality of life. The aim of this scoping review protocol is to identify and map the available evidence regarding the application of digital resources and technologies in the monitoring and follow-up of patients with CL+/-P. METHODS AND ANALYSIS: This scoping review protocol follows the guidelines recommended by the Joanna Briggs Institute Manual, employing the PCC acronym (Patient/Concept/Context). Searches will be conducted, in May 2024, of PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature, ScienceDirect, as well as grey literature indexed in ProQuest Open Access Dissertations & Theses and Google Scholar. The review will consider all types of published studies, including grey literature, in English, Portuguese and Spanish languages, and will consider studies regardless of publication date. Exclusions will apply to studies that do not address the use of digital resources and technologies in CL+/-P monitoring and follow-up. ETHICS AND DISSEMINATION: As this is a scoping review, no ethics committee approval is required. After completion, the plan is to publish results in scientific journals on craniofacial malformations. INTRODUCTION: Severe mental disorders can cause significant and lasting distress for patients and their families and generate high costs through the need for care and loss of productivity. This study tests DIALOG+, an app-based intervention to make routine patient-clinician meetings therapeutically effective. It combines a structured evaluation of patient satisfaction with a solution-focused approach. METHODS: We conducted a qualitative study, based on a controlled clinical trial, in which 9 psychiatrists and 18 patients used DIALOG+ monthly over a six-month period. Semi-structured interviews were used to explore the experiences of participants and analysed in an inductive thematic analysis focusing on the feasibility and effects of the intervention in the Colombian context. RESULTS: Experiences were grouped into five overall themes: a) impact of the intervention on the consultation and the doctor-patient relationship; b) impact on patients and in promoting change; c) use of the supporting app, and d) adaptability of the intervention to the Colombian healthcare system. CONCLUSIONS: DIALOG+ was positively valued by most of the participants. Participants felt that it was beneficial to the routine consultation, improved communication and empowered patients to take a leading role in their care. More work is required to identify the patient groups that most benefit from DIALOG+, and to adjust it, particularly to fit brief consultation times, so that it can be rolled out successfully in the Colombian healthcare system.

Se realizó una investigación relacionada con la innovación tecnológica, en la Facultad de Enfermería-Tecnología de la Salud de Santiago de Cuba, durante el curso escolar 2019-2020, con el objetivo de diseñar un software educativo para la asignatura Estratificación de Riesgos Medioambientales, dirigido a los estudiantes de técnico medio en Vigilancia y Lucha Antivectorial. Se utilizaron los métodos teóricos: análisis-síntesis, histórico-lógico, modelación, sistémico-estructural e inductivo-deductivo; y empíricos: observación y análisis documental. La muestra fue de 44 estudiantes y 6 profesores escogidos al azar. Se concluye que el software propuesto es factible, pertinente y necesario como medio de enseñanza; proporciona información actualizada, su navegación es fácil y amena, y permite la autoevaluación de los estudiantes al interactuar con él mismo, lo que contribuye a mejorar el trabajo independiente.
An investigation related to the technological innovation was carried out in the Health Nursing-Technology Faculty from Santiago de Cuba, during the school course 2019-2020, aimed at designing an educational software for the subject Stratification of Environmental Risks, directed to medium technician students in Surveillance and Vector Control. The theoretical methods used were: analysis-synthesis, historical-logical, modelation, systemic-structural and inductive-deductive; and the empiric methods were: observation and documental analysis. The sample had 44 students and 6 professors chosen at random. It was concluded that the proposed software is feasible, pertinent and necessary as teaching aid; provides up-to-date information, it is easy and interesting to surf internet, and allows the self-appraisal of students in the interaction with themselves, what contributes to improve the independent work.

