ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:
To establish an LC-MS-MS method for the rapid analysis of the degradation compounds of vorionazole.METHODS:
The degradation compounds and the control substance of vorionazole were compared in respect of relative molecular mass,fragments,spectra characteristics using LC-MS-MS technology.RESULTS:
Vorionazole and its degradation compounds could be effectively isolated. The two main degradation compounds were the isomers of 4-ethyl-5-fluoropyrimidine.CONCLUSION:
The analytic method is rapid,sensitive,and specific,and it can be applied to predicate the structure of the degradation compounds of vorionazole.
