Conversa fiada: a narrativa clínica em psicanálise

O artigo aborda as dificuldades do psicanalista, ao narrar a experiência clínica, de encontrar a linguagem capaz de urdir os fios antitéticos do sensível e do racional, de transformar em discurso uma experiência afetiva intensiva. Este processo assemelha-se ao da criação da obra de arte, não por se tratar de fenômeno da mesma ordem, mas por se encontrar presente, em ambos, o que se convencionou chamar de experiência estética. O vigor da narrativa clínica vai depender da vivência emocional encarnada, ancorada num estado de contemplação dos próprios afetos, que só num segundo momento poderá ser transformada em relato, ainda assim de caráter fragmentário e ficcional em relação à experiência vivida. A autora propõe ainda reflexões sobre possíveis relações, dentro da instituição psicanalítica, que podem funcionar como entraves à produção escrita dos seus membros

This paper addresses the analysts difficulties, when it comes to transmit his clinical experience, to find the language capable of weaving the antithetical threads of what pertains to the senses and what is rational, of transforming an intensive affective experience into discourse. This process resembles that of the creation of a work of art, not because it is of the same order but because in both we find what came to be called aesthetic experience. The vigour of the clinical narrative will depend on the embodied emotional experience, anchored in a state of contemplation of ones own affects, that only in a second moment wil be transformed in an account which, inescapably, has a fragmentary and fictional character in relation to the lived experience. The author offers further ideas about possible relationships inside the psychoanalytical institution that may hinder the written production of its members

O tempo e suas vicissitudes

Um exame rápido dos conceitos que fundamentam a concepção de mundo vigente na atualidade indica que há uma Imagem do Tempo com características bem definidas operando globalmente, tendo como núcleo essencial a figura da mobilidade do Presente. Todavia, para as Ciências contemporâneas essa Imagem não é “objetiva”, pois não corresponde a nenhum atributo fundamental da realidade natural. Esse interessante paradoxo permite compreender essa Imagem como um sofisticado artefato cultural que, em geral de modo inconsciente, projetamos sobre os acontecimentos para coordená-los e lhes conferir sentido. No presente artigo, buscamos explorar algumas das possibilidades conceituais, éticas e políticas associadas a outras modalidades, diversas, de temporalidade, que esse paradoxo nos permite vislumbrar

Abstract: A quick examination of the concepts that underlie the current conception of the world indicates that there is an Image of Time with well-defined characteristics operating globally, having as its essential nucleus the figure of the mobility of the Present. However, for contemporary Sciences this Image is not “objective”, as it does not correspond to any fundamental attribute of natural reality. This interesting paradox allows us to understand this Image as a sophisticated cultural artifact that, usually unconsciously, we project onto events to coordinate them and give them meaning. Psicopatologia psiquiátrica e psicopatologia psicanalítica: a questão da psicose no caso do Dr. Schreber

Procuraremos neste trabalho discutir alguns aspectos das relações entre a psicopatologia psiquiátrica e a psicopatologia psicanalítica, propondo a utilização de um modelo de formação de sintomas mentais, desenvolvido na Escola de Psicopatologia de Cambridge, liderada por G. E. Berrios. Em seguida, utilizaremos esse modelo para a discussão da psicose, considerada psicanaliticamente, tendo o estranho caso do Dr. Daniel Paul Schreber como cenário expositivo. Buscamos aqui tanto uma reaproximação entre as formas psiquiátrica e psicanalítica de conceber e caracterizar a psicopatologia, quanto contribuir com uma representação da possível gênese do sintoma psicótico, que permita se acercar das contribuições de importantes autores psicanalíticos contemporâneos

We will seek in this work to discuss some aspects of the relations between psychiatric psychopathology and psychoanalytical psychopathology, proposing the use of a model of mental symptoms formation, developed at the Cambridge School of Psychopathology, led by G. E. Berrios. Then we will use this model for the discussion of psychosis, psychoanalytically considered, having the strange case of Dr. Daniel Paul Schreber as an exhibition scenario. We seek here both a rapprochement between these two ways of conceiving and characterizing psychopathology, the psychiatric and the psychoanalytic, as to contribute to a representation of the possible genesis of the psychotic symptom in order to combine it to the contributions of important contemporary psychoanalytic authors

O que o psicanalista faz com o tempo?

De uma forma livre e tributária da origem oral desta apresentação, o autor ensaia acerca de alguns aspectos do tempo em psicanálise. Por um lado, as suas concepções linear e circular, e a introdução original do conceito fundamental de Nachträglichkeit para pensar a temporalidade na análise. E também a dupla abordagem do tempo, como cronos, cronologia, ou como kairos, oportunidade. O tempo é também explorado a partir do triplo registo lacaniano do imaginário, do simbólico e do real, e do modo como pode ser pensado tanto na neurose - as estratégias histéricas e obsessivas frente ao tempo - como na psicose ou na perversão. A indagação do tempo tem também como horizonte o senhor absoluto, a morte, tanto no discurso psicanalítico como nas alusões literárias e artísticas que aqui servem de contraponto ao autor

