ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the roles of protooncogene C mer in hypertrophic scar and its significance. Methods Specimens were collected from patients. Oligonucleotide probe made using the specific fragment of protooncogene C mer was hybridized with the frozen slices of scar tissues and cultured fibroblasts.