RESUMEN Introducción: Las enfermedades mentales graves producen un impacto significativo en términos de sufrimiento de los pacientes y sus familias, costos de atención y arios de vida perdidos por discapacidad. Este estudio pone a prueba la herramienta DIALOG+, una intervención basada en una App que combina una evaluación estructurada referente a 11 dominios, con un abordaje centrado en soluciones. Métodos: Estudio cualitativo anidado en un ensayo clínico controlado en el que 9 psiquiatras y una muestra intencional de 18 pacientes que utilizaron la aplicación DIALOG+ en controles mensuales durante 6 meses realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas sobre su experiencia. Resultados: El análisis se enfocó en determinar la aceptabilidad, la viabilidad y la efectividad de la intervención en el contexto colombiano mediante el método de análisis temático inductivo propuesto por Braun y Clarke. Los resultados fueron: a) impactos en la consulta y la relación médico-paciente; b) impactos en los pacientes y promoción del cambio; c) uso de la aplicación, y d) adaptabilidad al sistema de salud. Conclusiones: El instrumento DIALOG+ fue valorado positivamente por la mayoría de los participantes, dado que aporta al seguimiento de los pacientes con enfermedad mental grave porque incluye un componente psicoterapéutico en las consultas habituales y mejora la comunicación y el paciente se apropia de su proceso. Sin embargo, es pertinente delimitar la población que podría percibir los mayores beneficios y ajustar su esquema, sobre todo en relación con el tiempo de consulta, para que resulte exitosa su adaptación al sistema de salud colombiano.

Objetivo. Determinar la frecuencia de uso de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TIC) en docentes de odontología de una universidad pública. Métodos. Este estudio fue de tipo cuantitativo, observacional, descriptivo y de corte transversal. La muestra fue conformada por 67 docentes en labor de la Facultad de Odontología de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, quienes fueron seleccionados mediante el muestreo aleatorio estratificado. Dichos maestros respondieron a un formulario virtual tipo encuesta con una escala de Likert, cuyo contenido fue el cuestionario validado Uso de TIC. Resultados. Se obtuvo que el uso de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación fue en su mayoría alto con un 74.63%, y solo se presentó un caso de bajo uso de dicha variable en el sexo masculino y a la vez perteneciente al grupo docente que tenía de 31 a 40 años de experiencia. Conclusiones. Los catedráticos de odontología tienen una frecuencia de uso favorable de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación en su práctica docente.
Objective. Determine the frequency of use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in dentistry teachers at a public university. Methods. This study was quantitative, observational, descriptive and cross-sectional. The sample was made up of 67 current teachers from the Faculty of Dentistry of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, who were selected through stratified random sampling. These teachers responded to a virtual survey-type form with a Likert scale, whose content was the validated Use of ICT questionnaire. Results. It was obtained that the use of Information and Communication Technologies was mostly high with 74.63%, and only one case of low use of said variable was presented in the male sex and at the same time belonging to the teaching group that was from 31 to 40 years of experience. Conclusions. Dentistry professors have a frequency of favorable use of Information and Communication Technologies in their teaching practice.

Introducción. La usabilidad en un sistema de teleconsulta afecta directamente la eficiencia y efectividad de la atención médica remota. Objetivo. Evaluar la usabilidad de la teleconsulta durante la pandemia por COVID-19. Población y método. Estudio de corte transversal. Incluimos a los cuidadores de niños/as de 1 mes a 12 años. Evaluamos la usabilidad mediante el Telehealth Usability Questionnaire adaptado en español. Además, evaluamos datos socioeconómicos. Resultados. Tasa de respuesta del 70,2 % (n = 221). La mayoría eran mujeres, edad promedio 33 años, con educación secundaria y cobertura de salud pública. El 87,8 % eligió atención telefónica y el 88,2 % tenía su primera teleconsulta. Alta satisfacción general con puntuaciones menores en facilidad de uso y aprendizaje en videollamadas. Conclusión. La teleconsulta mostró alta usabilidad, independientemente de la modalidad, para cuidadores de niños/as de 1 mes a 12 años.
