V Reunión Internacional de Organización de Redes de Enfermería: por la educación hacia el logro de los Objetivos del Milenio / V International Meeting of Nursing Networks Organization: For education to achieve the objectives of millennium

RESUMEN

Las Redes Internacionales de Enfermería están destinadas a mejorar la educación, la práctica del cuidado y la investigación en función de la salud de las poblaciones. La iniciativa tiene antecedentes importantes en cuanto a la estrategia de red en el ámbito de la enfermería panamericana y recoge y operacionaliza los lineamientos de la Organización Panamericana de la Salud en materia de articulación de redes de conocimientos. El trabajo colaborativo de estas redes iniciado en el 2006 ha permitido desarrollar ya la V Reunión Internacional de Organización de Redes de Enfermería, efectuada en septiembre del 2011. En este artículo se presentan algunos apuntes de este quinto encuentro en el que se discutieron y recomendaron orientaciones para la transformación de la educación en enfermería en cada área temática hacia el logro de los Objetivos del Milenio y el desarrollo de sistemas de salud basados en la Atención Primaria de Salud(AU)

ABSTRACT

The International Networks of Nursing are aimed to improve the education, the care practice and the research depending on the person's health. The initiative has important backgrounds as regards the network strategy in the Pan-American nursing environment and to collect and make operational the guidelines of the PAHO concerning the coordination of knowledges networks. The collaboration work of these networks started in the 2006 allowed to develop already the V International Meeting of Nursing Networks Organization held in September, 201l. In present paper are showed some notes related to this fifth meeting where guiding were approached and recommended to transform of nursing education in each subject matter area towards the achievement of the Millennium Objectives and the development of health systems based on the Primary Health Care(AU)
