Las prácticas comunitarias de justicia local en la sierra de la Macarena: el pluralismo jurídico de cara a la reconstrucción del país en el post conflicto colombiano / Community practices of the local justice in “la sierra de la macarena: ”the juridical pluralism with an eye to the country reconstruction in the colombian post conflict

Este artículo presenta una caracterización de las instancias comunitarias de resolución deconflictos que desde hace más de una década son las encargadas de tramitar conflictos en la región de la Sierra de La Macarena, Colombia. El texto propone que la Justicia Local de esta región integra una serie de condiciones sociales que no solo podrán apoyar la transición sociopolítica de la región, en caso de llegarse a un acuerdo entre el estado colombiano y la insurgencia, sino que además vale la pena su sostenimiento en el tiempo por la apuesta de paz que representan. Para tal efecto, el artículo presenta un balance analítico del trabajoadelantado por Comités de Conciliación a partir de su caracterización y ofrece elementos claves para comprender la lógica y naturaleza de la justicia comunitaria de La Macarena.

This article presents a characterization of the community agencies in the resolution of conflicts, which over one decade are in charge of dealing with conflicts in the region of theSierra de La Macarena, Colombia. The text proposes that the local Justice in this region integrates a series of social conditions that not only be able to support the socio-political transition of the region, in case of reaching an agreement between the Colombian State and the insurgency, but it is also worth supporting it in time for the bet of peace that they represent. For this purpose, the article introduces an analytical balance of the work carriedout by the Conciliation Committees from its characterization and it provides key elements to understand the logic and nature of the community justice in La Macarena.

Do dever ao devir: subjetividade, trabalho e saúde no serviço militar obrigatório / Duty to becoming: subjectivity, work and health in compulsory military service

Esta dissertação analisa a tríade saúde, trabalho e subjetividade engendrada no contexto do serviço militar obrigatório tendo como dispositivos de análise um projeto social desenvolvido em uma Base Aérea do Rio de Janeiro, bem como entrevistas com soldados a fim de apreender a experiência do serviço militar e os sentidos de "ser um soldado". Neste percurso investigou-se, primeiramente, as origens históricas do militarismo, desde o arquétipo do guerreiro até surgimento dos exércitos permanentes. Analisou-se a profissão militar a partir de seus pilares, a hierarquia e disciplina, bem como as especificidades deste trabalho à luz das discussões mais recentes sobre o papel das forças armadas na sociedade. Observou-se que os jovens deste estudo buscaram o serviço militar obrigatório não somente pela obrigação imposta legalmente, mas pela estabilidade de emprego oferecida na instituição militar. Paradoxalmente, a imersão em um universo extremamente hierarquizado e disciplinado mobiliza boa parte dos jovens a continuar na profissão militar. Na concepção destes jovens o serviço militar obrigatório pode projetá-los para o alcance de um futuro melhor, dentro ou fora do quartel. A instituição militar, tradicionalmente vinculada a princípios administrativos e técnicos fortemente hierarquizados, reafirma através de serviço militar obrigatório seu papel formador para o mundo do trabalho, contudo ressaltam-se questões-problema ligadas à organização e ao processo de trabalho como a escala de serviço armado e seus riscos. Concluímos através dos diferentes sentidos atribuídos à experiência de ser soldado, que a complexidade deste universo de trabalho específico merece maiores incursões no intuito de explorar os meios pelos quais estes jovens lidam com os embates provocados pelo encontro com a organização militar...

This dissertation aims to analyze the triad health, labor and subjectivity engendered in the context of compulsory military service having as analysis device a social project developed into an Air Base in Rio de Janeiro, as well as interviews with soldiers in order to grasp the experience of military service and the meanings of "being a soldier." In this way we investigate, first, the historical roots of militarism, from the archetype of the warrior until the emergence of standing armies. We analyzed the military profession from its pillars, the hierarchy and discipline, as well as the specifics of this work in light of the latest discussions on the role of Armed Forces in society. It was observed that the youth of this study sought the compulsory military service not only by the legall obligation, but the job security offered in the military. Paradoxically, the immersion in a hierarchical universe extremely disciplined mobilize many of the young people to remain in the military profession. For these youngs the conscription can help them to achieve a better future inside or outside the barracks. The military establishment, traditionally linked to administrative and technical principles strongly hierarchical, reaffirmed by his compulsory military service it‘s formative role for the world of work, but problems issues related to the organizations and work process as the scale of armed service and its risks are higjlighted. It was concluded through the different meanings attributed to the experience of being a soldier, that the complexity of this universe of specific work, deserves further inroads in order to explore the means by which these young people deal with the conflicts caused by the encounter with the military organization. Knowledge of these strategies may enable other ways of work that consider the health of the young worker in conducting their training in this area of work.