Introduction. Usability in a telemedicine system directly affects the efficiency and effectiveness of remote health care. Objective. To assess the usability of teleconsultations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Population and method. This was a cross-sectional study. The caregivers of children aged 1 month to 12 years were included. Usability was assessed with the Telehealth Usability Questionnaire, adapted to Spanish. Socioeconomic data were also assessed. Results. The response rate was 70.2% (n = 221). Most responders were women whose average age was 33 years, had completed secondary education and had public health insurance. Of them, 87.8% selected telephone health care and 88.2% had their first teleconsultation. The overall satisfaction was high, with lower scores for ease of use and learning how to use video calls. Conclusion. Regardless of modality, the usability of teleconsultations by caregivers of children aged 1 month to 12 years was adequate.

Usability was assessed with the Telehealth Usability Questionnaire, adapted to Spanish. Socioeconomic data were also assessed. Results. The response rate was 70.2% (n = 221). Most responders were women whose average age was 33 years, had completed secondary education and had public health insurance. Of them, 87.8% selected telephone health care and 88.2% had their first teleconsultation. The overall satisfaction was high, with lower scores for ease of use and learning how to use video calls. Conclusion. Regardless of modality, the usability of teleconsultations by caregivers of children aged 1 month to 12 years was adequate.
Introducción. La usabilidad en un sistema de teleconsulta afecta directamente la eficiencia y efectividad de la atención médica remota. Objetivo. Evaluar la usabilidad de la teleconsulta durante la pandemia por COVID-19. Población y método. Estudio de corte transversal. Incluimos a los cuidadores de niños/as de 1 mes a 12 años. Evaluamos la usabilidad mediante el Telehealth Usability Questionnaire adaptado en español. Además, evaluamos datos socioeconómicos. Resultados. Tasa de respuesta del 70,2 % (n = 221). La mayoría eran mujeres, edad promedio 33 años, con educación secundaria y cobertura de salud pública. El 87,8 % eligió atención telefónica y el 88,2 % tenía su primera teleconsulta. Alta satisfacción general con puntuaciones menores en facilidad de uso y aprendizaje en videollamadas. Conclusión. La teleconsulta mostró alta usabilidad, independientemente de la modalidad, para cuidadores de niños/as de 1 mes a 12 años.

Objective: to evaluate the usability of the ROBOVID mobile application for health education about COVID-19. Method: methodological study with an applied quantitative approach, developed with 21 adults, using an electronic form. Usability was assessed using the System Usability Scale. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences software was used to analyze the data. Results: the overall average score on the System Usability Scale questionnaire was 87.3, which classifies the usability of the ROBOVID application as the best achievable. Furthermore, the application has high scores for ease of memorization, user satisfaction and ease of getting to know the system, as well as excellent scores for absence of errors and speed in carrying out the tasks set. Conclusion: the ROBOVID application complies with the principles of usability in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and satisfaction in the evaluation of end users, showing that the application meets consumer needs in terms of its functionalities, demonstrating its viability in terms of the initial objectives.
Objetivo: evaluar la usabilidad de la aplicación móvil ROBOVID para educación en salud acerca de la COVID-19. Método: estudio metodológico con enfoque cuantitativo aplicado, desarrollado con 21 adultos, mediante formulario electrónico. La evaluación de la usabilidad se llevó a cabo mediante la System Usability Scale. Para el análisis de los datos se utilizó el software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences . Resultados: la media global por el cuestionario System Usability Scale fue de 87,3, lo que clasifica la usabilidad de la aplicación ROBOVID como mejor alcanzable. Además, la aplicación presenta índices elevados para facilidad de memorización, satisfacción del usuario y facilidad de conocimiento del sistema, además de excelentes índices para ausencia de errores y rapidez en la ejecución de las tareas establecidas. Conclusión: la aplicación ROBOVID posee conformidad con los principios de usabilidad en los criterios de eficiencia, eficacia y satisfacción en la evaluación de los usuarios finales, explicando que la aplicación satisface las necesidades de consumo frente a sus funcionalidades, demostrando su viabilidad en cuanto a los objetivos iniciales.

