The commonest disease seen is tropical ulcer. The six commonest diseases are ulcer, eczema, tinea, verruca, scabies and Hansen's disease. Psoriasis occurs among the first twelve, and erythema nodusum among the first twenty diseases on the list. Syphillis accounts for only 1.5 percent. Tuberculosis of the skin has not been seen. (AU)
