Its incidence is increasing recently in China. Liver biopsy is the gold standard for the diagnosis of NAFLD,but which is an invasive procedure with certain risks. Therefore, finding a simple and accurate diagnostic method is an eager task, and searching of non-invasive biomarkers for diagnosis of NAFLD has become a hot spot of study.