Método: estudo metodológico com abordagem quantitativa aplicado, desenvolvido com 21 adultos, por meio de formulário eletrônico. A avaliação da usabilidade ocorreu por meio da System Usability Scale . Para análise dos dados utilizou-se o software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences . Resultados: a média global pelo questionário System Usability Scale foi de 87,3, o que classifica a usabilidade do aplicativo ROBOVID como melhor alcançável. Ademais, o aplicativo apresenta índices elevados para facilidade de memorização, satisfação do usuário e facilidade de conhecimento do sistema, além de excelentes índices para ausência de erros e rapidez na execução das tarefas estabelecidas. Conclusão: o aplicativo ROBOVID possui conformidade com os princípios de usabilidade nos critérios de eficiência, eficácia e satisfação na avaliação dos usuários-finais, explicitando que o aplicativo atende às necessidades de consumo frente a suas funcionalidades, demostrando sua viabilidade no que tange aos objetivos iniciais.

Resumo O presente estudo visou analisar a percepção da utilização da teleinterconsulta por médicos do Sistema Único de Saúde em Campo Grande-MS, como ferramenta auxiliar para o atendimento de pacientes do SUS, abordando efetividade, satisfação e acesso a resultados, direcionados a médicos de diferentes especialidades. De uma população total de 127 profissionais, 100 participaram voluntariamente da pesquisa. Os resultados demonstraram que a teleinterconsulta foi percebida como vantajosa, destacando-se o intercâmbio de saberes (44,1%) e a redução do tempo de espera (42,5%). Desvantagens incluíram baixo investimento na estrutura operacional (25,2%) e dificuldades técnicas de comunicação (23,6%). A teleinterconsulta mostrou-se inovadora, proporcionando intensa troca de conhecimentos e redução do tempo de espera. Embora apresente desafios técnicos, a maioria dos médicos a percebeu como efetiva e segura.
Abstract This study aimed to analyze the perception of the use of teleconsultation by physicians of the Unified Health System in Campo Grande-MS, as an auxiliary tool for the care of SUS patients, addressing effectiveness, satisfaction and access to results, directed to physicians of different specialties. Of a total population of 127 professionals, 100 voluntarily participated in the survey. The results demonstrated that teleconsultation was perceived as advantageous, highlighting the exchange of knowledge (44.1%) and the reduction of waiting time (42.5%). Disadvantages included low investment in the operational structure (25.2%) and technical difficulties of communication (23.6%). Teleconsultation proved to be innovative, providing intense exchange of knowledge and reducing waiting time. Although it presents technical challenges, most physicians perceived it as effective and safe.
Resumen El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar la percepción sobre el uso de la teleconsulta por parte de los médicos del Sistema Único de Salud de Campo Grande-MS, como herramienta auxiliar para la atención a los pacientes del SUS, abordando la efectividad, la satisfacción y el acceso a los resultados, dirigido a médicos de diferentes especialidades. De una población total de 127 profesionales, 100 participaron voluntariamente en la investigación. Los resultados demostraron que la teleconsulta fue percibida como ventajosa, destacándose el intercambio de conocimientos (44,1%) y la reducción del tiempo de espera (42,5%). Las desventajas incluyeron baja inversión en la estructura operativa (25,2%) y dificultades de comunicación técnica (23,6%). La teleconsulta demostró ser innovadora, proporcionando un intenso intercambio de conocimientos y reduciendo los tiempos de espera. Aunque presenta desafíos técnicos, la mayoría de los médicos lo percibieron como eficaz y seguro.

