Psicoanalistas en contextos de inequidad social: alteridad, diferencia y micropolítica

El artículo propone aportes de una investigación vinculada a un programa de extensión universitaria de orientación psicoanalítica. El trabajo en contextos de inequidad implica la incorporación en el marco referencial de un entramado que articula las dinámicas socioculturales y los conflictos psíquicos. A partir de una breve viñeta, se abordan cuestiones ligadas a las nociones de alteridad, se discute el pensamiento identitario y la noción de “inclusión”, proponiendo el paradigma de la hospitalidad. No hay sistemas de referencias universales, categorías de sujetos puras, sino personas cuya singularidad se configura en una trama social que define modos de producción de subjetividad. Desde esta perspectiva cambia el “zócalo” del trabajo psicoanalítico: la familia ampliada, los garantes metasociales , los mandatos culturales hegemónicos permean la intimidad familiar. Estas articulaciones requieren del pensamiento complejo y de las nociones de incertidumbre y plasticidad que se abordan en el apartado final

The article proposes contributions from research linked to a psychoanalytically oriented university extension program. Working in contexts of inequality implies the incorporation in the referential frame of a theoretical framework that articulates sociocultural dynamics and psychic conflicts. From a brief vignette, issues linked to the notions of otherness are addressed, identity thinking, and the notion of “inclusion” are discussed, proposing the paradigm of hospitality. There are no universal reference systems, no pure subject categories, but people whose singularity is configured in a social fabric that defines modes of production of subjectivity. From this perspective, the “baseline” of psychoanalytic work changes: the extended family, the metasocial guarantors, the hegemonic cultural mandates permeate family intimacy. These articulations require complex thinking and the notions of uncertainty and plasticity that are addressed in the final section

Abuso Sexual Infanto Juvenil: efectos traumáticos en el Sujeto

Los efectos traumáticos de un acontecimiento solo pueden leerse a posteriori, sin embargo, la intromisión salvaje de la sexualidad que tiene lugar bajo el abuso sexual infanto juvenil, provoca tal arrasamiento subjetivo que es inevitable no advertir sus marcas. El atropello al narcisismo suele desbocar al sujeto hacia una deriva pulsional con claros efectos en el cuerpo. La dificultad para anudar el cuerpo narcisista y el cuerpo pulsional tiende a manifestarse desde -llantos aparentemente inmotivados, enuresis o encopresis secundarias, pesadillas compulsivas, un goce autista manifiesto bajo inhibiciones en el experiencial y el placer sexual, etc.- hasta la regresión hacia mecanismos defensivos disociativos, o actuaciones que dejan al descubierto una angustia sin bordes tal como denuncian las autoinjurias con o sin intento suicida, ciertos trastornos alimentarios o toxicomanías, etc. Pero también, otro tipo de actuaciones que rompen el semblante pueden darse, al modo de conductas sexuales abusivas perpetradas por adolescentes

The traumatic effects of an event can only be read after the fact, however, the savage intrusion of sexuality that takes place under child and adolescent sexual abuse causes such subjective destruction that it is inevitable not to notice its marks. The abuse of narcissism usually leads the subject towards a drive drift with clear effects on the body. The difficulty in knotting the narcissistic body and the instinctual body tends to manifest from -apparently unmotivated crying, secondary enuresis or encopresis, compulsive nightmares, manifest autistic jouissance under inhibitions in experiential and sexual pleasure, etc.- to regression towards mechanisms dissociative defensive, or actions that reveal borderless anguish as reported by self-injury with or without suicidal intent, certain eating disorders or drug addiction, etc. But also, other types of actions that break the face can occur, in the form of abusive sexual behavior perpetrated by adolescents

Del vínculo primario al encuentro

Pasaron diez años desde el artículo escrito para esta revista titulado “Algunas reflexiones sobre el Vínculo temprano: época y lugar del analista”. Allí se realizó un recorrido teórico psicoanalítico sobre vínculo primario y concluyó con la importancia del juego en el desarrollo y el lugar del analista en la clínica con niños. El tiempo entre aquel artículo y este es suficiente para revisar la teoría y las prácticas dado los cambios epocales y la formación y práctica profesional clínica de la autora. Se retomarán algunas cuestiones del artículo anterior, reformulándolas y se profundizarán en otros aspectos desde un marco psicoanalítico. Se repensará sobre el modo de nombrar al vínculo primario

