ABSTRACT
Objective To study the expression of miR-205 and miR-367 in cutaneous malignant melanoma(CMM)tissue and their relationships with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis.Methods The tumor tissues from 85 patients with CMM who were admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to December 2019 were selected as the CMM group,and the nevus tissue samples from 80 patients with benign pigmented nevi who were treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The expression level of miR-205 and miR-367 of two groups were detected by qRT-PCR.The clinical and pathological data of patients with CMM were collected,and the relationships between the expression of miR-205 and miR-367 and clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed.Kaplan-Meier was used to draw the survival curves of patients 3 years after surgery,and the survival rate of patients was analyzed by Log-rank test.The influencing factors of prognosis was analyzed by COX proportional risk regression model.Results The expression level of miR-205 of patients in the CMM group was lower than that in the control group,and the expression level of miR-367 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportions of patients with ulceration,high clinical stage,tumor invasion,low KPS score,thick primary lesion,high Clark grade,lymph node metastasis in the miR-205 low-expression group were higher than those in the miR-205 high-expression group(P<0.05),the proportions of patients with the above indexes in the miR-367 high-expression group were higher than those in the miR-367 low-expression group(P<0.05).Patietns were followed up for 3 years,with a median time of 28.3 months,and 1 case was lost to followed-up.The Kaplan-Meier survival curve showed that the 3-year survival rate of patients in the miR-205 high-expression group was higher than that in the miR-205 low-expression group(P<0.05),and the 3-year survival rate of patients in the miR-367 low-expression group was higher than that in the miR-367 high-expression group(P<0.05).COX multivariate regression analysis showed that the high clinical stage,low KPS score,high Clark grade,lymph node metastasis,and high expression of miR-367 were the risk factors for prognosis of patients,while high expression of miR-205 was a protective factor(P<0.05).Conclusion Low expression of miR-205 and high expression of miR-367 in CMM tissue are associated with ulceration,high clinical stage,tumor invasion,low KPS score,thick primary lesion,high Clark grade,lymph node metastasis,and poor prognosis.These two indicators may serve as potential biomarkers for prognostic evaluation in CMM patients.

In the outbreak of COVID-19,triage procedures based on epidemiology were implemented in a local hospital in Changsha to control the transmission of SARS-CoV-2 and avoid healthcare-associated infection.This re-trospective study analyzed the data collected during the triage period and found that COVID-19 patients were en-riched 7 folds into the Section A designated for patients with obvious epidemiological history.On the other side,nearly triple amounts of visits were received at the Section B for patients without obvious epidemiological history.8 COVID-19 cases were spotted out of 247 suspected patients.More than 50%of the suspected patients were submi-tted to multiple rounds of nucleic acid analysis for SARS-CoV-2 infection.Of the 239 patients who were diagnosed as negative of the virus infection,188 were successfully revisited and none was reported as COVID-19 case.Of the 8 COVID-19 patients,3 were confirmed only after multiple rounds of nucleic acid analysis.Besides comorbidities,delayed sharing of epidemiological history added complexity to the diagnosis in practice.The triaging experience and strategy will be helpful for the control of infectious diseases in the future.

Objective :To explore relationship among serum levels of high sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP) ,mon-ocyte chemoattractant protein (MCP )-1 , C1q/tumor necrosis factor-related protein (CTRP ) 9 , adiponectin (APN) ,lipoprotein-associated phospholipase (Lp-PLA) 2 ,Fractalkine (namely , chemotatic factorCX3C) , regu-lated on activation , normal T-cell expressed and secreted (RANTES ) and asymptomatic coronary atherosclerosis (ACAS).Methods : A total of 50 ACAS patients ,who were treated in our hospital from Dec 2015 to Dec 2016 ,were re-garded as ACAS group.Another 50 healthy subjects were enrolled as normal control group .Serum levels of hsCRP ,MCP-1 ,RANTES ,CTRP9 ,APN ,Lp-PLA2 and Fractalkine were measured and compared between two groups .Results : Com-pared with healthy control group ,there were significant reductions in serum levels of CTRP9 [(3.70 ± 1.20) 10-2mg/L vs. (3.19 ± 1.11) 10-2mg/L] and APN [ (3.85 ± 1.15) mg/L vs.(3.28 ± 1.01) mg/L] ,and significant rise in serum levels of hsCRP [ (32.55 ± 1.55) mg/L vs.(110.47 ± 1.53) mg/L] ,MCP-1 [ (480.22 ± 5.38) pg/ml vs.(600.47 ± 5.43) pg/ml] ,RANTES [ (2.80 ± 0.20) μg/ml vs.(4.19 ± 0.22) μg/ml] ,Lp-PLA2 [ (165.88 ± 5.32) mg/L vs.(199.55 ± 5.35) mg/L] and Fractalkine [(322.40 ± 5.60) pg/ml vs.(500.64 ± 5.66) pg/ml] in ACAS group ,P<0.05 or <0.01. Conclusion :Compared with normal control group ,there are significant reductions in serum levels of CTRP9and APN ,and significant rise in serum levels of hsCRP ,MCP-1 ,RANTES ,Lp-PLA2 and Fractalkine in ACAS patients .Detection of a-bove indexes can provide strong evidence for early diagnosis and intervention .

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To study optimum inclusion conditions for volatile oil from three medicinal slices in Xiongdan Xiaoyan capsules.</p><p><b>METHOD</b>Saturated water solution method (agitation method), ultrasonic method and rubbing method were studied and compared. The preparation conditions of ultrasonic method were investigated by the orthogonal test.</p><p><b>RESULT</b>The optimum inclusion conditions of ultrasonic method were established.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>The ultrasonic method can be used for production of inclusion complex in the factory with high inclusion rate and was effectiveness.</p>