Resumo A pesquisa buscou avaliar a efetividade do ensino híbrido nos Programas de Residência Médica em Medicina de Família e Comunidade e Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde da Família da SESAU/Fiocruz. Foi realizado um estudo transversal e observacional, de abordagem mista, utilizando-se o Constructivist On-line Learning Environment Survey (COLLES) com os residentes matriculados, do primeiro e segundo ano, que realizaram atividades em um modelo de ensino híbrido proposto pelos Programas. Participaram da pesquisa 88 residentes, que revelaram alta concordância sobre a relevância dos Programas para suas práticas profissionais, apontando desafios importantes sobre o processo. A implementação do ensino híbrido destacou-se como estratégia inovadora e eficaz nos Programas de Residência, evidenciando uma conexão positiva entre teoria e prática. Apesar dos desafios na interatividade, os resultados sugerem a necessidade de estratégias para uma maior colaboração entre os residentes, otimizando a experiência de aprendizado. A utilização do ensino híbrido pode ser uma ferramenta promissora em Programas de Residência, contribuindo significativamente para o desenvolvimento da formação profissional.
Abstract The research aimed to assess the effectiveness of blended learning in the Medical Residency Programs in Family and Community Medicine and Multiprofessional Residency in Family Health at the SESAU/Fiocruz. A cross-sectional observational study was conducted, utilizing a mixed-methods approach with the Constructivist Online Learning Environment Survey (COLLES) among enrolled residents in the first and second years. The study included 88 residents who showed a high level of agreement regarding the relevance of the programs to their professional practices, highlighting significant challenges in the process. Implementing blended learning emerged as an innovative and effective strategy in Residency Programs, evidencing a positive connection between theory and practice. Despite challenges in interactivity, the results suggest the need for strategies to enhance collaboration among residents, streamlining the learning experience. The use of blended learning is a promising tool in Residency Programs, contributing significantly to professional development.
Resumen La investigación buscó evaluar la efectividad de la enseñanza híbrida en los Programas de Residencia de Medicina Familiar y Comunitaria y Salud Familiar Multiprofesional del SESAU/Fiocruz. Se realizó un estudio transversal, observacional, de métodos mixtos, utilizando la Encuesta Constructivista de Entornos de Aprendizaje en Línea (COLLES, en inglés) con residentes inscritos en primer y segundo año que realizaron actividades en un modelo de enseñanza híbrida propuesto por los programas. Participaron en la investigación 88 residentes, quienes mostraron altos niveles de concordancia sobre la relevancia de los Programas para sus prácticas profesionales, señalando desafíos importantes sobre el proceso. La implementación de la docencia híbrida se destacó como una estrategia innovadora y eficaz en los Programas de Residencia, mostrando una conexión positiva entre teoría y práctica. A pesar de los desafíos en la interactividad, los resultados sugieren la necesidad de estrategias para una mayor colaboración entre los residentes, optimizando la experiencia de aprendizaje. El uso de la enseñanza híbrida puede ser una herramienta prometedora en los Programas de Residencia, contribuyendo significativamente al desarrollo de la formación profesional.
RESUMO
ABSTRACT Objectives: to describe the development of a Health Information and Communication Technology for the health care of long-haul truck drivers and their families. Methods: this is a description of the development of an Information and Communication Technology, developed from March to September 2023, following the systematization of the experience in five steps: 1) starting point, 2) initial questions, 3) recovery of the lived process, 4) background reflection, and 5) arrival points. Results: the technology called "Work-Family Balance," electronically available, presents resources for the health care of long-haul truck drivers. It is anchored in studies on the health of long-haul truck drivers, notes from the International Labor Organization, the Strategic Action Plan for Confronting Chronic Diseases and Non-Communicable Diseases in Brazil, 2021-2030, and the Declaration by the International Association of Family Nursing. Final Considerations: the theoretical improvement of nursing can potentially improve the health care of long-haul truck drivers, prevent Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases, and promote work-life balance to achieve the goals of Agenda 2030.