Its been ten years since the publishing of the article in this magazine, titled “Some reflections on the Early Attachment: time and place of the analyst.” A theoretical psychoanalytic revision about early attachment was presented along with reflections on the importance of “play” during childs development and the analyst place in psychoanalysis clinic with children. Now, it is time to review and reanalyze the theory and practice because of changes, studies and professional development of the author. Some topics will be reformulated and some aspects will be deepened considering psychoanalytic theory. For example, early attachment will be named in another way

Este trabajo se desprende de la investigación UBACyT 2023-2025 titulada “Los dispositivos para alojar la urgencia, desde la mirada de profesionales psicólogos que intervienen en ellos”. This paper comes off the UBACyT 2023-2025 research “The devices for hosting urgency, from the perspective of psychology professionals who intervene in them” directed by Dr. in Psychology María Inés Sotelo. The purpose of this research is to approximate to the hospital devices reality in Argentinian Republic who receive urgency consults, precisely, from the perspective of the psychology professionals. In this paper, in the light of a clinical case from a public hospital, we propose to think about the use of toxic substances and its particularities. En este texto nos hemos propuesto llevar adelante un trabajo aproximativo en torno a la cuestión del fantasma en la psicosis. Esta combinación: fantasma en la psicosis, no se encuentra en las formulaciones del Lacan de la primera mitad de la década de 1950. Sin embargo, en nuestro medio analítico, solo se ha dejado para la psicosis el concepto de delirio, y el fantasma para el campo de las neurosis. El sujeto de la ciencia, los cálculos y lo real en el siglo XXI: partículas elementales, bout de réel y el torbellino

El presente trabajo se inicia señalando la ruptura que el pensamiento de Lacan efectúa con el concepto clásico de cosmos. Se menciona que la fórmula de la gravitación universal de Newton produce un primer corte fundamental con esta noción imaginaria. Se destaca que la física cuántica, a principios del siglo XX, inicia una división en la composición de la materia que fue aumentando con el avance de las investigaciones. Se resalta que ya en las últimas décadas de dicho siglo el Modelo estándar de la física de partículas, basado en cálculos de extrema exactitud, multiplicó en forma desconcertante la cantidad de los componentes subatómicos. En relación a esta insólita dispersión Lacan conecta el descubrimiento decisivo del quark a la idea de la descomposición y fragmentación del mundo y, a su vez, lo relaciona a la combinación y aglomeración de significantes que se entrelazan en el juego de escritura de la novela Finnegans Wake, de Joyce. Finalizamos relacionando el hallazgo histórico del bosón de Higgs, a principios del siglo XXI, con la idea lacaniana de fragmento (bout) de real y con la noción de torbellino

This essay starts mentioning the rupture that the thought of Lacan makes with the classic concept of cosmos. We mention that the Newtons universal gravitational formula produces a first fundamental mark with the idea of knowledge and objects that have a sense and make up a world, aspect that continued with the development of the scientific knowledge. We point that the quantum physics, at the beginning of the XX century, made up a fragmentation in the composition of the matter that was increasing itself with the development of the investigations. We also mention that in the last decades of the twenty century the Standard model of the physic of particles, based on extreme accuracy calculations, multiplied in an unexpected way the quantity of the subatomic components. In relation with this unusual dispersion Lacan connects the decisive discovery of the quark with the idea of the fragmentation of the world and, at the same time, he articulates it to the combination and agglomeration of signifiers that intertwine in the writing game of the novel Finnegans wake, by Joyce. We finish relating the historic discovery of the boson of Higgs, at the beginning of the XXI century, with the lacanian idea of fragment (bout) of real and with the notion of the whirlwind

División y sujeción del hablante: prolegómenos para una metateoría psicoanalítica

