ABSTRACT

The preventive and therapeutic effects of hemodilution (HD) on pulmonary edema induced by ammonium chloride in Wistar rats were studied in this paper. The results showed that The hemoglobin contents were decreased from 130.5?1.2g/L, 134.1?4.5g/L to 84.3?4.0g/L, 88.6?4.5g/L, respectively in the two HD group.