RESUMEN Objetivos: describir el desarrollo de una Tecnología de Información y Comunicación en Salud para el cuidado de la salud de los conductores de camiones de larga distancia y de sus famílias. Métodos: se trata de una descripción del desarrollo de una Tecnología de Información y Comunicación, realizada en el período de mayo a septiembre de 2023, siguiendo la Sistematización de la Experiencia en cinco etapas: 1) punto de partida, 2) preguntas iniciales, 3) recuperación del proceso vivido, 4) reflexión de fondo y 5) puntos de llegada. Resultados: la tecnología denominada "Equilibrio Trabajo-Familia," disponible electrónicamente, presenta recursos para la atención a la salud de los conductores de camiones de larga distancia, anclada en estudios sobre la salud de estos conductores; Notas de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo; el Plan de Acciones Estratégicas para el Enfrentamiento de las Enfermedades Crónicas y Agravios No Transmisibles en Brasil, 2021-2030, y la declaración de la Asociación Internacional de Enfermería de Familias. Consideraciones Finales: el mejoramiento teórico de la enfermería tiene el potencial de mejorar la atención a la salud de los conductores de camiones de larga distancia, prevenir Enfermedades Crónicas No Transmisibles y promover el equilibrio trabajo-vida para alcanzar las metas de la Agenda 2030.

Métodos: trata-se de uma descrição do desenvolvimento de uma Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação, realizada no período de maio a setembro de 2023, seguindo a Sistematização da Experiência, em cinco etapas 1) ponto de partida, 2) perguntas iniciais, 3) recuperação do processo vivido, 4) reflexão de fundo e 5) pontos de chegada Resultados: a Tecnologia denominada Equilíbrio trabalho-família, disponibilizada eletronicamente, apresenta recursos para o a atenção à saúde de motoristas de caminhão de longa distância, ancorada em estudos sobre a saúde dos motoristas de caminhão de longa distância; Notas Organização Internacional do Trabalho; Plano de Ações Estratégicas para o Enfrentamento das Doenças Crônicas e Agravos Não Transmissíveis no Brasil, 2021-2030, e declaração da Associação Internacional de Enfermagem de famílias. Considerações Finais: o aprimoramento teórico da enfermagem tem potencial para melhorar a atenção à saúde dos motoristas de caminhão de longa distância, prevenir Doenças Crônicas Não Transmissíveis e promover o equilíbrio trabalho-vida para o alcance das metas da Agenda 2030.
RESUMO
Objective to develop and validate the content and technical aspects of a web software program for promoting mental health in the workplace. Method: applied methodological study and technological development, carried out in three stages: 1) Umbrella review development; 2) Web software development; 3) Content and technical validation carried out by 14 judges. The data was submitted to descriptive statistical analysis and calculation of the content validity index. Results: based on the guidelines' recommendations, information was defined and extracted in order to develop the web software consisting of the following dimensions: mental health education, support among coworkers, promotion strategies and mental health self-assessment. For the technical development, the objectives, general functions and technological infrastructure were defined. After development and functional testing, the version was made available for content and technical validation by judges. The overall content validity index was 0.98 and for the technical aspects it was 0.97. Conclusion: the agreement between the judges in relation to the content and technical aspects, as well as the suggestions incorporated, demonstrated the potential for using web software to promote mental health in the workplace.
