ABSTRACT
We described the changes we have introduced in the Face Lifting techniques which consist of altering the direction of the flaap traction from oblique to perpendicular. We have shoen that the advantages obtained are 1) better results in the correction of submental flaccidity; 2) absence of occipital scar; 3) maintenance of the hair retroauricular limit in its anatomical nisition. We have observed that possibility of complications exced inherent to the conventional Face-Lift techniques
