RESUMO

Using high-performance liquid chromatography were qualitatively and quantitatively identified high fatty acids contained in grape seed oil and compare its biological activity as 1,0% and 2,5% food-additive an fatty acids composition contained in lipids of mice livers. Investigation were carried out on 90 inbred mice 5,0 g weight. Using high-performance liquid chromatography methods in grape seed oil is identified linoleic (65,0%), linolenic (1,5%), oleic (17,0%), palmitic (8,0%), stearic (4,4%) and arachidonic (0,6%) acids. After 15 days fatty acids are carried out from mouse liver and individual identified. In paper is showed that 1,0% and 2,5% grape seed oil food-additive have a different biological activity. The investigation demonstrated that after 15 days the grape seed oil takes marked part in lipid metabolism of biological necessary components.

RESUMO

In this paper high fatty acids in the Rkatsiteli grape seed oil were qualitatively and quantitatively identified. In the Rkatsiteli grape seed oil linolenic, oleic, palmitic, stearic, palmitooleinovaya, linoleic and arachidonic acids were identified. The impact of Rkatsiteli grape seed oil as a dietary supplement on the contents of fatty acid synthase and lipids in the livers of mice were determined. Investigations were carried out on 120 inbred mice: for 15 days to a standard diet grape seed oil was added as a food additive. The investigation showed that the optimal use of food additives in the form of oil from Rkatsiteli grape seed plays an important role in maintaining the physiological needs of the human organism.

RESUMO

In this paper, using high-performance liquid chromatography methods were quantitatively and qualitatively identified most biological important high fatty acids, contained in Rkatsiteli grape seed oil of 2010 years crop in Signakhi region of Georgia. The chromatography investigation showed, that the grape seed oil contained 61% linolic acid, 19% oleic, 8% palmitic, 4.5% stearic, 1.4% linolenic and 0.6% arachidonuic acids. In standard diet grape seed oil was added as a food additive (5.0 gr and 10.0 gr on 1.0 kg food). After 15 days fatty acids are carried out from mouse liver (120 inbred mouse), fractioned and using high-performance liquid chromatography the retention values of individual fatty asids are identiced. The investigation showed different sensitivity of components contained in grape seed oil.

RESUMO

The aim of this work was to evaluate the hypothesis that the second-generation antidepressant, might play a role in controlling the activity of noradrenalergic neurotransmitters. The paper details the pharmacological profile of antidepressant drug Fluoxetive with high affinity for 5-HT receptor, and explains how the antidepressant activity chances noradrenalin reuptake inhibitor-medications. Brain cortexes of 20 rabbits were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography. The conducted quantitative and qualitative analyzes show that antidepressant activity of Fluoxetine could be mediated by the synergistic effects on the serotoninergic and noradrenergic receptor pathways. Major depressive disorders are heterogeneous monoamine condition. Our studies have demonstrated fluoxetine efficacy and safety for treatment of major depressive disorders.

RESUMO

Antidepressant Fluoxetine and their major therapeutically active metabolite Norfluoxetine was monitored in albumene and glicoproteene of blood plasma and washed from eritrozite supernatant. In paper we describe rapid and reliable method using high-performance liquid chromatography for simultaneous measurement of plasma and supernatant concentration of Fluoxetine and Norfluoxetine. The described method has been successfully used in clinical and laboratory cases. Large interindividual variations in plasma and supernatan concentrations of Fluoxetine and their major metabolite have been shown. In albumene fractions of blood plasma the level of Fluoxetine is more higher then in supernatant. A successful development of the clinico-pharmacokinetic direction at the present stage is due to improvement and standardization of methods of clinical and pharmacokinetic examination which help to ensure a reliable pretreatment identification of patients potentially sensitive to pharmacotherapy with antidepressants.

RESUMO

There is increasing evidence that the metabolism of haloperidol is of major significance in the action of the drug. The metabolism of haloperidol is quite simple. It keeps only typical oxidative metabolic pathway. Despite of the existing knowledge of such pathways we still do not know the exact fate of the administered compound in the serum and urine. The aim of the study was the investigation of the influence of haloperidol and its oxidative forms on D(A) and its compounds in serum. The 12,0 hour investigation demonstrated a protective effect on D(A) activity. The D(A) synthesis rate constant was increased to about the same level by GBL as well as by haloperidol. Therefore, the differences between the two regions in the reactions to the drugs to a large extent could be explained by a high and low synthesis of D(A), under controlled conditions in the olfactory tubercle and the corpus striatum.