Objetivo desarrollar y validar el contenido y los aspectos técnicos de un software web para promover la salud mental en el lugar de trabajo. Método: estudio metodológico aplicado y de desarrollo tecnológico, realizado en tres etapas: 1) Desarrollo de la umbrella review ; 2) Desarrollo del software web ; 3) Validación de contenido y técnica realizada por 14 jueces. Los datos fueron sometidos a análisis estadístico descriptivo y cálculo del índice de validez de contenido. Resultados: a partir de las recomendaciones de las directrices, se definió y extrajo información para desarrollar el software web que consta de las siguientes dimensiones: educación en salud mental, apoyo entre compañeros de trabajo, estrategias de promoción y autoevaluación de la salud mental. Para el desarrollo técnico se definieron los objetivos, las funciones generales y la infraestructura tecnológica. Después del desarrollo y las pruebas funcionales, la versión estaba lista para que los jueces realizaran la validación técnica y de contenido. El índice de validez de contenido global fue de 0,98 y para los aspectos técnicos fue de 0,97. Conclusión: la concordancia entre los jueces sobre el contenido y los aspectos técnicos, al igual que las sugerencias incorporadas, demostraron el potencial del uso del software web para promover la salud mental en el lugar de trabajo.

Método: estudo metodológico aplicado e de desenvolvimento tecnológico, realizado em três etapas: 1) Desenvolvimento de umbrella review ; 2) Desenvolvimento de web software ; 3) Validação do conteúdo e técnica realizada por 14 juízes. Os dados foram submetidos à análise estatística descritiva e cálculo do índice de validade de conteúdo. Resultados: a partir das recomendações de diretrizes, foram definidas e extraídas as informações para elaborar o web software constituído nas seguintes dimensões: educação em saúde mental, apoio entre os colegas de trabalho, estratégias de promoção e autoavaliação da saúde mental. Para o desenvolvimento técnico, definiram-se os objetivos, as funções gerais e a infraestrutura tecnológica . Fundamento: los sistemas educativos enfrentan el desafío de utilizar las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones para proveer a sus estudiantes de las herramientas y conocimientos necesarios impuestos en el siglo XXI. Objetivo: diseñar la estructura temática del libro electrónico para la asignatura Informática Básica en las ciencias médicas. Métodos: se realizó una investigación de desarrollo con enfoque cualitativo en la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas "Calixto García" en el curso 2022. Se utilizaron métodos de nivel teórico: histórico-lógico, sistémico estructural, modelación e inductivo- deductivo. En el nivel empírico: entrevista y cuestionario para verificar los nexos y relaciones que se ofrecen en los referentes teóricos relacionados con las características que debe poseer un libro de texto como medio de enseñanza en el proceso docente educativo. Resultados: se elaboró el libro electrónico de Informática Básica donde su tuvieron en cuenta los objetivos y desarrollo de habilidades declarados en el programa de la asignatura; contiene cinco temas; está estructurado en portada, índice y capítulos; tiene ejercicios propuestos y ejercicios resueltos, diagramas, animaciones e imágenes, vínculos donde se puede extraer información adicional y precisa, y múltiples documentos bibliográficos. Conclusiones: el libro electrónico para la asignatura Informática Básica fortalece el desarrollo del proceso docente educativo y sirve de base para la formación de habilidades una vez graduado el estudiante. Fue valorado como adecuado acorde a los objetivos del curso, por los expertos consultados.
Background: educational systems face the challenge of using information and communications technologies to provide their students with the necessary tools and knowledge imposed in the 21st century. Objective: design the thematic structure of the electronic book for the subject Basic Computing in medical sciences. Methods: a development research with a qualitative approach was carried out at the "Calixto García" Faculty of Medical Sciences in the 2022 academic year. Theoretical level methods were used: historical-logical, structural systemic, modeling and inductive-deductive. At the empirical level: interview and questionnaire to verify the links and relationships offered in the theoretical references related to the characteristics that a textbook should have as a teaching aid for the teaching-learning process. Results: the Basic Computing electronic book was prepared where the objectives and development of skills declared in the subject program were taken into account; it contains five topics; It is structured into a cover, index and chapters; It has proposed exercises and solved exercises, diagrams, animations and images, links where additional and precise information can be extracted, and multiple bibliographic documents. Conclusions: the electronic book for the Basic Computing subject strengthens the development of the educational teaching process and serves as a basis for the formation of skills once the student graduates. It was assessed as adequate according to the objectives of the course, by the experts consulted.
