Thinking and practice on healthy development of tissue repair and regenerative medicine in China / 中华创伤杂志

ABSTRACT

Tissue repair and regeneration is one of the oldest medical problems. Regenerative medicine as a discipline is gradually developed with the progress of science and technology. In recent decades，the development of tissue repair and regenerative medicine in China has experienced the processes of awareness raising，team organization，scientific research，product development and clinical application，and the achievements are the result of joint efforts of several generations. In this study，the author’s contribution to the development of modern tissue repair and regenerative medicine in China is systematically reviewed，including strategic planning，scientific research，clinical translational application and academic exchanges，etc. It is expected that the data will be helpful for the follow-up research in this field.
