RESUMO

utilização de mediadores tecnológicos nas relações entre os jovens faz parte de nossa contemporaneidade, cabendo à psicologia investigar as repercussões psíquicas provenientes do uso desses artifícios. Dentre estes aparelhos, os telefones celulares parecem ocupar local de destaque, por uma série de razões, dentre as quais, sua alta acessibilidade, por grande parte da população. As cores, os modelos e as funções dos telefones celulares constituem-se em atrativos que chamam a atenção dos jovens, fortalecendo o consumo destes bens, os quais estão inseridos em lógica de promoção publicitária que alardeia elementos signos. Nessa forma de publicização, os atributos técnicos dos aparelhos perdem espaço frente aos aspectos sígnicos. ABSTRACT

The use of technological mediators among the youths is part of our present time, falling to the psychology to investigate the coming psychic repercussions of the use of those artifices. Among these apparels, the cellular telephones seem to occupy prominence place, for a series of reasons, among the ones which, his/her high accessibility, the reat part of population. The colors, the models and the function of the cellular telephones are constituted in attractions that get youths' attention, strengthening promotion that hr/she boasts elements signs. In that announce form, the technical attributes of the apparels lose mediators, or even that have his/her guaranteed maintenance for them, they can to begin a series of unpublished constituent elements in the relationships. Of that done, the present work has for objectives to identify the repercussions derived more significant psicossociais of the consumption of cellular telephones among young in the age group from 14 to 18 years, of both sexes and of socioeconomic levels THE and B, to evaluate possible changes in the strategies of inclusion/exclusion grope, current of the technological mediation of the relationship among the researched youths and finally to analyze the youths' speech critically relating him/it with the quantitative date, with the qualitative date and with and with the researched theoretical referential.
