A influência da guarda exclusiva e compartilhada no relacionamento entre pais e filhos / The influence of the exclusive custody and shared custody on the relationship between parents and children

RESUMO

O objetivo deste estudo foi investigar se o tipo de guarda influencia no relacionamento entre pais/mães e filhos após o divórcio. Os dados foram coletados através de um questionário contendo questões fechadas com 48 homens e 49 mulheres (todos divorciados, mas sem vinculação entre eles). Dos participantes, 22 homens e 15 mulheres obtêm a guarda compartilhada e em 26 homens e 34 mulheres a atribuição da guarda é exclusiva da mãe. Os resultados revelaram não haver diferenças significativas entre o grupo de guarda exclusiva e compartilhada, indicando que a guarda compartilhada parece nem sempre ser uma medida facilitadora para o desempenho parental. Conclui-se, que, tanto na guarda compartilhada quanto na exclusiva, se a separação for harmoniosa e houver cooperação entre os ex-cônjuges, será possível estabelecer o pleno exercício dos cuidados parentais.(AU)

ABSTRACT

The aim of this study was to investigate if the kind of the parental custody has influence on the relationship between parents and children after the divorce. The data was collected through a questionnaire with 48 men and 49 women (all of them divorced, but with no relation between anyone). From these participants, 22 men and 15 women have a shared custody and the exclusive custody with the mother is imputed to 34 women and 26 men. The results revealed that there’s no significant differences between the group of exclusive care and shared care indicating that the shared custody is not always a facilitating measure for the parental. We conclude that, even in the shared custody as in the exclusive custody, if the divorce is harmonious and if there is cooperation between the ex - couple, will be possible to establish a complete practice of parenting.(AU)
