ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effects of norepinephrine (NE) on vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression of brain tissues in severe burn rats. Methods The healthy male Wistar rats were made into 40%TBSAⅢ?burn models to observe the effect of NE on blood brain barrier. In the meantime, effect of NE was examined by means of immunocytochemistry and real time PCR.