In a free way, tributary to the oral origin of this presentation, the author discusses some aspects of time in psychoanalysis. On the one hand, its linear and circular conceptions, and the original introduction of the fundamental concept of Nachträglichkeit when thinking about temporality in analysis. And also the double approach to time, as cronos, chronology, or as kairos, opportunity. Time is also explored on the basis of the Lacanian triple register of the imaginary, the symbolic and the real, and the way in which it can be thought both in neurosis - the hysterical and obsessive strategies in the face of time - and in psychosis or perversion. The inquiry into time also has as its horizon the absolute master, death, both in the psychoanalytic discourse and in the literary and artistic allusions that serve here as a counterpoint for the author

O tempo da memória e do esquecimento

Neste trabalho, propõe-se uma reflexão sobre o constructo de tempo, sua relação com a memória e com o binômio esquecimento e lembrança a partir de uma abordagem psicanalítica. Sabemos que essas questões dizem respeito a, praticamente, todo o corpo teórico da psicanálise e não é nosso objetivo cobri-lo, pois, além de ser uma tarefa muito ambiciosa, ela ultrapassaria o escopo deste trabalho. Nossa proposta, portanto, é fazer um recorte desses conceitos e conceder maior atenção à questão de que, para a teoria e prática psicanalíticas, grosso modo, e para a constituição do sujeito, em particular, não é apenas importante o que lembramos. In this work, we propose a reflection on the construct of time, its relationship with memory and with the binomial oblivion and remembrance from a psychoanalytical approach. We know that these questions concern practically the entire theoretical body of psychoanalysis and it is not our objective to cover it, because, in addition to being a very ambitious task, it would go beyond the scope of this work. Our proposal, therefore, it is to outline these concepts and give greater attention to the question that, for psychoanalytic theory and practice, roughly speaking, and for the constitution of the subject, in particular, it is not just important what we remember. It is fundamental what we forget

Sobre os sonhos de futuro

O objetivo deste trabalho é o de refletir sobre a relação entre o tempo e a construção de significados a partir dos conceitos de ideograma e pictograma afetivo. Apresentará duas vinhetas clínicas cujo recorte será o de produções oníricas através das quais tais conceitos serão discutidos como um critério para reflexões sobre a resolução de situações de impasse. Esta discussão utilizará premissas teóricas encontradas na obra de Wilfred Ruprecht Bion bem como em autores contemporâneos próximos as mesmas

The objective of this work is to reflect on the relationship between time and the construction of meanings based on the concepts of ideogram and affective pictogram. It will present two clinical vignettes whose focus will be oniric productions through which such concepts will be discussed as a criterion for reflections on the resolution of impasse situations. This discussion will use theoretical premises found in the work of Wilfred Ruprecht Bion as well as in contemporary authors close to them

Os jogos eletrônicos têm se tornado cada vez mais presentes na infância e na adolescência no mundo contemporâneo, fenômeno que nos leva a pensar sobre o impacto deste modo de jogar na constituição da subjetividade. Considerase a diferença entre jogar e brincar, tendo este características maleáveis e que possibilitam o uso da imaginação, e, aquele, estrutura e regras fixas, sem que as barreiras entre eles sejam intransponíveis. Dialogando com o trabalho de Tanis, que investiga a interação e a influência da inteligência artificial do jogo virtual Fortnite na subjetividade de seus jogadores, a autora discute sobre as múltiplas possibilidades de uso dos jogos virtuais, utilizando-se do conceito do uso de objeto

Electronic games have become increasingly present in childhood and adolescence in the contemporary world, a phenomenon that leads us to think about the impact of this way of playing on the constitution of subjectivity. We consider the difference between play and playing, the latter having malleable characteristics that allow the use of imagination, and the former having fixed structure and rules, without insurmountable barriers between them. In dialogue with the work of Tanis, who investigates the interaction and influence of artificial intelligence of the virtual game Fortnite on the subjectivity of its players, the author discusses the multiple possibilities of playing virtual games, using the concept of object use

A temporalidade do Nachträglichkeit de Freud em uma vinheta clínica: uma retranscrição a posteriori sobre a interpretação, a sugestão e a construção em psicanálise

Este artigo investiga nuances significativas da noção de Nachträglichkeit nas produções freudiana e pós-freudianas, principalmente a escola francesa de psicanálise, bem como sua possível manifestação na dinâmica analista-analisando. A pesquisa foi conduzida através de revisão bibliográfica e análise de caso clínico. Os resultados destacam a importância do après-coup para a compreensão da temporalidade em psicanálise, envolvendo a causalidade psíquica, a constituição da subjetividade e o tratamento em psicanálise. Conclui-se que essa lógica a posteriori na transferência evoca questões sobre as técnicas da interpretação, da sugestão e da construção e pode ser elucidada por meio das noções de retranscrição e falha da tradução

This article investigates significant nuances of the notion of Nachträglichkeit in both Freudian and post-Freudian texts, particularly in the French school of psychoanalysis, as well as its possible manifestation in the analyst-analysand dynamics. The research was conducted through literature review and clinical case analysis. The results highlight the importance of après-coup for understanding temporality in psychoanalysis, involving psychic causality, subjectivity constitution and treatment in psychoanalysis. It is concluded that this a posteriori logic in transference raises questions about interpretation, suggestion and construction techniques and can be elucidated through the notions of retranscription and translation failure.