El hablante está dividido entre un contexto empírico -constante, tautológico-, y uno abstracto -variable, indefinido- fundado, en el inconsciente -opuesto a lo empírico por inaugurar la negación y la contradicción-, y en el lenguaje, que artificialmente las suspende. Esta divergencia contextual constituye a los significantes, entre los que el sujeto estaría dividido. Contrario al sujeto lacaniano, lo entendemos como una función de sujeción y traducción; aun coincidiendo que se origina en la béance, rechazamos concebirlo dividido dada su condición de función, imprescindible para el hablante, inerme ante la real división, que es la asintótica entre constante y variables; el sujeto ocluye el hiato aglomerando lo trivial del inconsciente con lo hipotético del lenguaje en reposición meramente abstracta de la continuidad empírica, su punto de sujeción. Para ello releemos la propuesta lacaniana del sujeto y del significante ayudados por la lógica clásica, para gestar una metateoría ausente de especulaciones

The speaker is divided into an empirical context -constant, tautological- and an abstract one -variable, indefiniteestablished in the unconscious, which opposes the empirical by initiating negation and contradiction - and in language, which suspends them artificially. This contextual divergence embodies the signifier, among which the subject is, allegedly, divided. Contrary to the Lacanian subject, we understand her function as that to hold together and translate. Even though we agree on her origin in the béance, we reject to conceive her as divided given its functionality, essential for the speaker, and vulnerable to the real segmentation: the asymptotic between constants and variables. Este artículo recorre las múltiples variaciones del concepto de forclusión, término con el que Lacan traduce el término freudiano Verwerfung. Inicialmente, se distingue del término psicoanalítico una acepción gramatical, usada por Lacan y relacionada con las formas de negación en la lengua francesa. Se describe el concepto en el campo de la psicopatología en relación con la psicosis y el acting out, iniciada ya en 1953 pero cuya principal fase de elaboración transcurre entre el Seminario 3 y el escrito Una cuestión preliminar ... The present work intends to investigate the statute of castration in The Wolf Man, its drive fragmentation and the question about the differential diagnosis. It will work taking the Freudian case and some references to his treatment with Ruth Mack Brunswick, placing particular emphasis on the readings of Lacan and other psychoanalysts. An attempt will be made to account for its importance to address the complexity of the current clinic and the questioning of structural diagnoses. La analogía en la heurística del descubrimiento: examen en base a Tótem y Tabú

El objetivo de este artículo es examinar la función de la analogía en la heurística del descubrimiento, por referencia a las hipótesis de Sigmund Freud sobre la función y las características del tabú. Se realizó un análisis conceptual-categorial de los puntos 1 y 2 del ensayo II del trabajo Tótem y tabú (1913 [1912- 13]). Para ello, se recuperaron las categorías de la teoría de la transferencia estructural analógica. El foco del análisis estuvo puesto en la identificación de estructuras analógicas y en la descripción del proceso de elaboración y adecuación de estas estructuras para el descubrimiento de hipótesis. Este examen permitió distinguir tres “niveles” del descubrimiento analógico: (1) la selección de un término análogo, (2) la especificación del término analogado según su análogo, y (3) la especificación de las propiedades diferenciales del término analogado. Se identifica también el límite del descubrimiento analógico de acuerdo con el denominado “problema lógico de la analogía”

The aim of this paper is to examine the heuristic role of analogy in scientific discovery, by reference to Sigmund Freuds hypothesis regarding the function and characteristics of taboo. We conducted a conceptual-categorial analysis on sections 1 and 2 of essay II of Totem and Taboo (1913 [1912-13]). To this end, we resorted to categories from structuremapping theory of analogy. The focus of the analysis was set onto identifying analogical structures and describing the process of construction and improvement of these structures for the discovery of hypotheses. This exam allowed us to identify three “levels” of analogical discovery: (1) analogical term selection, (2) analogue specification according to the analogical term, and (3) specification of differential properties of the analogue. We also identified the limit of analogical discovery in correspondence with the “logical problem of analogy”

