Variação dos ramos do arco aórtico em um ovino da raça Santa Inês: relato de caso / Variation of branches of the aortic arch in a Santa Ines sheep: case report

RESUMO

Este relato descreve a variação dos ramos do arco aórtico em um ovino da raça Santa Inês, encontrada durante aula prática de dissecação. Após a retirada do pulmão esquerdo, o coração e o arco aórtico foram dissecados, constatando-se que a artéria subclávia esquerda originava-se diretamente deste arco. Proximalmente a ela emergia o tronco braquiocefálico, que após certo trajeto emitia a artéria subclávia direita e o tronco bicarótico. O tronco bicarótico bifurcava-se em artérias carótidas comuns direita e esquerda.

ABSTRACT

This case report describes the variation of the aortic arch branches in a Santa Ines sheep, found during classroom practice of dissection. After removal of the left lung, heart and aortic arch were dissected, noting that the left subclavian artery was originated directly from this arc. Proximally to it emerged the brachiocephalic trunk, which after originated the right subclavian artery and the bicaroticus trunk. The bicaroticus trunk bifurcated itself on right and left common carotid arteries.