Lo Unheimliche y su recursividad en la clínica psicoanalítica

Lo Unheimliche no se deja capturar con facilidad. Tanto en la descripción detallada que Freud realiza en el artículo que le dedica como en posteriores traducciones y abordajes conceptuales, este término escapa a la significación y permanece opaco en ciertos sentidos, principalmente cuando es reducido a una categoría estética o a un mero adjetivo. The purpose of this article is to question the assumptions on which the imperative of neutrality in psychoanalytic practice is based: the claim to objectivity, the ideal of a pure listening and the absolute separation between analyst and analysand. Transgresión penal adolescente y causalidad psíquica: el límite de la intervención socioeducativa

Este trabajo reseña un estudio cualitativo de caso único que permite explorar la causalidad psíquica de la transgresión penal adolescente de cara a revisar la causalidad sociocomunitaria y su metodología de abordaje consecuente basada en la estrategia de intervención socio-educativa vinculada a la política de inclusión social, frecuentemente planteada desde una perspectiva ideológica. Articula así la causalidad psíquica a diversas dimensiones ligadas a la necesidad de castigo y la culpa como operadores estructurales de la subjetividad y al lugar que el sujeto ha tenido en el deseo del Otro tanto como la función que cumple en la relación de la dinámica parental. La transgresión penal adolescente queda estrechamente vinculada a la causalidad psíquica entendida en los términos antes señalados, hecho que conduce a revisar el criterio socio-comunitario como excluyente junto con su concomitante estrategia de abordaje socioeducativa, intentando cernir el límite de esta última en su eficacia

This paper reviews a qualitative study of a single case that allows exploring the psychic causality of adolescent criminal transgression in order to review the socio-community causality and its consequent approach methodology based on the socio-educational intervention strategy linked to the inclusion policy social, frequently posed from an ideological perspective. Thus, he articulates psychic causality to various dimensions linked to the need for punishment and guilt as structural operators of subjectivity and to the place that the subject has had in the desire of the Other as well as the role it fulfills in the relationship of parental dynamics. Adolescent criminal transgression is closely related to psychic causality understood in the terms mentioned above, a fact that leads to reviewing the socio-community criterion as exclusive together with its concomitant socio-educational approach strategy, trying to limit the latter in its effectiveness

¿Resistencias a la presencialidad? Musicoterapia presencial y teleasistida con dos niños con multidiscapacidad y Necesidades Complejas de Comunicación (NCC)

El ausentismo excesivo y repetido es un fenómeno observado en ciertos pacientes con multidiscapacidad o diversidad funcional múltiple a lo largo de sus extensos procesos terapéuticos. En un centro terapéutico del partido de Merlo (prov. de Buenos Aires, Argentina) en ocasiones las ausencias a las sesiones son mayores que las asistencias y se replican en todas las disciplinas terapéuticas. En el equipo interdisciplinario a este ausentismo se lo relaciona con resistencias al tratamiento. Pero al continuar musicoterapia mediante teleasistencia durante la pandemia por COVID19 se observaron dos infantes que sostenían mayor continuidad en el tratamiento a distancia que en la presencialidad. Estos dos casos, además de multidiscapacidad presentaban Necesidades Complejas de Comunicación sin lenguaje verbal expresivo ni comprensivo. El objetivo del siguiente estudio de caso es analizar los factores que obstaculizan el sostenimiento de los tratamientos musicoterapéuticos presenciales y las características de los encuadres teleasistidos que favorecieron la continuidad. Esto permitirá modificar estrategias futuras para favorecer la continuidad de los tratamientos

Excessive and repeated absenteeism is a phenomenon observed in certain patients with multiple disabilities or multiple functional diversities throughout their extensive therapeutic processes. In a therapeutic center of Merlo (prov. of Buenos Aires, Argentina) sometimes absences from sessions are greater than attendance and are replicated in all therapeutic disciplines. In the interdisciplinary team, this absenteeism is related to resistance to treatment. But when continuing music therapy through telehealth during the COVID19 pandemic, two infants were observed who sustained greater continuity in remote treatment than in person. These two cases, in addition to multiple disabilities, presented Complex Communication Needs without expressive or comprehensive verbal language. The objective of the following case study is to analyze the factors that hinder the maintenance of faceto- face music therapy treatments and the characteristics of teleassisted settings that favored continuity. This will allow modifying future strategies to favor the continuity of treatments
